I have tried and tried and tried !To get my $300 rebate From hughesnet.I have spent much time on the phone with customer service Time And have spent much time On the internet Trying to get my 1st 2 bills And Never got them.I am Thinking That this expensive service Is a big hoax Why cant I get my $300 back.I am Looking into Another satellite service.I Think that hughesnet banks on customers giving up. Please know that I won't. HI you stink!!! Nancy padovano!!!!!!

Horrible slow sevice. Tech support is a joke. I think the whole thing is a scam. I cancelled the service and they are still billing me and have yet to send me a return box. Opened a case with the better business bureau.

Horrible company. It's a scam. I should have stayed where I was. It sounded really good . And really reasonable. I wasn't told you have to buy tokens. My bill has gone from 49$ month plus equipment to 89$ a month plus equipment. Then if I run slow before end of billing cycle I have to buy tokens. I called there 4 x's today. Only the woman in Phoenix Arizona was of any help. Everyone else was rude. I want to get the rebate I don't have a computer or car. The idiot on the other end of the ph said well go to your local library. My son said don't go with this company. I am on a fixed income and I couldn't afford a raise in the internet but I did nt have choice. Now I am stuck 2 yrs with a scam company that will keep raising the prices.

Hughes Net is the worst company I had to deal with. When I canceled my service, before I had a chance to return the equipment, the company withdrew $316.00 out of my bank account without authorization further equipment fees. They said I would be refunded once they received the equipment. I could not reach one the equipment pieces, so I could not return it with the others. They said that this piece cost $200.00 so they will only refund $105.00 of the $316.00 But they did offer me a fee for them to come out and get the piece of the roof. They will charge me $99.00. I de c lined and said I am not paying another cent to them. I did submit a complaint to the BBB. Waiting to get back to them.

They have me locked in for a 24 month period.
I have had the worst wifi experience with Hughesnet. They keep taking money from my bank account every month. The wifi they promised is a dud. They have promised that a tech will be here and no one shows up. No call, no text, no fixing their promise of being "the best".

Do yourself a favor look for a better wifi provider. Ask your friends and family for a better option. Hughesnet is terrible. The worst experience.

They internet is terrible it only worked for two weeks and then went completely out and then taking money off a card that dont belong to me but didn't use the card that belongs to me now want to charge me $400 for garbage internet please anybody don't use this service.

Internet and television service failed during a recent storm. Television service was eventually restored, but a week later the internet service is still down. Tech support claims that it is because of overcast weather. I must wait for a sunny day for service.

The ABSOLUTE WORSE service I have ever had and the customer service is even more atrocious! On hold 9 different times for over 45 minutes and still could not resolve the issue. Save yourself the frustration.

Hughsnet are thieves I cancelled my service in 2022 and they where suppose to me a return box which I never received they took $332.10 from my account and when I called they tell me I didn't send the equipment back after reading other comments this seems to be a scam that they do on people if you are considering a internet service that is very reliable try Starlink way cheaper and unlimited data I would not encourage my worst enemy to go with Hugh's net

It's never there problem,it's allways something on your end. One guy told me I need to unplug my modem every night cause it might catch fire, I told him he was an idiot. Dumped hughes afterwords

Your internet has to be the most terrible internet ever.. My cell phone is faster then this pos internet.. It's very slow with a contract 100.00 a month. I told friends don't use your service it's ridiculous...

I used up my 15 gigs within 2 weeks and the speed was dropped from 35 to 3! Now I am trying to cancel because I found a better service for $30 less per month for 100 gigs of 5g service. I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes and still can't get through his thick head I want to cancel! I was also told that my 4 years of service might cost me up to $400 to cancel! WHY!?! no answer to that. Now I'm on hold for another who knows how long for a supervisor!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT use them. They stole my money. I called them, was passed around to various people then hung up on. TERRIBLE customer service. They are thieves.

I thought I ordered unlimited minutes but I don't have it. My internet is so slow that I can't even get on my computer. It is just terrible. I will start looking and see what else I can find. I pay $92 a month and deserve better service.

Hughes net sucks!!! Canceled service since November 29,2022 they said they turned it back on to an empty house. Been trying to get there box to return equipment and they keep sending to old address but have our new address. Here it is gonna be February and still waiting for box. Just called them for the sixth time and was told again boxes have been sent to old address. We get bills at new address so what's so hard about sending a box to new address??? This company really sucks!!! No box no final payment!!!

You guys totally suck! Worst service ! I have had a car decal made stating DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO HUGHES SATELLITE INTERNET THEY ARE RIPOFFS RIPPOFFS AND PROVIDE HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ON MY AND TRUCK DRIVING IN ft myers florida. Your system needs a total revamp but probably won't happen as you just want to ripoff your customers. I have cancelled my service as of November 2022 and they have some erroneous address on my account that I have never nor will I ever reside at yet they continue to send the return equipment box to this address and I cannot return the equipment as the contract states. Having this problem, they so graciously withdrew $319.00(approx.) dollars out of my account on 12/31/22 due to equipment NOT being returned. THIS IS THEFT!! I have contacted them 3 times and the final contact the rep referenced my correct address in the notes yet the equipment return box keeps going to a different address. They have ACH withdrawn funds of $319.00 and WILL NOT ALLOW me to return their equipment. THEFT THEFT THEFT!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! They withdrew the funds even after I verified my correct address to send the box too

I live in lesterville mo. Hughesnet is not what people think ? when you are promise to have service for a month or two because are are on a budget and a SSI and other income that takes you money they said we would have be able to keep it on don't believe believe they keep their end of their deal and the data is not unlimited data it's slow you can't stream anything I hope they can fix things. They have my service suspended to I just now got my statement . It passed January 17 it says it was due I should of paid or I would be suspended taking people peoples money I'm not impressed with it myself

Charged my account when service was ended 8 days before payment was due and card was to be deleted and still charged me account. Told it would be reversed and it was not. Customer service and service itself is horrible.

Buyer beware....account lasted 4 days of disappearing plan allotment, repeatedly being given false information, being switched to different plans and lied to about costs...finally spent hrs arguing until forcing a refund because they had lied about the the service, the cost, the speed & the usage...then had the gall to try to charge me for disconnecting when they were the ones who misrepresented and negated the contract....Nuff said....miserable 4 days
