have had all kinde of problems. have used incredimail every sence it came out.all of a sudden cant download, will not take licences,support just screwes it up and this is a bran new computer. I an very dissipointed in your product,Would still like to use it but have one month invested trying to get it to work with no sucess. have money involved and cant use the product. also getting a lot of runtime errors when trying to do something in incredimail. very dissipointed and guess Iwill give up. no one semes to be able to help

How do I setup email with Comcast? /send, receive?

If I purchased this program again after years of use, doesn't a CD come to me?

It is obvious Perion (Who owns IncrediMail) Does NOT respond to inquiries! I have tracked down their Head Office for those of us who want a refund.

Detailed comments about billing and incompatibility of Incredimail with my computer system have been returned today by; (advert received) - this email address wasnâ??t found at the destination domain!

A complaint could also not be delivered - a permanent error!

An attempt to email via the website was not possible because my email address is one character too long.

Maybe the programmers use shorter e-mail addresses!

All of a sudden I can't send to one of my contacts that I have been emailing to for years. My messages go to my inbox. I deleted him out of my address book and readded him. I have checked everything and have no clue as to why it is only one of my contacts that I can send to.

I like Incredimail but here lately I have had lots of problems.

my email does not send or receive. the message box is empty, when it had several unread messages in it. my local network technician went thru it pretty thoroughly and feels the site is corrupted. i have 142 messages in accessible. the files will open, but that is all that works. i need help. the tech sent mail to windows mail.com for now, until this corrected. i unsubscribed twice and the site came back in the same shape. .

Incredimail doesn't answer my phone call , I have called them several times , their service really is horrible , I searched incredimail technical support hpone number on you tube and found their phone number . they picked my call once after that they don't respond , please help me

I need YOU to get in touch with me. I can not get in. Keeps asking for my password and then won't accept it. I am rather angry at this point. How do you get in touch with a HUMAN????? I can not do anything. What is your problem??>? I know what mine is--can't get my mail, can't send my mail and it appears you have no humans available!!

I was charged $45 in my bank account and I did not approve that, why are so many people getting ripped off, I backtracked my bank account and I was stunned when I saw that they took out $45 LAST YEAR TOO! I DO NOT have automatic renewal, so I think Incredimail is up to something~~~~ I want my money back !!!

I have been using Incredimail for over 10 years. Originally paid for a 'Premium' Membership, Also Gold renewal last November. Now I have changed computers and nothing works. Have no access to VIP troubleshooting that I should with IM Premium. Now they say for me to purchase their 'PLUS' edition. Isn't this charging me again for what I originally bought. Got messages from Kuldeen Singh, which did niothing to solve anything. I feel like I have been a loyal user, now I feel just plain screwed !!!

since i wrote a nasty letter to incredimail my mail has gone nuts on me...paid for incredimail gold plus, now i can't get it anymore as they want you to pay a yearly fee..i think they put a jinx on me now..i have hundreds of mail in my folders that i cannot delete or look at ..it keeps saying loading...there support sucks..i lost all my animations and songs again...they need to get it together...it's a mail program it should work...they need to give up facebook and there own browsers and just do the mail.

suddenly I cannot open links. after 2wks of being treated like an idiot, "Kuldeep Singh" sends a screenshot to show me the box to check, despite my telling them repeatedly that I do not have the same menu options they are talking about. So I took a screenshot of MY menu and sent it back. the so-called support isn't even familiar with their own product! The worst part is that I paid for this crap service.

Incredimail is going to go away. Imagine when you have an Issue, You have to send an Email and wait for an Email . My account is Corrupted so...? Why dont they have a Chat service? Anyway Setting up Gmail , After 5 years with Incredicrap And about 6 major crashes and unable to recover each time I have suffered enough with this micky mouse program . Good bye

I just bought the Incredimail Plus, Backup, Protection, Gold Gallery and cannot register any of them. After numerous emails back and forth with support nothing has been resolved. They told me to go to C:\ProgramData\IncrediMail\Data and delete the "Licenses" folder. Nothing would delete there...then all of a sudden the Licenses folder was empty but the License folder itself would not delete at all. I have contacted them so many times Ive lost count and told them that the folder wont delete at all just keeps jumping to the mother folder. Have told them I want my money back to my credit card used and have had no satisfaction at all from them or reply. Legal action may have to be taken. I have dealt with Incredimail for years and this is the first time Ive had problems with them...So sad the company has gone down hill.

I upgraded from Incredimail Plus 2.0 to 2.5 and I HATE IT!!! It lists all the emails I have on Gmail servers, emails that were automatically sent to my computer long ago causing duplicates, and slowed down my IM to a crawl! As for Customer Service, that's a joke. There's nowhere on IM to file a complaint. For the first time since I installed IM years ago I'm seriously thinking of dumping it.

Unbelievable! I have been an Incredible XE, now 2, customer for several years. This is a business. This morning has been completely wasted trying to get Incredimail to work and/or get in touch with someone who can. The pat answer is RE-REGISTER. Yes, we know! But if the it won't open, how can we re-register? We have the CODE. We can't put it in.

Incredimail is absolutely a disgusting company. They do not have any phone contact available. The help email is a disaster. I believe they are a company that is just out there to take your money and then forget about their product that does not work!!!!!!!!
I have a number of accounts with them but they just don't care.
I am cancelling all my accounts with my company and going back to Outlook.

I don't understand why incredimail makes it so hard to contact them. It's like they're hiding from me. I am a premium member with problems and can't get a hold of anyone for help!

It Has Become Painfully Obvious To Me That Incxredimail Is Pushing Everyone To Their 'pay'system. I Have Spent Hours With Optus Trying To Get My Mail Working Again, After It Just Turned It's Toes Up Two Weeks Ago. We Have Got Incoming Going Ok, But Cannot Compose Or Send Mail. Trying To Resolve The Issues Without Having Some Sort Of Contact With A Tech Person Is Just Bloody Impossible. I Have Been With Incredi For Over 5 Years And Have Loved It....even Though I Have To Every Now And Then Resort To Having Optus Bail Me Out - And They Don't Support Incredi. Time To Go Elsewhere And I Just Want As Many People As Possible To Know How Hopeless They Are.

I have had £24.99 taken out of my bank account by Incredimail,I have had no contact with incredimail for over a year,I have none of their stuff on my computer,and certainly not downloaded anything,how do they get away with it?...It is stealing,and,they must know they are doing it..Do I have to just put it down to experience,I think warnings should be put out by institutions about this company?...it is so blatant...On to the bank I go.A,Gregory
