Incredimail customer service has always been deplorable. I have issues all the time with no help from them except for form emails that have nothing to do with my issues. Sorry I spent money on them.

Incredimail itself is the worst email program ever you can find on earth, it keeps crashing over the years and they use a bad database file system that keeps deleted sometimes after the crash and I am stupid too for not converting to outlook or any other email client from along time.
Also if you need to move your old emails from incredimail to outlook it's not standard and you cannot do that for the sake of god!! you just can set and look to your attachment folder and your (.EML) messages even if you buy the converter software beleive it or not you cannot convert your old emails from incredimail if your tiny database file has been deleted after the crash or by mistake (what the.... I mean why the hell a small db file is controlling your GBs amount of email data ?????????)
The worst part now... go to their forum and try to search for the most technical issues or ask the Admins then you will have 2 option, either they don't know and ask you to try this and try that or they will mostly will not reply or EVEN POST YOUR QUESTION BECAUSE YOU ASK A HARD QUESTION THAT THE DEVELOPER CANNOT ANSWER) what a bad company what a bad service what a bad people!
I lost an important 7GBs of email data because of the crash of the email on windows 8.1 and they still didn't like my friendly post and they didn't post it.
Incredimail Application has not worked for ages.
There was a supposed solution to the fault last week which enabled service to be resumed - but only for the briefest time.
I reply on emails for work.
Please help. I'm about to switch to a new server - though with reluctance and regret, as one of the reasons I stick with Microsoft is so that I can use Incredimail.
How long does it take to get a response out of Incredimail. I just renewed Plus and upgraded to Windows 10. Cannot get into incredimail and have lots of files stored there that are probably lost. If this doesn't get fixed, I want a refund on Incredimail Plus for my email address. Paid for my husbands also, and it keeps telling me it won't except his registration codes. Very frustrating.
I am patiently waiting for "Incredimail" to get their act together and get rid of the so called "glitch" from Windows 10 that has supposedly contaminated Incredimail recently. Due to this supposed "glitch", I have been without my Incrediamail for approximately 3 weeks now and I am getting fed up with Incredimail apologising for this error and the statement they "THEY" are working on the problem. Have you tried talking to "Microsoft " to get an answer to this problem. If things don't change soon, then from me, it will be "GOOD BY INCREDIMAIL!!"

My Incredimail account has not opened for the last week. This problem with the windows update is ridiculous. I need my email!! Please!! Please!! get this fixed!! I cannot use the 'walk around' method because it will not work. Wasting too much time trying to open this email.
I'd like to contact the service via an email, but my emails are not working. This has been going on for the past two or so weeks now when I either get emails or for some reason incredimail has stopped working. Very frustrating !!!!! Please do something about this as my family relies on this service for work purposes. Thankyou.
Very very disappointed by the missing timely solving capacity of the IM-Helpdesk. One generic comment on their software problems after the upgrade of Windows10. Only a work around which doesn't work at all. Not any additional information on their approach and efforts to solve the problem for so many people like you and me. I also was a user for many years as a lifetime user but now I am going to prepare another mail programm as IM stays instable and doesn't know how to solve it. You got the benefit of the doubt IM however we are not crazy and are finishing with your software and the very bad service on the availability and continuity of your programm!
I, like a fool upgraded to a Gold Member today. I have tried over and over to install it.
I called and spoke to a person who couldn't speak English. I be damned if I am going to sit here all day on this PC for you. You are wasting my life and I don't like that.
I am going to call my credit card and cancel this if I do not hear back in 24 hours.
1.) Does not support Gmail second level security
2,) IMAP support is non existent
3.) Constant error --- IMAP call with system error too small
4.) Scoket error 122, Port 143
This use to be a GREAT product. They have fallen along the wayside and no longer support the product. O yes, --- Just reload it. Get a different version --- no we don't support that etc. etc. etc.
I have tried and tried installing flash player still I can't open my email. I have used you from the start, you take no responsibility.The only help I got was to ask me to do a darned survey which has nothing to do with my dilemma. I don't have time for this garbage and will remove you as my mail account. so many people are having problems, sort yourself out

I have uninstalled Incredimail because of it's constant " Incredimail has encountered a problem and needs to close" together with the fact that it said it was downloading messages but WASN'T! I reinstalled 4 times and the problem persisted.
This was on my laptop.
On my I-Mac running windows XP via Parallels I have two users. The one I normally use has recently refused to open Incredimail past the orange envelope. (both the above were version 2.5 which is no where as good as version 2.) I get the booming "Welcome" voice, the orange envelope and THAT'S IT! The only way to get rid of the orange envelope is to reboot the computer.
What the hell is going on.
I have also reinstalled this programme 6 times to no avail.
WHEN ARE YOU GING TO HAVE AVAILABLE A VERSION FOR MAC? YOU ARE MISSING A TRICK HERE. THERE ARE NEARLY AS MANY MACS OUT THERE AS WINDOWS MACHINES.
GET WITH IT!
If you can't help me with this problem I shall ditch Incredimail totally.
A great shame as it is my favourite e-mail client and great fun. But a programme that doesn't work is worse than useless.

HELP!!
I have been using Incredimail for nearly 9 years now. It has come to my attention the more I block the more I receive trash mail If it cant be stopped I will have to delete Incredimail and go through my online subscribers email program. If its an act for me to purchase spam blocker it wont work My email is If after the net week I don't see a dramatic decrease in the junk mail I am getting I shall delete and inform my many contacts the scheme that Incredimail is trying.
