I have a simple yes or no question but after 3 emails I still can't get a direct answer. I cannot fathom what is so difficult in saying, no, (that is not normal for our product) or yes, (unfortunately that's the inferior product we make).

Tried 3 different times to email with a question. Each time, after selecting the "submit" button, I got an "error in sending e-mail" message. What's up?

worst company for customer service. I have been lied to and brushed of 3 times by their customer service and had them admit that their smart plug doesn't work yet they still sale them...I cant believe this.

I have an insignia t.v. Was watching a movie and a pop sound came from the television. Followed by most of my screen going black with an internal crack. Had geek squad come out and they accused me of damaging it. Have called insignia numerous times and they have been no help. Just put the blame on me. This t.v was not cheap and I hate that I'm going to have to replace it when it wasn't even my fault. When it comes time to buy I won't be getting this brand again!

I have contacted signia to help with my 32 inch TV and they were unable to help. parts are not available, the tv is only 2 years old. I was told to contact a local technician to see if they could find the part. how can they find it if Signia can't?

I told the rep that I would never buy another signia product and she said she didn't care.

no 1 answers & your tv doesnt get all my channels. No answer soon to my phone 818-782-3884 & i return ur tv today. Also no batteries for remote. Every one else provides.

My husband and I purshased a 50 inch insignia television from best buy. After 7mths the television which was placed on the TV stand developed colorful lines going up and down the screen. I reported the problem to the geek squad and the manufacturer, whom both choose to play the blame game on myself as well as each other. I received visits from three different repair men stating that it was an internal crack, the tv has never fallen, but nevertheless, even with a 5 year warranty, they refused to replace it. My advice to everyone is to NEVER PURCHASE ANY INSIGNIA PRODUCT! It is a very cheap product that doesn't last long. If you're into wasting money than by all means, buy an insignia, the worst company ever!!!! And don't waste your time buying any kind of warranty from best buy, they don't honor that either!!!

So my insignia tv has had a black screen for years,you turn it on and after 2or3 min it goes black just never got around to fixing it.last night i was at a party and someone said they also had or tv and it did the same thing. I go online and there are so many people with or issue.why didn't best buy issue a recall on there home brand tv,why did so many people have this issue and paid to get it fix and there was know support. I think this is a big deal.

I have a new Insignia Roku TV and no remote codes for my Direct TV remote work. I have to return this TV if you cannot help me. I used every code on your web site and on Direct TV site. I know how since Direct TV instructions are familiar to me. I am using a red,white, and yellow input cable. I think I have your TV setting on satellite TV but TV says no signal. My remote is RC 64 type You 32" TV Mode can you help? signed frustrated 1003

I have had 3 insignia TV's all of which had similar issues of having a 4 inch completely black section at the bottom and top of thescreen. The worst TV ever.

I purchased an INSIGNIA TV ten months ago. It is totally unresponsive to any commands. Goes on and off on its own,only to Channel 9.4 and with no picture or
sound. In addition it is holding my DVD captive.

HELP! HELP! YET NO HELP IS FORTHCOMING FROM INSIGNIA NOR BEST BUY WHERE I PURCHASED IT.

I AM BEING GIVEN A LOUD RAZZ LET THE BUYER BEWARE.

In the past 6 months I've had to buy 3 chargers fir my samsung galaxy cell, they have turned out to be disappointing, outside of being expensive 24 for each one. Single mom without work, disappointed.

Insignia sucks!! I bought a 32" flat screen. In the first year, the remote stopped working. The remote was under warranty and was replaced. Also in that time, the picture went out twice but they were able to trouble shoot over the phone. Now the warranty has expired and the picture has gone completely out. I am told the panel is probably gone bad so now I have to fix it at my expenses. THIS SET IS BARELY THREE YEARS OLD. As compared to my LG which I have had for seven years with no problem. DO NOT INSIGNIA PRODUCTS.

I purchased an Insignia Wireless Blue-Ray Disc Player Model #NS-WBRDVD2 from Best Buy without the extended warranty. It worked fine for about 13 mos. Suddenly it started turning itself off 10 - 15 seconds after I turned it on. I called their tech support and they wanted to download an update but the player wouldn't turn on. They told me not to take it to the store and to buy an new player since it was outside the warranty period. I took it to the store anyway to drop it off and find out if it was a simple fix. The Best Buy representative attempted to receive my player but when the system recognized the model # it advised her not to accept the item for repair. I asked for the Mgr who said these decisions are made at the corporate level and he has no control over what items he can repair. I want to warn all prospective Best Buy shoppers to avoid all Insignia products unless you are prepared to purchase the extended warranty. These products NOT made to last. The store refused to accept my player for repair because they have no repair parts. They make throw-away components that they have no intention of ever repairing.

Awful customer service. I was treated like an idiot - then when I tried to make myself understood I was told I was being offensive - and they threatened to hang up on me. I ended up having to demand a manager. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. Their customer service is insulting and there were big language barrier problems.

I finally got my question answered by calling the software company. They knew more about the hardware then Insignia seemed to.
