Koodo customer service is the absolute worst. The only reason I lasted 20 years is because someone with authority would admit a mistake and eventually fix it to what I was promised in the first place... other representatives do not have a clue about anything and just keep transferring you until your so upset you just end up paying the f&%k up to just get away from there obvious attempts to scam you anyway possible. The koodo Hub is the biggest joke. I never got it to work properly inspite all the "customer service" the multiple sim cards the driving to town to replace the dud. The last 5 years with koodo has been hell for me. Now I have to pay $233 dollars for a hub they just forgot to send bills for until April 20th... this hub is 20 a month and somehow I owe $233 and not one email before April 20th asking if I have forgotten to pay my koodo... no text messages with amount owing either... and I am told by 4 representatives that it's all my fault and regardless of the hub not working and not being used i still had a active phone number. I will never recommend koodo to anyone or any business I work with. Im even starting to regret going to telus because they said my koodo was closed and obviously it was not. I have PTSD as well as a personality disorder and it's pretty bad when koodo keeps screwing me with hidden charges and representatives who are dishonest and lie just to get you signed up.. I sure hope I didn't make a bigger mistake going to telus. Only time will tell I guess.

Koodo sent me an email telling me that unless I declined a specific add-on, they would add it to my plan and I would have to pay for it. Why are they allowed to do this. It is like negative billing. I have been with them for several years and in that time have not used that type of add-on. Why can't they offer it to ma and if I choose it, I can the. Pay for it.

Koodos reception is the best for where I live.... my ONLY complaint would be.. the digital assist does not help when you can't send or receive text messages..sometimes you need to talk to a HUMAN...... I've tried to get in contact with someone. I've tried many numbers on the net. Frustrating.... thanks to Micheal at walmart bedford wireless he helped me fix my problem within minutes! If it wasn't for him I am sure I still wouldn't be able to send it receive text....

useless,all the want is to sell you over priced phones and acc s,customer service none at all, I hope they all loose there jobs, they really would be happier being retrained at macdonalds or even better greeting zombies at wallmart, leave this company , I did, so much happier !

Do Not Use Koodo. Your Screw Even Before Becoming A Customer. Cheap Plans To Get You In Then You Get Charges After Charges Of Use That You Never Even Got Warned About. Koodo Is The Worst Company To Be A Customer To. They Will Screw You Over Like Other Loan Companys Do. Take You For All Your Money . Never Ever Again Will I Ever Recommend Or Service With Koodo.

I ordered a phone on line.They sent an email the next day saying it was shipped. A tracking number was provided but no customer service contact of any kind. The phone has not shown up. The tracking number says it was returned to sender.Their stupid frustrating useless robot virtual assistant is the only form of contact. I am still waiting for a real person to call me with an explanation about what happened.

I am a very dissatisfied customer who is going to take her business elsewhere. I have been attempting to talk to a fricken real human for 7 days to get my bill sorted out as have been charged for data I did not use!! I have every day requested a call from the stupid assist chat and nobody has called me back. No number to get ahold of a human!! This is RIDICULOUS!

Scammers. At the Koodo shop in Place Versailles (Montreal) they told us to get a new phone, we only had to pay $200. We did the upgrade and to our shock, the bill is actually at $900!!!! We called customer service to confirm we have a contract signed in our possession that indicates otherwise, they said the bill is correct and what was said verbally doesn't count. Okay...but we have a written contract that confirms what was said verbally. This is going to hit the news folks. You can't scam people like this. Awful.

Worst phones and service I've ever had. Will never renew with koodo/telus again. Refuses to assist with a defective phone. Criminal how you treat long term customers.

I've been waiting for 7 months for resolving this issue about my wrong payment last January 6,2021..I speak with your representative and she promised that I could receive on June 28,2021.But until now I never recieve don't Ignored my messages. That is a wrong payment be honest to people I really need that money I'm not working right now I really ,really need my money back..

We were overcharged on a bill. We tried to call, it is impossible to get a human being to talk to. Then we tried to communicate through the internet but you want to charge a $5 to talk to you about an expensive bill. You should work on talking to your customers

Very very poor technical aspects of the company are acceptable
they run off of telus's network they actually have slightly better data coverage due to the fact that they run off of the 3G network
Whereas telephones are constantly looking for the 4G LTE and therefore runs slower when you're not in a major city center
The main concern and apparently everyone shares this problem is that it is impossible to talk to a customer representative there are no phone numbers that go directly to a live representative
The voice system is incredibly frustrating and pointless
The only contact is through chat where the Bot is incredibly annoying and questionably the stupidest system I have ever dealt with
From there you can schedule a call back if you can get the automated system to allow that to happen that seems to be hit and miss
And overall the time frame between when you initiate a call and when you will actually talk to human being averages close to 2 hours

When you deal with a representative they attempt
To assist but they have a great deal of difficulty understanding anything more complex than simple questions

I was with Koodo for many years
I won't Go back and would never recommend them to anyone else which is unfortunate as I said technically they seem to be a solid company
But they definitely need a full overhaul of their customer service

Overall service for koodo was fairly good in the technical aspect
Being that it runs off of telus's network it's fairly good reach and reliability

My concern is with the customer service end of it they literally do everything they can and go out of their way to make it next to impossible to contact them directly there is no direct telephone number that will connect you with an agent
You're only option is to go through Kudo chat and request a call back if you choose this option you're looking at over an hour to 2 hours before you may talk to someone
And when you do talk to an agent it is extremely difficult for them to understand anything more complex than yes no answers
They're automated system also is extremely limited as to what information it will provide and how and if it can respond
I was with their Network for 3 years I would not recommend it and will not go back to it

We ordered a Galaxy Ultra 21 G5 on May 23, 2001. Recieved an email saying it would be delivered in 1 to 2 weeks. Its now been almost a month and no cell phone, no messages to us to say, sorry we're a little late with your order, Nothing. Tried to speak to an actual human being is a joke beyond stupid. In other words its impossible. We have 4 koodo plans right now where we pay over $200 a month and I am seriously going to cancel them all, pay off what we owe and find a better option. Because honestly Koodo sucks big time !!!!

Can't get a hold of an actual live human being and no bloody contact number you search gives you one. If this is how they service their customers than I'm out. This is far beyond frustrating and I've been trying for the past hour.

Don't worry about responding because I don't want to waste any more time waiting for an answer that may or may not come or have your AI ask a stupid question.

So useless. On their website it states that the account owner & manager have the same amount of access yet unless you're the owner theyre useless for you.. they won't let me cancel an order even though I have full access and placed the order? What useless people, that isn't fraud protection just useless garbage.

Try answering the damn phone. Want to get my cell phone unlocked. Cannot get a hold of anybody at Koodo. Do you actually have people working there? Really agitated at this time.

Koodo added something "free" to my account without asking for permission. Then, they started charging me for it! Didn't want it, don't need it, & shouldn't have to pay for their negative billing scam. Watch your add-ons. It's $2 a pop, so you might not notice. Sneaky bastards. Then, they make it impossible to complain with their stupid autobot!
