I called the little Cesar's in our town, Mountain city Tennessee 37683, at approximately 9:50 pm- they close at 10pm. I asked to place an order for a thin crust pizza and was quickly informed they do not take special orders after 9:30. I replied I understood and would be at their location within minutes as I live within 5 minutes of the store. I did not go through the Drive-through instead went into the store. I requested a cheese pizza and crazy bread and was informed they had "nothing left" but a (one) crazy bread. I pointed to the SIX (6) pizzas that were in the warmer, to which I was then informed those were "for orders that had been placed?!" orders that were placed? How is that possible if they take "no orders after 930?" However, at this point they were closing in two minutes and there were no other customers inside the store, besides myself, and one car in the drive-through. I stated that with them closing and those orders obviously not having been picked up, would I not be able to get one of those and then possibly they make another one? They replied that they were out of everything including dough. I spoke with the young lady at the counter, whose name was Destiny, and asked to speak to the manager and she responded she infact was the manager. I then asked if they were closing how these orders were supposed to be picked up? When they could not give me an answer, I requested to just have the crazy bread totaled up, paid for that- then asked if there was a corporate number they could give me. She replied that there was not. As I exited the store and got into my vehicle, they locked the door behind me, and had no one (no other customers) in the drive-through, which was further confusing, as I did not understand where the pizzas in the warmer were supposed to have been ordered , as they do not deliver. Needless to say, this experience was beyond unprofessional, and was extremely frustrated not only being disappointed with the lack of availability, but also extremely poor customer service.

Little ceasers customer support has to the worst I've ever encountered. For this pizza place to be sponsored by the NFL is a fking Joke . & the fact that you can't even cancel an order on the app is ridiculous, we have to call a phone number that doesn't work . I've left countless emails to try and get my problem resolved and nothing . If you're trying to get a hold of customer support GOOD LUCK. Letting y'all know I've been on hold for 3 hours and 20 minutes & I've tried to call the store but no answer called 18 times .

Your Mansfield Ohio store is completely unacceptable, not only with service but customer service. I waited an hour and a half for one pepperoni pizza today. After she had already taken my money. I watched two cars that were in drive through behind me go in and get six pizzas, I watched two other come in and leave because they can not keep up. Ever since you put the drive through in and taking door dash it has become even worse. When she did give me the pizza she said it had been done but she forgot to give it to me. I had to be somewhere missed my appointment because of your slow customer service. The time before this we ordered a pizza and she said it will be a 15 minute wait.. Fine I waited go in and she said they were short staffed it would be another 15 minutes and again I watch countless others come In and get their pizzas, I told her I had to cancel that order because I couldn't wait. The lady in the front told me I didn't have to be so rude, I was not being rude but I couldn't wait any longer and asked for my money back. I told her she was the one being rude talking to a paying customer like that instant of other people. I have also waited in drive through once over a hour and a half. I don't know what is going on in this store but the staff is completely out of line and the wait is utterly ridiculous. We used t9 enjoy going in getting a hot and ready that didn't take forever to make. This store gets a zero out of ten. Get it together I waste more gas than what the pizza is worth. They also forgot the Pepsi I paid for.

I have T-Mobile Tuesdays where they offer you free breadsticks when you order pizza I try multiple times online to order it and he tells me my card is invalid. I tried three different cards and it doesn't work so I came in and spoke to the manager and she didn't want to honor the fact that the online is not working I even demonstrated it to her. I'm sorry, but that's a little unfair.

Went to the hurricane Wv little ceasers .There was a car in front of us for over 20min in drive thru.finally they drive off .I get ti the speaker heard a female come on the speaker ,but couldn't understand her ,so asked I'm sorry what did you say ?With a major attitude she screams "I said I'll be with you in a minute stressing the word minute out . we sat there 14mins still no answer!! As we drive off she was staring at us with a smart@@ smile! Why do you have people like this working ?? She needs fired !! Not to mention she had people laughing the whole time I'm the store !!

The lady's that work down there are absolutely rude they are young and have no customer service at all I will never go there again and give them my money for burnt pizza

The cheese bread has been horrendous for the last month and a half at the fort Walton Beach location on racetrack road it is so bad we have thrown it away about six times
We've had to order it separate every time with no seasoning at all I'm not sure what's going on but you take one back you're ready to puke garlic just saying

This is one of the worst Little Caesars I have ever ate at went to lunch got two of the hot $5 pizzas they was hard as a rock whenever you go there again just because of this experience it's not only just Little Caesars it's everywhere you go since the coronavirus started people need to wake up and do their job the way they supposed to do it at least give a little bit of care

I called the store 12 times in 40 minutes and no one answered so I figured they were really busy. I come to the store they standing around talking and laughing anymore one person in the store. This is ridiculous. I come here a lot because of my children but I won't be back. And when I ask for the number to corporate, nobody seem to know it they're teenagers in here working and they don't care about nothing to nobody. You need to have some grownups or either teach them some type of customer service training you don't just let your phone ring and ring and ring that's and this is not the first time that this location has been horrible. I thought it had changed. There was a new manager up here and he does very well but these people I've never seen and they are horrible and something needs to be done because you're gonna lose a lot of business.

Ordered on their app, 2 pizza, Italian cheese bread and 2 sauces. They only had my pizzas in the pizza portal, I asked the guy at the register and he said he'd have my bread out in about 8 minutes. I waited 20 minutes before he asked what I was waiting for, told him once more I was waiting for my bread and sauce and showed him my receipt. In this time 3 people came in and left with Italian cheese bread. I never got mine even after waiting half an hour. Messaged their customer service and never got a reply, they're a bunch of thieves.

Sent a message several weeks ago about a situation with a gift card. I am unable to use the remaining balance of 13.50 from a 20.00 gift card because the reader will not read the card nor can ANY colleague at any store I visit use it. I just left the Little Caesars in Stony Creek,Va I asked the manager did they have pizza for Veterans day and she replied with a mean face No!!!I guess everyone doesn't like Vets.

The newest edition to Lil Ceasars the fancironi with the old-time small peparoni everytime I ordered at 11940 off Gleson in Portland is was burnt and they saying its really not could never catch the manager there last time one customer talked about shooting up the place.

My senior parents decided to order pizza as a treat, a splurge. We ordered from the store in Greeneville, TN on the Asheville Highway.
They wanted the Fantasteronni (or the pizza that boasts 100 pepperoni on the pizza). When I took it to them, opened the box and was very disappointed. I counted only 27 pepperoni. I called the store to see if our order was correct. The young man answered the phone, listened to my issue, paused a long while and then hung up on me! I wasn't rude but this employee was. My parents do not have the extra funds to purchase something that they do not receive. Very disappointed appointed

First off all it is 12:56 in the afternoon n the service at the store on broadway st in Lawrence mass by the assistant manager was awful the food was old my experience was the worse's experience in my life the manager was super rude would sell me something else to replace my old food I had already paid for the service for me as a customer was extremely awful

What a frigging joke to even HAVE a customer support number listed that isn't even operating, especially when ur screen readers have been BROKEN for almost an entire week!!! Enjoy ur livy weekend L.C.'s executives while the working class masses give u the one fingered salute and go elsewhere from now on!!! Customer service??? Pulled into the drive thru line at 9:22 pm at the Highland Springs Virginia Lil Caesar's . One car in front of me . Finally got to the order speaker at 9:42. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes more and absolutely NOTHING. Meanwhile two young men without shirts on , roll a cart by me with 20 pizzas headed to the dumpster. I ask what's going on and their reply was ," I dont think they're making no more pizzas" I'm like HUH??? I pull around to the window about as pissed as I can be already been here for 30 + minutes at this point . I pull up to the window and look in , all the lights are basically off and there's some lazy employee just sitting there scrolling through her phone , oblivious there's 8 cars in line behind me . I ask her what's she's doing having to scream through the window because she wouldn't even get her lazy self up and come to the window. Hours of operation for this store are clearly stated on the front doors that this place is supposed to be open til 10 pm. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:22 with 1 car in front of me . What a joke . She could care less there's 8 more people behind me and didn't even have enough courtesy and class to at least tell the people were closed . Just leaving them back there like oh well . That's ridiculous at that brand new lip ceasars they have such ratchet half az employees. Guarantee they do this every night and I guarantee they are costing the company thousands a dollars doing this day after day and I also guarantee one day somebody's gonna come through there not quite as patient as me and put a foot in someone's az for wasting half an hour of their time . Everybody at that place needs to be fired . What a joke
