I bought the Barbie virtual world doll under the assumption that the online service would be free as it stated but after one year they have started making us pay for it and we cant afford it.....WHATS UP WITH THAT......

I think it is crazy that you have to pay an expert to try to get an answer on a product that doesn't work. We have a Barbie doll'd up nail product that will not work correctly which has been purchased for 2 year. It is also crazy that you pay that kind of money for a product & then want a customer to pay to get a answer. If this is the support you get from your customer service, we will not or recommend anymore products from your company again.

My 9 year old daughter was so excited to get Monster High dolls for Christmas. As I'm sure you're all aware of, one of them fell apart by january. She had a birthday in February. she recieved 5 more dolls. One was broken in the box. One broke right after she got it out. When I returned the one still in the box, the store(Target) said they get many of these returned-BROKEN!! Mattel has gone down hill big time! I work in retail and I will make sure EVERYONE I see knows not to buy your products anymore! You are all hype with no backbone to support your garbage toys you are now selling!!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!

Mattel toys are junk. We bought the "flippin frogs" board game for my son. First of all, it was missing parts right out of the box. Then, we were only able to use it a few times, before it quit working. We changed batteries, hoping that was the problem, but it still doesn't work. I tried to contact Mattel, however, none of their websites offer the option to send an email to customer service. We don't have the receipt, so unsure if we can exchange it at the store. What a ripoff.

I ordered toys for my son for his birthday prior to Thanksgiving. Mattel sent all the wrong toys. They promised to overnight the toy, I called and called and they kept promising me that they would send the toy. It is now almost the end of January and I have still not gotten the toy for my son. I was promised by 4 different managers that it would be sent. Their customer service sucks and I will never order from Mattel again!!!

NO customer support available for the Barbie Nail Printer. Internet help only gives instruction manual details.

Prniter software will not install on my windows Vista, anti-virus software will not allow due to worm status,

This product is almost $200. Mattel should have done more research before putting the product on the market. Girls are very disapponted as are parents who are un-able to install the software. What do we tell our children about a defective product Santa brought for Christmas?

It seems the bulk of their products have become garbage. My sons love Hot Wheels, but every track, town, and accessory seems to be junk. Must be why there is no Customer Service email address. Bad web design to match bad product design.

I PURCHASED THE MONSTER HIGH DOLLS FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER. THEY HAVE GOT TO BE THE CHEAPEST MADE DOLLS I EVER BOUGHT FROM MATTEL. THE LEGS AND ARMS KEEP FALLING OFF. I DO NOT GIVE THIS TOY A GOOD RATING AT ALL. AND IT WAS ONE OF THE HOTTEST SELLING TOYS THIS CHRISTMAS. WHAT IS UP WITH THE WAY YOU MADE THESE DOLLS. DIDN'T YOU CHECK THEM OUT. I'AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. AND I BOUGHT 5 OF THEM. AND THEY WERE NOT CHEAP. AND I KNOW I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE UP SET ABOUT THESE DOLLS. AND TO BEAT IT ALL YOU CAN'T EVEN GET ANY ONE ON PHONE TO TALK TO ABOUT THE PROBLEM.

I bought a toy story action link set from Mattel.com. They sent me the wrong item even after I called them to give them a heads up that my email order confirmation did not match the item I purchased. After 2 more calls they offered to replace the item but offered only free shipping on a future item for my having to box everything back up, drive across town to the UPS store and wait in line. The person I spoke to was very rude which shocked me because Mattel has always been a good company to deal with. Why would I ever order anything from them again when this is how they do business?

I purchased a Fisher Price Rock n Ride for my grandson. In assembling the trike I found that the inset for the pedal axle was too small on one side to fit the axle. I called the number on the instructions for assembling the bike and after pushing a few buttons a recording said I needed to contact a website. Okay... I contacted the website and the following day got an email that I needed to go to another website. Okay... I went to the other website and could not get any help there either. Now I have a half-assembled tricycle that I need to return. What a waist of time.
