I cannot believe how unreliable their service is.Constantly lose Internet service while I am trying to work.The phone suck, the screen constantly turns black when you're trying to hit buttons.I just don't understand how the service. Is this horrible with the company that is supposedly so large? Then I'm paying $75 a month for a phone that can't even hold Internet service?

I've been with Metro for at least 20 plus years and now I may have to switch service. Two months in a row I was unable to make my payment. The system says try back in 24 hours. My daughter paid my bill for me as a guest for my birthday on the second day of no service. She too has had problems last month paying her bill. I have service now. I am able to call only some of my contacts. I van't call my Mom, my cousins, my daughter but I van call some friends. My daughter pays 30 for the same service. I had no idea I was paying more. Everyones asking why I'm not answering the happy birthday calls. The site does say for five bucks you can pay at the store and your phone will be turned on if you can't pay your bill on your phone or computer. What is going on? This experience really made my birthday a challenge in a few ways. Totally disapointed two months in a row now.

Pcmetro customers service sux iv been with them 2021 had no issues till I tried to switch to the acp program then I get big run around about unlocking my to participate in acp then want id enrollment for the acp I gave them that then they say 2 billing cycles to before they can apply discount customer services either gave me false information or withheld information needless to say I terminated my account with them if you go with a different company for phone service please do these guys Don't deserve our business Don't use metropcs.mobile there customer service is a joke

Horrible. They only care about getting you as a new customer. But once you become a customer there's no satisfaction. You pay all of this money for insurance and they still charge you to fix your damaged phone. You basically have to pay full price for them to upgrade your phone no matter how long you have been a customer. But a new customer can get the same exact phones for free. No customer loyalty at all. Customer representative are not trained to help. Metro PCS is the worst phone company in America

I gave a unlocked phone to a homeless person I know he already had a metro phone that was broken and unable to receive a text message needed to change existing sim card into new phone. I brought him to store and they insisted on charging him $40 to use the same sim card had I not been able to help him they would have left a homeless person without a phone his only way to communicate with anyone.
When I spoke to a supervisor about this he told me to go see a paralegal

The customer service was very disrespectful, as soon as this billing period is over I'm leaving MetroPCS,not one person could give me help in store and online. I'm done with them for good

I got a new phone last week and Ida at the store on Airport Freeway was terrific,answered all my questions and was a big help in setting up my phone. If you are in the Bedford area she is the person to go to.

Metro pcs must take rocks over to find their employees. Every now and again and I mean rarely you'll find a person that's knowledgeable and polite but it's extremely rare. Combative AND incompetent.
I understand that they probably have to deal with negative people you treat people the way you want to be treated ..... If someone is non combative and they clearly need help stop being an POS and actually try to help them or just admit I don't know what I'm doing. Instead, the script gets flipped onto the customer,like you are the idiot that's giving them a problem.

in the store locate se 8 st. -they are taking too much time to serve the customer i just come to pay but this peoples are doing new lines they should be have another line to the customer that need to pay ..thank you

I have been with this company for 7 years I always pay my bill early I went in to pay my bill my bill was higher and some how my permanent pin number has been charged strange the person working in the store give us two receipts for one payment he said the system was down but we wouldn't owe anything next month promise he said I go in the system on my phone to look at my bill I see a second line set up and am being charged for it my bill is higher than it's suppose to be I call customer service I am giving so many different stories and when I am able confirm the information is not correct finally am told I activated another phone just so happens on the same day I pay my bill and it's a government program so they where charging me for free service phone and my regular phone these people are running scams I believe to use the government assistance program to get free money if not it is definitely a scam going on I never set up this second line the lady telling me this is my phone I never set up another phone or received a phone and she is telling me I have but just so happens the day I paid my bill my bill is paid but the only payment they have in the system is the new phone but they didn't turn my phone off for no payment for my regular phone hum strange to me and they charged us extra money now they are telling us their is nothing they can do about the extra money they took all they can do is remove the extra line these people are scammers be very careful

Change who you hire or I'm leaving Metro PC. It's obvious that my $89 a month not worth there care and service. Metro PC in Aiken sc employee had been turning customers around. I go in there a lil bit later she said she's on a personal call can I continue to wait. I was telling her customers first that I want a upgrade and it's $499 before I make my monthly payment.the guy repeatedly telling her to hang up.other customers as well left

MetroPCS in the big lots plaza has abusive workers who . are too lazy to do any work and said here to the other store to waste your time. The other store that's worse is the won in Taft Street. The owner is an abuser.

The best store in the area is down near the hard rock café. They're very decent and they help customers instead of give them a lot of trouble. Metro Pcs has the worst customer service excluding the store. This is a super store.

I went to one of your stores in Longwood Florida to purchase a new phone on Monday 3-20-2023. The employee that helped me was the absolute worse customer service representative that I have ever encountered. He was rude, he told me that all the problems were my fault because I couldn`t remember my password and the month I purchased my old phone it was over two years ago and the phone had been not working right for some time the reason for replacing it. He sent text to the phone 3 times that did not come through that is how bad the phone was. He took forever just to upload my contacts once he was able to transfer. I was in the store for well over an hour. He over charged me by $30.00. the phone I purchased was advertised at $79.99 per the card under the phone that was on display however when he rang it up it came up to $109.99. When I questioned it by telling him he should give it to me at the listed price he said he could not do that and couldn`t help that the price just must have gone up the day before. When I complained he told me I had a bad attitude and didn`t stop there. He said everything that happened was my fault because I came in with a bad attitude and did not know my password or the month, I purchased the phone. Then to top it off told me that if I didn`t want to I did not have to buy the phone. I told him that if he didn`t get finished with my phone soon my attitude was about to get worse, at that point he backed up against the wall with his arms spread apart and said "what you goanna do" repeatedly. I felt threatened by his actions. I can tell you this, I will tell everyone about my experience at that store. I will not recommend that anyone I know, or encounter go there. If this guy can threaten a 67 year old women no telling what he would do to another older person. And by the way they vape in the store. I saw his appliance on the desk and asked what it was he said it was his vape, he had two on the desk. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and never spoken to anyone the way he spoke to me. This person should be removed from anything to do with customers, my opinion he should be fired. I have attached a copy of my receipt.
Please do not just pacify me by sending me an apology, thinking this will make everything better. This person is very bad for your business. I would really like to get the $30.00 back that I was over charged, and if he were removed from that store would also make it better.

I give METROPCS a 1 star, wanted to give them less. They are money grubbing corporate. Nothing about them is good. Their app is useless and you can never get in to make a payment. It keeps repeating the I'm not a robot garbage. One of the worst companies to go with the many others. That's why so many businesses tank...they don't know how to keep their customers...metropcs might just have the same fate...

Revil 6 phones. I know why there on special they suck being having trouble with phones since the beginning. The first phone I got I had to return it it suck . Metro offers us to bring phone's back to switch them out and even worse on the

2nd phone

I would recommend Boost Mobile over MetroPCS any day of the week MetroPCS there are a bunch of scam artists they're supervisors are crap and when you call into their call service they don't know what they're talking about they don't appreciate you they don't try to fix anything for you they're rude and then they don't communicate against each other I asked them to look back on a call they can't do that but all calls are recorded but they can't go back and look at a call to help you to find out that their agent was lying to you the whole time they're rude don't ever ever use T-Mobile MetroPCS

If I were you I would never ever in your life use Metro PC by T-Mobile they are a bunch of scam artists they will tell you whatever they want just to get you off the phone and then turn your phone off just to make you pay more money then they turn around and up your bill out of nowhere when they say you got a free service it's really not free you actually have to pay for it so if I were you I would never ever use Metro by T-Mobile they are the worst company in the history of telephone companies and I'm going to leave a review every day until they go out of business

I've been trying return my RVVL cell refused to help my cell still under warranty. I was told take back refuse to give me another cell stayed on phone customer service 20 minutes gave my cell sales manager I had to basically get mad because of actions he pretended to fix but it wasn't. All Metro T-Mobile in on together . I'm tired of them lying having go back in forth over and over with them with these lemon fake cells moto g 5 RVVL T 5 .

I bought earbuds on February 7th Metro location I'll come by earbuds they where I tried on several occasions to return to MetroPCS 3284 Crenshaw. Ashley had a real bad attitude and pretty told me MetroPCS can't exchange my defective ear bug's for new one's. The earbugs are brand new. The volume won't turn up. Ashley has bad customer service skill. She said MetroPCS can't help or exchange. She is the wrong person to represent MetroPCS
