What is up with these metro employees pressuring us customers to get the free tablet EVERY time I go in to pay my bill. My husband won't even go in anymore to pay cause he'll lose his temper. Yesterday I went in and said no at least 3 times and he continued to keep pushing the issue. I finally said all I want to do is pay my bill and go. That didn't even stop them. Another employee came over thinking I was just to dumb to not understand what they were offering. I finally raised my voice and said No! It seemed to be some kind of game with them. If they do it again next month, I'm gonna make one hell of a scene!

I changed my billing to just me, we had 3 lines together but it did not work out , so I call and have to repeat myself 5 times on everything, if they can't speak English then answering phone call in u.s.a. is not very smart. You have a manager named keev: he should be fired , he has no idea that one of the jobs of being a manager is resolving the customers problem, he did nit even try , he had 50 excuses of why he could not fix my issue.i guarantee you have lost customer's because of him, if it were not for manager Babu I would be gone to another service provider,the problem was metro fault and he obviously did not know what to do and did notask because he was right. I got it fixed by Babu;The problem with the younger people today who don't want to help or try to help is there no guidance or discipline in the homes, if you loved trump who lied and never got anything important done keep keev: I feel I deserve a new phone, 2 hours he argued with me on chat and made me feel worse, I'm sure I won't get a new phone but that will just show what customer service means to you.

I've been a customer with metro for 2 years! My speaker started acting up then I tried it in the toilet! I said okay cool I'll get a new phone this one is 2 years old! Got a REVVEL 6! FROM THE START IT WAS A LEMON ! I LOST RECEIPT BUT TOOK THE PHONE BANK THE 2 DAYS LATER! I COULDN'T TAKE ON THE PHONE! Went to a different metro they days o could trade the phone on for a new one! Or would take 3 to 5 business days it's been almost 2 weeks with no word from them about my me phone arriving at the door at 249 Glance Ave. Then I'm calling the answering machine not letting me leave a message! But they telling me Bill is due, which o already know! This buying a phone right out and not having anyone be compliant to their words is an issue for! They were very courteous which was nice but I'm still having a problem! No one a called me back as of yet! I feel used not mention DUPED INTO BEING STUCK WITH A LEMON PHONE! I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK EITHER! THEY SUCK

I realize that a lot of people don't pay for the bus days or the train but a lot of people do. Sometimes Metro seems to think that they're the only people in the world that have a job an appointment or anything. They give you false correct that was on time and sometimes the bus drivers sidewalk at the bus stop and pass you by. I think it's a shame

Good luck getting any service if you live in Spring Hill, FL.!!! Worst service I've had since cell phones first came out!
If you had an emergency in this area you'd be dead! Because you can't make a call at least 1/2 of the time in this area!
Metro is just ripping people off around here! Looking into better service now!

Trying for months to get my affordable Connectivity program connected to my metro PCS phone to no avail. Horrible customer service. Not a single metro PCS store near me. T Mobile which has it's name on metro PCS couldn't even help me. This is the thanks I got for being a loyal 7 years customer. Metro PCS is horrible as far a friendly customer service. Time to switch to Boost mobile or Cricket. I also fault TMobile for attaching there name to this crappy company. Metro and TMobile sucks!

Metro use to be very good...I've been using Metpcs since late 2006....after they merged with T Moble the service got really bad...I wanted to get more data for $5.00 and they charged it to a card I use to use in the past because I started paying through my bank...Because the account was no longer in use...they cut my service off 3 days before my due date then I had to pay the $5 to get my phone turned back on...after the merge it's been lousy service...I'm gonna cut them off and go elsewhere

I have been trying to switch phone providers for the last couple days and MetroPCS is pulling some very shady interesting stuff and not giving me my port pin number .I need this number to switch services and keep the same phone number and they are making it impossible .They claim to send me a one-time code to verify my account but they're never sending me the code my phone works just fine. I get verification codes from other types of businesses as of Amazon and when I forget my password for my Google account things of this nature but MetroPCS claims they're sending me this code to my phone and into my messages but they're never sending me the code. I know for a fact so please if there's anybody out there and you want to get out of the grasp of MetroPCS T Mobile they have made it virtually impossible. I am still switching carriers it is just not going to be as easy and it's going to be more expensive for me. Thank you Metro PCS T Mobile for being complete Shady pieces of corporate sh.t.

I've been a customer almost 20 years believe it or not now I'm going to have to say bye-bye I have been paying insurance on my phone where we used to be able and understand "I'm old but ways" I could walk into a store get my warranty pay for that and get a phone in 3 days! But known to me they have now farmed it out to an insurance company that I was unaware of but I pay Metro if I pay Metro then Metro should be taken care! But I had to deal with the insurance company now they dictate whether I'm going to get a replacement phone or not because they want me to upload personal copy data information that I don't wish to give them or anybody else! but they're collecting data on its users/customers this is wrong and unlawful under the law and they say we do this to protect you! really when you have my account info I paid the warranty for the phone you have my address but yet it's not good enough to get my warranty phone that I've paid for ! something very very wrong with this picture and it concerns me that people are giving this data to a company! It's just a phone! I just got screwed out of $$ and my God Given rights!

I was a customer on 10/5/22 after Porting over from Cricket wireless. The Phn I was given was defective. Issues of phn not ringing. The instore Insurance covered it! The 2nd phn came in didn't ring as Well. After Serveral calls all the way speaking through The Company Maker Motorola. Still was Told Im stuck & out of Luck After Loosing 2 months of Business because Phn wouldn't ring.
Don't go Here. Service Sucks!!!

Metro is the worst service ever!!!!!! I advised everyone to leave them or never ever open an account with them. They are both but criminals that steals your money but don't render service at all. They are criminals and this company needs to be shut down ASAP

I have been a loyal customer for Metro for years. They shut my phone off and charged me twice for the month of November. I spoke with 2 different representative and both on which told me that I would be refunded my money. They even gave me a case id number and put side note in my file to make sure that I received it. I never did and I spoke with a supervisor and was told that I would not be refunded my money. I have spoken with 5 different people now. All in which gave me different information. The supervisor was not professional nor did he even want to help me. This is the what loyalty gives you at this company. I would not recommend them to anyone else.

The 2 guys at the store I went to were very unhelpful and lied to me, had me buy a new phone(full price), even though I had insurance and told me there was nothing they could do to refund my money to file a claim with insurance because all sales are final. They lied and said I had to pay full price for a new phone and then when they told me I could not get a refund and then they did not give me a receipt for the new phone that I bought and when I went back into the store to ask for the receipt the gentleman said that I should have got a text with the receipt or I would be getting a text and I never did. They were very unhelpful and even rude at some points.

On Monday Nov 7,2023, I went to a MetroPcs store located on 3815 S. Telegraph Rd in Dearborn, MI to inquire about a phone. A man name Andrew whom he said was a District Manager showed me two phones, I asked about the cost of the phones and he told me one phone was 160 and the other is 180. I told him I would have to come back later on in the week. He then told me about SmartPay lease program which I make a down pay that day an overtime make monthly payments. I said ok and he ran my credit an I got approved, I asked how much my payments would be he said 46. I picked out a phone. He than proceeds to walk to the phone accessories an asked which phone case I wanted. I asked how much one phone case was he said that my payment is going to be the same 46.00 dollars and then walk back behind the counter an begin to put a screen protector on the phone and I looked at him he told me not to worry your payments will still be the same. I made my first payment which I thought was 46.00 dollars he put my items in my bag an I left. When I got home I notice he did give me receipt and called back to MetroPcs and told Andrew he said that you should received a email from SmartPay for your receipt. I looked at my email receipt an my monthly payments were more than 46.00 dollars and I was charged for two extra screen protector which I didn't have in my possession.I called Andrew back an he refused to give me a receipt because of what he did. I tried contacted both parties MetroPcs and SmartPay no one could help me. I would recommend nobody to go to this particular store. I have been a MetroPcs customer for 16 years. I have moved on to another phone carrier.

I just visited the corporate store for Metro in Daytona Beach. First of all Corporate needs to have more knowledge employees at front that can at least simple questions and explain the differences between phones so customers can make informed decisions.

I recently switched my cell phone carrier to Metro PCS by T-Mobile. After using this service for a while, it became apparent to me that the service in Los Angeles was horrible. I was surprised at this because I don't live in a small town but the reception was so bad at times that people around me would have access to their phones and I did not. I called customer service and they tried to do some adjustments to my phone and ensured me that this would solve the problem, however it did not.

I called them again and told them that I wanted them to unlock my phone as I wanted to switch carriers. They told me that I could not do this until I had service with them for 180 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor who also told me the same thing. When I asked who I could talk to above them because they told me they could not do anything for me. They said that I had to write a letter. I was surprised at this because they are a phone company and I could not call to have this problem resolved, and they also advertise Internet service and I could not send an e-mail. Alas, I had to write a paper letter which I did.

Imagine my surprise a few days later when the letter came back with the wrong address. There was a yellow label from the post office that stated this. I had to write another letter and I enclosed the first letter and kept it sealed to show them what had happened. I eventually heard back from someone via email, a Senior Specialist, Team CEO.

She said to me eventually that my device was unlocked. Meaning that I was free to switch to another carrier. Last night I went to a competitor's store. I was there for almost 3 hours due to the fact that T-Mobil's representatives on the phone kept telling me that I could not switch. They kept giving me an 8 digit PIN number that was needed but it did not work. They gave me a second six digit code that did not work either. I spoke with five different representatives none of whom could help me. Some of them hung up, some of them the call got disconnected.

Eventually they told me that I had to be on their plan for 180 days. I tried to explain to them that I had spoken to someone in the corporate office but they dismissed her. One of them even laughed and said, "oh she's a sales representative who just gave you false information". I explained to her that she was not a sales representative but she worked at the executive offices at the headquarters and the representative on the phone just laughed again.

I left the Metro rep a voicemail last night, November 3rd 2022. When I got up this morning I sent her an e-mail to confirm that she received it and she said yes she did and she was working on it. She gave me instructions on how to attain this number via the app on my phone but it did not work period I wrote her back to explain this and said the information that she gave me did not work. I also asked for a full refund of all monies spent over the last few months from them. She is issuing me a $40 credit and I said that is not enough. I said this has been an absolute nightmare, and I am going to forward this to the Attorney General of WA and the BBB (which I since have).

I have since been trying to reach out to her via e-mail but she is ignoring my replies. I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible I told her, but still no reply. I asked to speak to someone above her such as her supervisor or her supervisor's supervisor. Again I have not heard back from her.

However this is not the main reason that I am writing. When I was on the phone with various representatives last night one of them gave me a phone number. They said this was for another department to handle porting over of numbers. I had it on speakerphone when I called, and the agent and I were both shocked when the phone rang and was answered by a recording for a phone sex operation.

At first I thought that I wrote down the number incorrectly but a little while later the competitor's agent had an IT representative on the phone who was trying to assist us. I had not told him about this incident with the phone number, he put us on hold, called T-Mobile and came back hysterical. He said, do you know what just happened? And I said to him, did you get a phone sex operator? And he said yes how did you know? I said because I had the same number. It was then that I realized that they were giving out a wrong number because I can't imagine that 2 separate people talking with 2 separate T-Mobile operators could have written down the SAME wrong number.

Today I called that number and it was advertising a medical device alert system. Later in the evening, I called again and got the same sex phone operation. I don't know what is going on, but I was appalled and shocked because I thought of all of the minors that could possibly have been given this number and reached a phone sex operator.

I pay my bill EVERY SINGLE MONTH ON TIME. WHY can you please tell me why my service NEVER works?! Every single month, the week my phone bill is due, my phone service literally stops working. Texts don't send. Calls and voice-mail do not update. I pay over $100 a month for what?! My service to not work. I would NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE recommend Metro to anyone who actually needs phone service. I'm a stay at home mom and my line of communication is SO MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than this company gives any concern about. They also lie about every phone just to get you to buy it for it not to work a month later. Haha Thanks!

Garbage service. The6 want me to pay them every month for this!?!?! My phone only works on wifi!!!! Why would i pay them for anything!?!? I have called, gone into the store, dealt with online version of what they call customer service only to be left where i am now and without a working service that i pay for. Lost a phone that had device protection coverage and had to fight them to get them to acknowledge their own policy!!! Absolute scam SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! RUDE EMPLOYEES. NO SERVICE COVERAGE. TRERRIBLE PHONES. GO TO A REPUTABLE SERVICE PROVIDER LIKE SPRINT OR AT&T. I will publish this review as soon as i get to a wifi connection!!!!!!

I been with metro pcs t mobile for 6 years service been very slow like a 56 k modem and cell service is choppy and when i call customer service they don't know how to do their jobs and want you waste your time on them rather helping. i need transfer phone on the website and it was down so i would call rep to do it but they want me to wait or pay and all the other time i did not have to pay because of service problem so they typical an a**hole in my mind

As an existing customer for several years now. This carrier is by far IMO horrible. You go in the store the two people working no matter who always ALWAYS looks as though your bothering them. Talk to you like your business don't really mean anything to them their just on the clock. Not to mention once they become your carrier your then forgotten about. I have paid for every phone since day one. Never offered anything. Had two trade in's and got horrible phones. The phone I currently have is about worth a cent. No need in calling because you won't be helped. Your treated as if you don't mean nothing. Don't they know without us they have no business. This is my last month with them.
