I called costumer support and they couldn't help AT ALL. basically, If you are my age, around 22, prepare to kiss all of your memories goodbye because myspace deleted EVERYTHING!! also they could't help me on the phone at all so don't waste your time peeps

A person recovered my deleted myspace account and is using an image of me, and a violent ex boyfriend, who tried to strangle and attacked me with a knife on two separate occasions. I was forced to open a myspace account and in process of getting the myspace shut down. I have reported the mentioned imaged and other images too (intelligence property issue), but nothing has happened in the case. This is truly the one of the finest and obnoxious. They give you a phone number to call and tell you press 1 to reach a live person only to give you a recording that says that don't have phone service support. I go to where it says "no longer have access to the email account used" and the answer is to log into that email account and then reset your password. I search by my name and can't find my account and know what my name is so really where is the customer support??? Where is my account and how do you get help from a company that offers none. I'm really sick of companies such as these and I'm even more sick of Apple promoting and seeking apps for companies that rip you off and that they themselves can't even reach. To make it worse, Apple doesn't care because they're making a fortune of this fraudulent companies.

Seriously I have been trying to delete my account for over an hour all because my account settings wasn't in my settings.. Like what the hell... I want to delete my account since I don't use it anymore. If someone knows how to delete it without the account setting or contacting MySpace to get it deleted because obviously nobody here is getting an answer from them.

This customer service has to be the WORST customer service PERIOD. I sent in a form to recover an old account that I no longer have access to because my account was compromised.
I sent in 5 requests and still have gotten NOTHING.
I'm going to FILE A LAWSUIT against Myspace.
