MySpace Customer Service Complaints - page 3

F.... This company. They have no phone support. So when your account is hacked it will take weeks to regain access to it. Go to hell.

I am trying to get into my old Myspace account, and the password reset feature doesn't even work! It never sends anything to my email, and this is 100% the correct email. Tons of people on the internet have the same problem as me, going all the way back to the beginning of Myspace and they still won't fix it? They reset everyone's passwords and now they won't let ME reset the password to get back in so now I have no way of accessing it! Don't even try with their customer 'service' either, they just ignore you! I've tried so many times to get the password reset and it just never works. Shameful service from Myspace!

worst customer service to ever exist in human history, they have a number to call, I call it and they tell me in a recording to come here and complain on the website, no point in even having a phone number let alone a phone, I have to have my son type for me because my hands shake so much from the injuries I suffered during the time of taking down one of the world's most feared terrorists, they have n respect at all for the military let alone injured soldiers who earned a purple heart fighting for this country..my son's music page's has songs that don't play when he clicks them and I cant even complain, what kind of service is this, I cant believe I served my country and was injured for life for that just for this disrespect from myspace, I will find a way to contact the owner of myspace one way or another because I have the government on my side since they actually respect me and if I have to bring lawyers into this situation I will and I will sue myspace to the point that I own it, before I joined the military and even after I am a business man and if I own myspace I will delete it in the future, no one gets away with disrespecting the military like that and operates in this country under my watch

I found a profile with my name and picture and it's not mine

I have forgotten my password to my account. I can't do a password reset because the email address never was a real email address, I didn't have an email address at the time so I made that one up. I completely regret that now because I need to get onto my profile to get some pictures off of it. I can give any and all information I need to so that I can get these pictures. Unfortunately one of my old best friends has passed away and all of the pictures I have with him are on my myspace account. I've been waitingoing for a reply as to how to get access to my account. I followed instructions on how to do so and still have not heard anything back. I even went as far as "proving my identity" by sending a photo of my license (with my info blacked out) but if you guys are going to go to that kind of depth to have people prove who they are, you should actually give a response. Very unhelpful.
