It sure would be nice to have an adress posted as to where to send a broken Navigon for repair as there is no way to reach anyone on the telephone.

Two months ago I mailed my Navigon GPS for repair. I received email stating there was nothing found wrong with it. I responded with several questions and got a response saying my questions had been forwarded to the repair service. I got NO followup. I have questioned this several times, and finally just called the toll free number and gave my information to pay the $30 service fee and have my GPS returned to me. I have not gotten it returned to me. I emailed questioning this and got a response that my question had been forwarded to the repair service. I still have not heard from anyone NOR have I received my GPS. I want my GPS returned to me. Linda Sue Pinkston
