Have used Newegg for a few years because of the prices offer and know the way I want to deal with them is 'online'. They are not a telephone ordering company.

If I have to call them, I know it's going the be awhile before I get the ear of a warm body and they may or may not be able to help.

Newegg has a good side and an evil side. Their CSR's vary in quality from evil to helpful. Your chances of successfully resolving a problem are more dependent on the person you get instead of their overall policies.

As Newegg works its way to an IPO, I believe the company has tightened up what its customer service staff is allowed to do. Still, the average CSR is reasonably efficient.

Finally, do not try to call during the holiday season (Thanksgiving through Christmas). Wait times are awful to horrible, and the staff is stressed

New egg is the best. Because they are so good i cant buy from other Web site, i have too much confidence in them, customer service 5 stars, shipping the best although would be perfect if they also make shipping to choose with USPS, Best company ever, great price, great customer service , and excelente web site

I wasn't sure my order went through. BUT - it was easy to verify that it did. Your phone number was easily accessible, and your directions easy to follow to find out, and verify that it was processed and when it's expected to be shipped. Fast and easy! Thanks. Mary Zimmermay

Nice folks to deal with and their pricing is normally some of the best. They are one of several companies that I will deal with. If you can catch something on sale and free shipping also it's great. Their shipping has always been quick and order communication and status are exceptional.

I have not had to use their support so cannot speak to that.

Their customer service is fast, friendly, knowledgeable, but most importantly, HELPFUL.

I have had to deal with customer service only a few times, but each time I was able to resolve the problem quickly. Every time I finished, the first thought that ran through my mind was "Wow, that was easy".

So many times you hear of horror stories when it come to customer service that last hours and you talk to numerous people.

I've never had that experience with Newegg. Each time I have used their chat function to speak to a rep and the whole experience lasted less that 10 minutes.

I have been a Newegg.com customer for many years now. This is one of the only places i will shop for computer parts or any electronics. Best customer service, always fast to respond and you can talk to an English speaking human if needed. I have had several products arrive dead, newegg was quick to replace said items. I had a PSU blow out on me and it killed my video card. The card was at least 6 months old, newegg was unable to send me another card, out of stock, so they gave me a full refund. I love this company and hope they continue there awesomeness.

Only good for sales support, otherwise they direct you to the tech support of the company that manufactured the product you bought from NewEgg.com. However they are nice and give you the direct number to tech support of the company you are trying to reach. No complaints and so far I've been buying from these guys since they came out.
