Upon receiving an exchange of Air Jordan 1 Hi OG Fearless only received 1 pair of spare shoe laces. The first pair I received had 2 pair of shoe laces, white pair and a yellow pair. Would you please send the second pair of shoe laces ?

Order a Jersey on Dec. 30 and said would be received on 1/9. Actually didn't arrive until 1/18. Jersey was 2 big so I needed to do a return. Nike offered me a gift card. I called back 15 mins later to cancel gift card because I found Nike jersey at Dicks and requested the money be returned to my credit card. Nike said they would cancel and escalate this. Jersey return arrived at dock at 8:15 am on 1/22. I called to see when money would be returned to card, Nike said I had been issued a gift card. I said I called back and requested not to have gift card. I'm very disappointed that Nike didn't honor my request before receiving merchandise and processing a credit instead of a refund Policy simply states: After a return, a refund will show up on a credit card billing statement within one or two cycles. I didn't want a credit I requested a refund and Nike didn't cancel gift card. There was very little delay in call and merchandise had yet been received. I will never order online from Nike again or purchase Nike products. I don't care for Nike but, I was just trying to make my family happy with Nike product. Nike should have refunded me my money. I still purchased Nike just not from their store. I would think a company of this size would grant a refund.

Ordered on nike.com/ae while being in the UAE. Was concerned about the return but Nike assured me that I have plenty of time to make a free return and it would be very easy in case my order doesn't fit.

Order arrived, it didn't fit, I issued a return on the website. The delivery guy didn't come on the expected date and 3 days already have passed. Nike.com customer support told me that they can't do anything about it since the purchase was made outside of the US. They gave me 2 phone numbers, a toll-free one that doesn't exist and a local UAE one that belongs to a partner SunAndSandSports. I reached those guys, and guess what? I can't get a refund for my order! Only exchange is possible and "they are doing that only because I'm a Nike client"...

So here I am, trying to exchange the order that didn't fit to something else instead of getting my money back. This is the first and the last time I ordered something on Nike.com. Moreover, I am very upset with the customer service at Nike. Definitely do not recommend anyone to order online!!!

I purchased a pair of Nike Shoes and there is a crease on the top of toe that is causing a blister on the top of my toe as well as play sports by favoring the toe so my knee hurts! I bought the shoes in Wisconsin, I am now in Florida. How do I get these shoes replaced. I always like how Nike's fit. This must have just been a bum pair.

I have four athletic boys and by nike quite a bit, i purchased a back pack for school for one of my boys and both zippers fell off. The bag had two zippers on one of the openings and one kept getting stuck and the other wouldn't zip, it has probably been a year since i bought this bag. just disappointed in the quality of this bag. my boy only used it for a couple of months toward the end of the school year. so beginning of this he brought it to school and it lasted one week :( I normally do not make comments on things like this but maybe i just need to express my disappointment to the company about one certain product. again 4 boys ranging from age 8-16 and we have a lot of nike things that make it down the "hand me down" stage. it just sucks this back pack didn't make it.

I've returned many things without issue. Actually call Nike and they will help you out. Don't be like some of those on here who can't figure out how to return something.

I need to know how to do the return in the mail..that's all my husband and I wear and they are very good shoes..just sometimes we have had a problem with like 2 pairs of shoes,but that's great cause we buy a lot of nike

The last four pairs of high end Nike cleats I have bought my two kids who play at an Elite level of soccer SUCK. The quality is horrible. I purchased a pair of Natural Diamond cleats for my daughter, and within a few months, the soles had started separating! I took them to a shoe repair shop, and they glued them back together and charged me $25.00....with no guarantee that the soles will stay on.

Two pairs of my sons cleats have ripped where the sole and material meet, making them unwearable.

Seriously, Nike? After paying at least $1,000 for cleats over the last few years, I can't get a cleat that lasts more than a few months?????

p.s. My daughter's Adidas are STILL GOING....THREE seasons later!!! Back to Adidas we go...for more reasons than just this. The constant AGENDA PUSHING and unpatriotic, unsportsmanlike behaviors from entitled, unpatriotic athletes that Nike embraces are enough!!!!!

I purchased online the hoodie for my son however he received exactly the same thing from his aunt so I returned it using the UPS label they included in the original package for any return. Well, after a month, the package came back to me with unknown address. How come it is unknown address if they included it in the original package. Well, I couldn't return and still have it after 6 month. Not happy with the online shopping.

as much money as i and my family spend with you. I cant return something i bought online in store. You need to either put this in writing or fire the manager that denied my return at tanger outlet in Delaware ohio. Also i bought a size 10.5 concord 11 on the snkrs app and you guys sent a size 9. Wtf. And that same store had no problem taking these back and letting an employee that i know buy them with his discount. Lol. You guys are cornballs. I could run nike better from my couch by myself better. The god of sneakers has spoken. Your stock will fall a few points due to your incredibly lengthy and stressful return tactics.

I purchased a pair of 2017 women's Nike Airmax shoes in December and by February the air pocket both shoes were deflated. I barely used them and they are now trash! Nike is not making quality products. They are charging top dollar for cheaply made crap. I will never purchase Nike shoes ever again.

I purchased a pair of 2017 Nike Air Max's in March of 2018 that were made in July of 2017 and this pass weekend the air pocket went flat. I was wondering what the return policy is for something like that. I did not buy them around where I live I purchased them at the factory store in Sanibel FL. I do not have the receipt.

I got a gift of a Nike shirt that I wanted to return it had the tags never worn but no receipt the store at Fairview mall refused to take it what is the return policy? Very unhappy ☹️ customer!!!

I will never buy another Nike product again. The USA should ban there product. I am a proud American and will always stand and salute our great flag. I will encourage everyone not to buy anything Nike!

Nike sucks. Will not honor return because their own tag came off the shoes we returned because Velcro no longer held the shoes closed.

I have never heard of a company such as Nike being so inconsiderate to their loyal customers. I bought 160.00 sneakers july 11th and 2 weeks later there is a promo code for 20 percent off. They will not do a price adjustment or make any exceptions. Well Nike you lose because now I am returning the sneakers and instead of getting the 40 dollar credit you are getting the almost 170.00 loss in sale. No loyalty and will let everyone on social media know about this.

Just purchased shoes in one of your Beijing stores . not empresses that an international company such as yours in 2017 China still do not except credit cards from overseas. Your staff was very good just the policy an issue for me . Whilst leaving the shop your assistant did say good bye see you again, which I don't he will all the time you have these antiquated policies.

Where do I begin, I purchased an item for my adult niece for Christmas, on the website it says that returns are no problem and items purchased have 60 days to return. My niece decided she didnt like the shoes and wanted to exchange them for something else this was in Jan. She called customer service the guy on the phone told her she can not return them and that i would have to return them the re buy the new shoes she wanted. I went online and spoke to Arlene whom asured me that was a mistake and that they could send my niece a gift card. after 45 minutes of giving my nieces address, email address and setting up an Nike account for my niece because Arlene siad she had to have one , I thought this was handled. Arlene assured me that all was taken care of and that she noted my account for when the return came in so that they couodl send my niece a gift card. my niece inquired with Nike today to find out about the return and gift card. they said they refunded my account. I check my accoutn there is no refund. I call Nike and speak to someone and tell them whom I had spoken to a few weeks ago and that we spent 45 minutes supposingly taking care of this issue , she says there are no notes on the account and sorry but they refunded my credit card it may take up to a week before i see this on my statement. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHIN FROM NIKE AGAIN. for such a big corporation you should be able to do a simple refund with out all this hassel . expecailly around the holiays

I got a hole on one pair of my flynit nike sneaker and after callng nike, they asked me to send it to another state! After I did they told me I should snd both pairs and returned the first paird, after I sent both pairs and spent 21 more dollars on mailing cost and 2 weeks wasted time! They decided it was not a company defect and rejected to refund me. That was for sure the last time I purchased from Nike.
You have the trashiest customer service I'va ever seen.
You could have done that inspection the first time, not making me sending you the flawless pair again and spend 21 more dollars for nothing and waste my time as well.
I will put this review on any Nike review site for sure and let every one I know about this very poor customer service to stop them from going through what I went.

I purchased a pair of Nike for $139.00 about a month ago. The toe rubber tip is already starting to rip. I've been purchasing Nike sneakers for a while. This doesn't happen to me. I love these sneakers but I don't know what to do.

My experience with Nike's customer service was terrible. I spoke with three different people because the first two both messed up my order! So my original situation was, I dropped off two pairs of shoes at my nearest UPS in attempt to exchange them for a larger size. I called Nike's customer service an hour after I dropped off the shoes to see if I can receive my new pairs of shoes in less than three days because I was to leave the country for a couple of weeks. The first person I spoke with told me that I needed to return and get a refund on the shoes I dropped off because I would'nt be able to receive the new shoes until next week, if I were to go through the exchanging process. I listened to her and asked for a refund on the shoes I bought, and place a new order for the exact same shoes with a larger size. After she placed the order for me, I received the email that contained the information of my order and instead of a two-day shipping, she placed a standard shipping, meaning I would be out of the country when my shoes would arrive. So my 40 minute phone call with this polite woman was pointless because I ended up with the identical problem that I asked her assistance for. I made another phone call after receiving the email and I provided him with my information as well to re-purchase the same items. I never received a confirmation email stating that he made the purchase for me, even though I was on the phone with him for nearly another hour. I waited until 25 hours to make sure that the email wasn't just late, and I called for the third time. The woman told me that my order was never placed that's why I didn't receive an email. So I had to provide my credit card information for the third time, and go through the process three times, with three different people to find a solution to my primary problem. It was an incredibly frustrating experience for the employees kept making mistakes and I spent nearly 2.5 hours on the phone with Nike's customer service in the sand of two days. The only positive part of my experience was that the employees were very polite and seemed to have great attitudes. The biggest problem is that they failed to double check their work which results in mistake that can be easily preventable if they were to double check the customers' orders.
