Been without power for 29 hours have two infants and three toddlers in the hottest part of the summer and just now after being down 29 hours they say it will take another 18 hours before power is restored neighbors have power absolutely stupid they fixed every business in town but failed to repair every house in town utterly disgusted by this took 5 and a half hours before they even started assessing the damages took another 12 hours before repairs were made and they still want to charge you the highest dollar because they can bring the only electric provider gives them monopoly something needs to be done about this three truck never left the yard to help with repairs

Paying all this money because oge decided they wanted to raise rates but haven't had any service in almost 24 hours. You'd think with all the extra money they're making they'd at least try to provide adequate services but I'm not surprised they failed to do so

Oge Will Screw Customers Every Chance The Get. The Poor Can't Pay Their Bills, So What Does Oge Do...makes Them Pay $400 Be For They Can Turn Electric Back On. Oge Should Be Investigated As A Monopoly And Made To Change.

Apparently we're having a scheduled outage but wasn't notified and can't get an estimate on when power will be restored. Funny you they don't think it's important to let people know they'll be spending the day with no electricity ?

Slow service, about 12 weeks to get new service. 4 weeks for other electric providers. I will avoid property that OG&E services if possible.

Just an FYI. The charge for paying with card is 3.50 NOT the 2.95 that was stated. This is the first state that I have lived in that you cannot go directly to the electric company and speak with someone. Are you guys really that scared?

They are a JOKE! The only thing they care about is our money not us a customers. They are so disappointing. They will cut off the electric of someone who relies on it to live. I've seen it for myself. They will have to answer to the lord for it. Amen

I just love how greedy and void of compassion this world has adopted. But most of all, I like how OG&E decides to just close down on the last day of the year, during a global pandemic, AND in which the following day will be 30°... I like the way they send out a notifications at 5:00 on Thursday 12-30-21 saying, "don't forget to pay your bill"... but leaves out the part where they will be closed UNTIL MONDAY!!! This world just ain't the same anymore. I'm so ready to watch people get what they deserve... this world will steam roll rite over the top of you if you don't have their master, the almighty $$$. Lol, but will beg like you never heard when their time comes to answer for it... ITS MONEY, it won't buy you your salvation, I promise...

This company is shisty I moved out of the house in February but they hired an illiterate person that didn't input the move they want me to pay for 3 extra months but as usual large companies make this more complicated the landlord could verify I asked to show deed to new home there sister company shows when service was connected at new home but there's no way I'm going to pay for someone else bill I busted my ass serving my country to have people steal from me you should be ashamed

I'm going to be sending in an email soon. I have taken my entire day off work to figure how to pay my bill so I do not have to be in contact w David @ OG&E. I am old school, don't have internet access, but here I am. He's uncalled for and does not allow his employee(s) (whom I spoke w back in early October), to help me make even a partial payment and would not wave a late fee that I was never made aware of. I get it; I'm behind on my bill. I'm embarrassed and just want to make things right to get caught up. To take legal action seems absurd. Someone should do something if I'm the first to complain about this man. I've already spent two hours being ignored trying to call his office. Spoke w a lady before and stated she cannot promise my energy will stay on no matter what amount I pay. The last thing I want to do is speak w David, who will make you feel lower than I already do... trying to figure out other options, at this point just to pay my bill... if anyone can help, or if comment even matters I can be reached at 405-204-3146 THANK YOU for your time.

Power never seems to work. We lose power at least once a month. Today lost it for no apparent reason and looks like it will be another 8-10 hours before it's back.

My power has been off since 3pm they have now said it won't be back on til 7pm.! Wow now all the stuff in my fridge will need to be replaced because it's hot!. Thanks OG&E

Tremendously horrible customer service!!' Not one single representative is helpful. I asked for a supervisor and was told none are available!!! What??? Seriously?! That's their way of not dealing with their CUSTOMERS! My power constantly goes out due to some error on their part and it takes them close to 24 hours to fix the problem. This is the third time this year and I do not live in the COUNTRY! I live right in OKLAHOMA CITY!! These workers at OG&E are literally incompetent at their jobs!! From customer service to their field techs and on up the ladder!!!

OG&E sucks we just got a power outage for no reason. This has happened several times in the past month. The power going out affects our fridge, router, breaker, chargers, and many other things. They suck at providing power and they don't release explanations on why it goes out.

My OG&E bill has doubled since April. Almost $400 a month, small house, one person. I am a senior on fixed income. I am limiting groceries to pay huge electric bill from OG & E.

If I could chose another power service provider I would in a heartbeat. I've been without power on more occasions since moving south of Lake Draper in OKC more times than in my previous lifetime with other power companies.

It's @&$#ing RIDICULOUS & there is always an excuse, diverting power for this or that to keep more people's power on etc. BLAH! BLAH! BLAH!

How about this, spend the necessary time and money to upgrade your @&$# grid so that people don't lose power for no reason, just a thought .....

BUT when you don't have to because I don't have another option in this state guess you OBVIOUSLY can do whatever you want with no consequences, if only we could be so fortunate ...

True to the course of other complaints. Customer service is as useless as tits on a bullfrog. Standard scripted response, no estimated on repairs and nothing to offer. They put nothing into our historical neighborhood grid but they collect the checks every month. The rage inside me rn is about to boil over but what am I going to do, call some poor kid that is just doing his job of reading a script? No, instead I'm going to start the process to dox executives that get paid to no care unless of course its their paycheck.

Well tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I put in a new construction request. Guy comes out that next Monday and says its too wet. He'll be back Friday. He didn't show up. The next Monday he shows up in the rain and told my mom its still too wet He'll be back next week. It hasn't rained in a few days so I call oge back and ask if he is coming back today? She was like he said he will be back next week. I said its supposed to be raining all next week again. She was like we'll get to it as soon as possible. Dumb worthless ass company. It's not like we can go to another damn electric company.

It is impossible to get info by the phone. The person you talk to is in a building in ok city or somewhere unknown and have no idea what's happening in your area. In my case I called in the morning to find out if they were working in my area. Then in late after noon I called to see if they had an estimated time of repair. In both calls all I could do was report an outage which had already been going on over 12 hours. All I wanted was info and they had none. Just someone answering phones with standard replies. No information.
