I order from Pizza Hut at least 2-3 times a week. You have an amazing manager at your Bonita Springs, FL location by the name of Shawn, he is professional, friendly, knowledgable...etc. and on the rare occasion I have called due to an error, he is accommodating and makes me feel like my business is valued. A few days ago, I did not receive what I had ordered online and when I called was treated very poorly by the female General Manager, I was so upset that I informed her that I would never order from them again and fully intended on keeping my word; I was also going to spread the word of the horrible experience with everyone on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube...but, then I remembered how wonderful I am normally treated by Shawn and most of the drivers and decided not to; a couple days later I received a voicemail from Shawn, he said that he heard about what had happened and didn't want to lose me as a customer, once again, treating me like my business matters and because of him I will continue to give Pizza Hut business. I truly hope you know how valuable Shawn is to your business.
