Pizza Hut Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 4

I order from Pizza Hut at least 2-3 times a week. You have an amazing manager at your Bonita Springs, FL location by the name of Shawn, he is professional, friendly, knowledgable...etc. and on the rare occasion I have called due to an error, he is accommodating and makes me feel like my business is valued. A few days ago, I did not receive what I had ordered online and when I called was treated very poorly by the female General Manager, I was so upset that I informed her that I would never order from them again and fully intended on keeping my word; I was also going to spread the word of the horrible experience with everyone on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube...but, then I remembered how wonderful I am normally treated by Shawn and most of the drivers and decided not to; a couple days later I received a voicemail from Shawn, he said that he heard about what had happened and didn't want to lose me as a customer, once again, treating me like my business matters and because of him I will continue to give Pizza Hut business. I truly hope you know how valuable Shawn is to your business.

Delivered to me at 7:50 pm was a 45.00 order in which one of the pizzas had no sauce and the four 20oz mountain dews did not come in its place was a 2 liter. I called the store and they made a new pizza and sent out the proper drinks which I paid for originally. Upon delivery the delivery guy on the corrected order told me I owed $23.00 and some change. I told him I paid for my order during the first delivery and was returning the bad pizza and the 2 liter he said he was going to his car and calling his manager so I called the Newport ky store myself and spoke to the manager on duty he said I am not to pay for this mean while at the same time the driver knocked on my door with someone he said was his manager on his cell phone. I informed him I had his manager on the phone and asked him if he would like to speak with him. The driver declined speaking with him and they told me to keep the 2 liter. the manager I spoke with was apologetic and very professional about the situation however the driver I am hopeful was delt with once returning to the store after trying to swindle me. The manager gave me a $15 credit for the hassle that the driver gave me. I was very disappointed in the pizza all though the new one looked great it had almost no sauce again however I was not going through everything again. The manager on duty I think his name was Shawn not sure should be commended on the way he handled the situation very professionally.

I love your pizza but tonight I decided to order something different. I ordered the chicken fettucini and boneless garlic parmesan chicken. The order was right on time and the young delivery man was very polite an nice,
The fettucini had no flavor, no seasoning. The chicken was so overly salty I couldn't finish mine. I had to drink something with each bite or put half fettucini, half chicken in each bite.

I don't know if Pizza Hut gives any type of incentives to their employees but I wanted to let you know the location in Chester, SC does amazing work. I purchased pizza and breadstick again today and they cook it perfect every time. The locations in Rockhill, SC do a good job but not like the Pizza Hut employees in Chester, SC. I wanted someone to know that location is our favorite!!!

i want to thank pizza hut for giving veterans a 10%discount i do not know of any other pizza companys that give us veterans this discount a female employee at the north bridge st in chillicothe ohio gave me this discount sat afternoon and then see stated thank you for your service this made me proud to be a veteran i wish i had her name and to let you know what a great employee you have thank you again i visit your store alot.

Well this is a good review, not a complaint. We were visiting your Santa Fe location, I think it's off of cerillos blvd., sorry, not familiar with the area, driving from Colorado through New Mexico, we stopped to eat at this location. It was Friday night, November 13 2015 and we had Iaasc. As our server. He was so friendly and he is such a sweet kid. He has a future cut out for him in ant field as ling as he lets his personality show. He is an asset to your company.

Hello My name is Cynthia , On Saturday November 7,2015 around 7:00 pm My husband me and my 3 boys Dined in for some Pizza at the Pizza Hut Located on 2808 N Main St Fort Worth Tx I was very impress By the Excellent Customer Service Jose provided for us Always Friendly and checking if we were doing fine, or if there was anything else we needed. The restaurant was full of customers and he always kept a good friendly attitude not only to us but towards the other customers too. Because of People like him makes a diffrent. I'm one Happy Customer I Will be returning some time in the Future

Mullins SC location this afternoon 11/5: Demetrice & Dawanysha is what customer service is all about ! What a couple of wonderful ladies ! So friendly and kind, it even showed they loved there jobs - service with a smile ! Now these two need recognized by your company because you do not want to loose them. I just wanted to give a good review of an employee at Columbus, TX Pizza Hut. I ordered on 11/3/15 and picked up at 7:30 pm. The nice latino lady was very helpful and fixed a mistake promptly. Pizza Hut should know she is doing a good job for them.

I recently visited a pizza hut in Murray, Ky. The manager named Ron was wonderful. He was beaming with positive comments an made rounds to all the tables personally. He positive attitude lite the store up. I will return. Great job Ron!

We ate at the Pizza Hut at 5953 W. Jim Bilton Bl. in St. George, SC, on our way south on Oct. 16th for lunch. It was a great experience. The salad bar was fresh and cold. The buffet was hot and delicious. The service was excellent. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

piza hut is the best pizza ive ever tasted! the service is also great, the servers are nice and fast. i had michelle as a server and she was a good server. if i was a server i would want to be like the servers at pizza hut, they have great manners. everytime i order from there they always have my food done quick, and it is hot.

Hello' I am in Pizza Hut everyday.
The other day I was in,and the Manager rang my Bill up.
The was a girl who brought some money to him and said it was from the drive-up window!
He rudely told her NOT to do it again! I can tell she was confused and embarrassed when he did. She looked at me and smiled,then calmly waited until he was done with me,as I stood there while he took the money from her,he was chewing her out!
I'm sorry,but I own my business,and if my employee did something I didn't agree with,I would have pulled them in the office,or somewhere more AWAY from customers!
He later spoke to another customer about the situation,that was wait in line behind me!
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! !!!

After visiting several pizza hut locations, one stands above all the rest. The Claremore Okla. Pizza Hut is by far the best. It is the only one I will go to because not one of the others measure up. Claremore Pizza Hut is clean, has the most friendly staff who are knowledgeable and actually appear happy to be there and love their job. The pizza is always fresh and hot. Taste is great and salad bar is well stocked. I have "Never, Not One Time" had to ask for a refill for my drink. That alone should tell you something about customer service at that location. Management has apparently done a great job in training their employees there. Hiring people who want to work, and proper training, go a long, LONG way toward customer service. I have eaten at this location many times and always get the same service. I wish all Pizza Hut locations were like the Claremore location. When it comes to ratings on a 1-10, I'd give this Pizza Hut a 10 on Customer Service, 10 on restaurant appearance, and definitely 12 on staff friendliness. This is the best Pizza Hut I have ever visited and will continue to drive 40 miles to to have that experience again. I wish to thank the management and most definitely the crew that cooks and serves at this location. You have earned an award for excellence whether Pizza Hut Corporate gives you a trophy or not. WOW reading these comments has me shocked. I now appreciate my Pizza Hut team at the High street location in Columbus, Ohio even more. I want to give a huge shout out to COREY, a manager there, for going above and beyond to make a small mistake turn out to be a great experience. Corey has a very positive and straight forward attitude. This location will be a go-to pizza spot for myself and the hungry nurses I work with!

New employee Kimberly at Louisville Georgia PHut needs to be commended for her great personality and pride in her job. It's rare to be treated so sweetly these days and people like her keep you coming back.She is definitely an asset to your company.

I have been a customer of the Pizza Hut on Transit Rd in Lockport, NY for many years. On 09/03/15 my order was delivered by your employee John Doyle. I inadvertently gave him $20 too much. Once he realized the error he called me and said he would bring it back. When he came back with the $20, I tried to give him a tip but he refused. I just want you to know the honesty and integrity I observed in John and how much I appreciate it.

On 8/14/15 I called in a order at the willow park Texas pizza hut the phone was answered by Evette she was very pleasant speaking asking hiw we are taking our order swiftly thanking us for order from pizza hut and hopes to hear from us again. Well done. The rest of the employees should learn Evette's mannerism on customer satisfaction.
