Pizza Hut Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 3

On May 20th, we went to the Murray, KY Pizza Hut. We have always gone to this one and have good service; however, this time was exceptionally good. Nicole was our server and she was able to accommodate our special diet by making us a crustless pizza. This one was better than any other pizza we have ever had at this pizza Hut. She was friendly, prompt to answer questions, and very helpful in assisting us with our dietary needs. She knew exactly what to do, so we wanted you to know what great service she gave on that day. I hope that she is commended for her service and work.

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings from the store on 71st and Pecos in Denver Colorado. Food was excellent and the driver was amazing. Great job. From now on a loyal Pizza Hut customer.

Folkston, Ga pizza hut.....I was very pleasantly surprised by the great service, sweet people and product at this location. It has been about 3 years since I have been to pizza hut because of the awful service and the pizzas were awful(undercooked and literally only like 4 pieces of pepperoni). But today, thought I'd give it one more shot. Niki was not only extremely friendly but also a great salesperson. I went in for 1 pizza but she talked me into 3. She was knowledgeable of all the current "deals" and willingly and professionally assisted me. I asked who I could call to brag on her and Ocean (other very nice employee). She thanked me and handed me a Card with phone number, but she never asked me to call (pretty unusual). She then helped me carry pizzas to my car. She should go far and would be great in sales.

She showed true southern hospitality.

My church group has visited this location on numerous occasions and each time they are always so friendly , Christy was they young lady who handled us this last visit and she was amazing with 14 people not one time did our drinks run dry nor did we go unattended , thanks Pizza Hut for being out Sunday dinner place to be ..

My husband and I, would like to give a Giant Shout Out to Brittany who works at your Pewaukee, Wisconsin Pizza Hut. We experienced and survived a house fire on Tuesday April 19, 2016. It made all the local news stations, as it was stated to be one of the most difficult fires to put out, it took over 2 hours to maintain, and over 100 Firefighters from over 13 different stations to help. The whole experience took over 9 hours, starting at 6:50 am. Your Great employee informed us AFTER we placed our order, that it was on Pizza Hut, due to a service you call , I believe she said was, A Random Act of Kindness. This was so Appriciated by my husband and I, that it just can't go without saying Thank You, Brittany and Pizza Hut for showing that people do care and help one another out, too bad the rest of the world doesn't get it., again Thank You. My husband and I both work in the optical field and know that most times all you hear is the negative of most people you help, we just wanted to let who ever receives this that you PLEASE let your employee Brittany know what a FANTASTIC JOB she did. I went to the Barnett shoals in Athens ga the food was so great and the customer service was outstanding . Josh motes was the cook and also the new manager. On Feb 26, 2016, I called the Freeburg IL store and requested to set up a large order for a local company as our site manager made a last minute decision to retire on 2.29.16. I got the manager Melinda, explained the situation and she was on it immediately. She took the time to help me make the best decisions for the quantity of staff and offered the best deals they currently had available. In no time, we had 14 pizzas, 4 pastas, 10 cookies and brownies and several orders of breadsticks ordered for a set time on Monday. On Monday, 2.29.16, I called to confirm in the morning and all was still on target. At our agreed time to the minute, an extremely pleasant delivery driver named Tabby showed up with a vehicle full of food. In no time we had the food unloaded and on our serving tables. She made it a point to make sure we had our full order, that we were more than satisfied and was about as professional and approachable as stellar customer service gets. We had about one scoop of pasta and less than a half of a pizza left. The food was hot, delicious, on time and the exact quantity to serve the quantity of people. Freeburg IL Pizza Hut, our sincere appreciation to all of you for a perfect experience. Thank you very, very much.

I have lunch every Friday at Pizza hut on Paxton Street, Harrisburg, Pa with my friends/Family. The manager, Wendy, is unbelievable. She's friendly, fast and keeps things running smoothly. I love going there. She deserves a raise for doing such a great job!

February 18, 2016 I was involved in an accident while on my way to pick up my pizzas for my mom's 82rd birthday party at the nursing home. My grand-daughter was in the car and someone rear-ended me right in front of the Pizza Hut at 156th & Maple in Omaha, NE. Thank God, no one was hurt but by the time the police report was completed, it dawned me that my pick-up time for my carry-out order had passed. I called the store and was told the manager, Matt, was bringing my pizzas. Needles to say, I was shocked. In minutes, Matt crossed the street to where we had moved the cars and handed my pizzas in a warmer bag and said to return the bags when I could. And he quietly and discreetly disappeared while we continued exchanging information. I don't know when I have ever received such amazing customer service!! Many, many kudos and thanks to Matt and the staff at Pizza Hut!! Such kindness and customer service are a rarity in this day and I thank you!! Matt is a fabulous example of all the best in people and in managers. Please give him a gold star, a raise or whatever commendations are available. Oh, by the way, when I returned the bag Matt was not there to receive the bag or my written thank you note. Please make sure he knows of my gratitude. Thank you!

I am Very impressed with Pizza Hut store #2459 in Covington,TN!!The cleanliness was very nice!!! The Good,Positive attitudes were So Nice to experience!! Sitting in your Rome, Ny location... These seats are horrible with permanent indentations from past customers. You really need an upgrade here. Staff is great!

My daughter myself and her 3 year old just ate at the pizza hut on Oneida street in Appleton wi. The first person to come to our table was a man Terrance . He was just plain rude. He asked if we wanted the buffet I said menus please. He said why would you order off the menu . I replied I wanted to take some home. He left us with two things of silverware I went to the front counter and spoke to a very nice lady (wasn't able to get her name) who tried to find another fork and when she asked him where they were he replied to her don't bother me I'm trying to figure out this bill . She then went to an empty table and game me a fork . He did not bring our pizza or ever come back to our table at all. We were never asked if we wanted refills. We were done eating and Sat for 20 minutes waiting for our bill and boxes. Nothing!! I once again went to the counter to ask for boxes and our bill. A very nice man named Nolan was able to help me. If I ever go to this pizza hut again which is doubtful and see him I will immediately walk out. He is the rudest waiter I have had in a long time. Kudos to Nolan and the lady behind the counter. They were excellent!!

I tried to do the on-line survey, but it kept not accepting the codes on my receipt. I just wanted to say that Pizza Hut on New Cut Rd., Louisville, KY did an EXCELLENT job on Sat., 02/20/16!! Several of us met there to give baby gifts to my niece while also enjoying some pizza. The staff was more than wonderful!!! I can't say enough good things about them and how they made our visit truly awesome!!

I recently moved to Cambridge, Ohio where there is a Pizza Hut. My family was very pleased with the young man on the phone. There wasn't a place online for extra comments or instructions, so after placing the order, I called the restaurant to be more specific about our order. He was pleasant about our strange order and made it perfect! We also tried the new garlic knots on our crust. Yummy! Thumbs up all around! Thanks, The Stacy's.

Just wanted you to know about the girl named Lynsey.(not sure of the spelling). She is awesome. The best thing about my local pizza hut. She works at pick up or delivery on front beach road, Panama city beach. When we order pizza hut, we call and ask for her, if she is not working we don't order. Several months ago I asked her for her schedule, so now we know when she works. Give the girl a raise. Lynsey should train all your employees how to answer the phones and how to take an order. My family only eats pizza Hut pizza and wings. Just wanted to let you know what a gem you have in Lynsey. She is always friendly and sounds very happy. She is the best.

I just wanted to give recognition to Tiffany at the Prior Lake location for all the hard work she does at her store not only for her customers bit also for her employees. She always goes above and beyond to make sure her customers feel valued and are happy and satisfied. She always greets me by my name (which makes me feel extremely valued and a huge reason I choose this pizza hut over dominos) and I always receive a freidnly and warm felt parting every time I leave.

So I called dominos first and there people couldnt answer anything right!.... I called pizza hut and a new guy answered everything right!!!!!... Obviously they train there people better and he was way more responsive on the phone!!!

Just a quick Thank you to Denise at the Westmont pizza hut.I had hosted a Super Bowl party and birthday party at the last minute she couldn't quarantee me a delivery time but assured me if I picked it up it would be ready and I arrived 10 minutes early and she had it prepared. Springhill, LA Pizza Hut employes Dovie and Alexis did an outstanding job today. They were very busy at lunch time but kept a smile on their faces. These two went above the call of duty. Great Job Ladies!!

We went to the pizza hut in Utah in Ogden on Washington Boulevard and the manager that was there was very nice and she recognized my son with his little coupons she had him order his pizza and made it all about him I really appreciate the service there and I'm very glad that they recognize the children and what they've done in school

Pizza Hut is one of my favorites but I have to say I was totally disappointed with the new garlic bites crust with cheese in it.
I like the Pizza Hut located in Oak hill WV, they have a great crew.
