Absolutely horrible. ? never has a place given me less hope to get help. Been trying to contact them for weeks.
Not only can you not get anybody, they will say come back later only for them to be closed and or saying they are too busy. I'm about to sell my ps5 and go to Xbox. INSANE I spent 500 dollars on this thing for no assistance for future problems. Sony has really failed here.

Been trying to talk with an associate for DAYS, I repeat, DAYS, they're never there. I already lost hopes since they are never online for some reason.

ABSOLUTE worst support I ever tried to get help with EVER!!!! I have tried multiple times to speak to someone its either the chat has to many people to help you auto assistant B%$#^IT or when you get someone the chat dies after 4 mins of chat which has happened 4 times... I have had not one issue contacting Nintendo or Xbox but playstation SUCKS!!!!!! I never seen such a terribly run support for there S%&T products!!!!

Worst customer service in the world. If you lose your 2 step verification good luck accessing your account or even to recover anything they basically lock your account out and you lose everythin

I am sick from how bad of customer service PSN has. You might as well throw away the whole call center. Absolutely useless help. They have no access to anything useful, and just tell you to buy Amazon gift cards to fix the problem. Please get rid of the support all together because it's absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Spent 12 hours yesterday with several agents. They could do nothing. I hate hate hate this place so much.

PlayStation customer service is absurdly terrible. The company needs to be humbled and take accountability as well as sued for billions of dollars that are owed to the customers for fraudulent transactions and terrible customer service.

Sony customer service is simply horrible. Can't talk to an actual representative and if you accidentally even back out of chat assistance, they won't let you try again immediately. They need to fix this. Doesn't make me want to stay with them at all.

My son PS5 is not working I keep calling the number but I get no one. I did the troubleshooting so I could flie a claim got to the end and it couldn't find my adddress. Sony sucks!!!!

Sony must have one of the worst customer support systems of all large company's. I was logged out of all my devices "while playing COD" and then was forced to change my password. Once I changed my password it send a verification code to an old phone number. The only way to get this resolved is to call the 800 number. several attempts over a 4 hour period i kept get an automated message stating they have too many call try later and then hangs up. I am paying a monthly fee for a service in which I cannot use; how can a company like Sony think this is okay.............only one answer comes to mind. THEY DON'T CARE! I have thousands od dollars wrapped up on downlaoded games so leaving them for a competitor is a costly option. seems wrong.

It really is horrible! I changed to XBOX this generation because my PSN account was hacked three times somehow. I was not using the mobile app at all. Somehow they tried making the excuse of saying that I made password changes on the mobile app. After letting them know that I do not use my phone to log in and did not download the app, they insisted but fixed with an attitude.

It has been years since my PS asked me to log in, normaly it log in automaticly.
Finally got the password correct then it wants me to resond to a SMS to some old mobile number i no longer have. If you dont have access to the mobile you can get some special number from the web site, pitty you cant log in to the web site as well. Service is only avable for short time while at work so can look at the ps for some code they want the credit card they are checking against might not be my current one and i cant remember if my first ps was 1, 2 or 3. and they want some old invoice number from last order, i dont keep such a email reciept since i recieved the product and dont need to prove i brought it.

These predatory money stealing liars give dead links for support live support disconnects you , phone support disconnects you says they are busy had this going on for months!!! They have content locked I purchased and can't get anyone next step is sue thier asses off! This company does not offer support when truly needed!!

I've been trying to get my hacked account back for years and years. I thought I was getting somewhere these past months but it's just constant questions and then delays in responces and unclear instructions and communication. Lost over £1000 and years of progress on this account and highly doubt I'll ever get it back due to PSN customers support being deylayed, unclear, not friendly, not communicating and overall being terrible. Honestly probably the worst customer support I've ever experienced. Replys take weeks from PSN and when I do get emails they are extremely unclear.
Better off using PC and not playstation.

They are absolutely useless now. Took deep diving into Reddit to actually fix my problem myself. They had me so pissed that was about ready to jump ship to XBox due to how sh**ty their customer service is. Couldn't bring myself to buy a sub-standard device and went with the PS5 anyway but damn are these guys useless.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Waited 3 hours off and on hold with no explanation of help for my issues. All my games I've ever bought have disappeared. I cannot access games someone else bought on PlayStation. Reps cannot even answer simple questions about their services and I had to look to Reddit for answers. The reps I encountered do not retain information. Hopefully it's just the reps I encountered but I found myself knowing more information on subjects then they did. Ready to switch to Xbox. I have never asked to speak to management prior to this event. I did not actually get to speak to them.

There is literally no support base from playstation. When trying to use live chat it says they are too busy and to come back another time. Tried to call them, got another robot that told me wait time was 5+ minutes. waited on hold for 10 minutes for them to just hang up, when i called back it said they were too busy to answer and they hung up again. They have nothing in place to help their customers besides their "support robot." Do not buy the ps5, I will be switching to pc as soon as possible. Very dissapointed

Stg they've banned 3 of my accounts I've had since 2016 spent thousands of $ on them all and they permanently banned all 3 for saying wtf and tf like it's not even an actual bad word and I've tryd to appeal them all 3 they said what I did was to serious of a breach like they taken so much $ from me it's actually crazy and I got a acc with parent control on it I have full access to it but I dont have access to the parent account anymore and I asked them if there was anything I could do to get it back or anything and he just ended the chat like wtf is this service stg about to switch to Xbox

They put me on hold for hour just to tell me my accounts violate their guidelines bc they put restrictions on my child account without my fathers permission and bc I'm 17 he tried to remove them but they wouldn't let him bc I am "still a minor" so we made a new account for me under a different email.

I have been a Sony fan service 1994 when ps1 came out I bought every system you came out with like ps2 psp ps3 ps4 and ps5 I don't really have money to spend over 1000 for a other ps5 because my system decideds to shut off on its own no worry at at does not even say it's hot please help

Been trying for a solid non stop week to get ahold of these fools. Emails, bot support, and straight talk on the phone. They keep saying a rep will be with you in over 20 minutes. And either they don't call back or I miss the call. What kind of system is that? This is a major corporation with millions of customers who need support that extends beyond the regular 9-5. My issue was I bought an item 2 separate times hoping the first time was just a glitch. Nope just kept taking my money with nothing to show for it. And they processed to restrict my access to online. For as far as I know, them owing me money. Been a ps fan since the first. Now I will happily switch to Xbox. They're basically stealing from me, freezing MY machine worth around 1,000$ I put into it. And leaves me with no option but to pay these strong armed thugs or completely change what I do for entertainment. CAN ALL OF US THATS BEEN RIPPED OFF MAKE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST PLAYSTATION? I'm out hundreds of dollars, just me. Sorry Japan but we don't play that commy crap here in the U.S we have a voice. Please someone go along with me and help.

The Playstation store support line is compleat ass. I made a request for a refund of course it was denied. I bot tokens for gundam to get mobile suits. Well I got none.120 dollars down the tube while some prick just laughed.they told me to contact the game support but if any one has played gundam battle operation 2 knows there support is even worse and nothing gets done for 6 month to a year.
