I purchased a game from Play Station and it didn't work so I asked them for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me.

So disappointed.
Play station customer service so bad. I purchases cyberpunk digitally and from uae, no prompt came it's a censored version. After I downloaded and play then only I came to know. They didn't issue refund wince I downloaded. They should check if selling censored give a prompt message to customer before buying. They room all my money so bad so so so bad.

I love my playstation. I hate their lazy customer service. I was on hold for a hour waiting and the agent told me he couldn't help me to try texting through the customer service chat and just put me on hold again. Its so crazy they don't care about their customers, I've been with playstation since 2015

Terrible customer service and same from
The manager. A refund request and subscription was stopped without formal approval from credit card holder. Customer asked to speak to manager first, but the customer representative cancelled the subscription and refunded before talking to the manager. Terrible service.

PlayStation loves screwing children so make sure you never make the account a child account it locks so many features including using discord, posting on YouTube, and being able to play games that are not rated E for everyone

Playstation support is by far the worst support system ever not replying to emails and ignoring phone calls unless it's about a damaged console, if you have a complaint about your suspension or temporary suspension there team/system is of no help even in situations of toxic gamers starting conflicts for fun and reporting after, Playstation wouldn't do a full investigation for the unfortunate gamers dealing with these issues. Playstation should remove there safety policy if they can not use it properly or a full refund on the money spent for the time they won't be able to enjoy there games.

This is ridiculous I've been transferred 4 times because everyone have no idea how to fix amd every department I need to wait 30 minutes for someone to answer I had to hang up very disappointing

They hung up on me just now after 30 mins. on hold. They can't fix a problem with "their system" so I can send our PS4 back for repair: my billing address is a PO Box, not a physical address. I have a case #, and yet they deny service.

Since there appears to be no other outlet for this, I am going to share the experience I've had with Sony Playstation support/repair service for my son's VR headset. I started a repair ticket on 4/23, and sent his set in as the display stopped working. The received it (according to FedEx tracking) on 5/11. They then let it sit in their facility until 5/30, which is what their support website shows. They have now had it for 54 days, and after FIVE calls (one of which the rep dropped me after 30 minutes and didn't call back), and over 130 minutes on the phone, they tell me it was all held up due to a "serial number issue". The repair is supposedly done (thought their website still says "received", not "repair in progress"), and they now need an undetermined amount of time to get the damn thing sent back to me. I've been involved with many customer service and repair type fields, and I have never been treated and serviced as poorly as I have with this one. I'm sharing this to A: Let Sony know how badly their repair service and customer service is being run, and B: let all of you know that you might want to look elsewhere for repairs for your equipment. I guess we'll see if they actually get this resolved or if I will have to call back for a sixth time next week. So disappointed in the quality of Sony's service.

So, I got hacked and $300 worth of games were bought under my name. I was out of state on vacation and thought it was my card that was compromised. When I got home, I found my PSN account banned. I contacted support, they said I'd get an email within 48 hours to unlock my account. 48 hours pass, no email. I contacted support again. They said give it another day. I did. Still no email. I contacted support again. They said give it another day. I waited all weekend, no email. I contacted support again. They said give it another day. I did. No email. Today, I contacted support 1 last time. They said account has been permanently banned, nothing to do but create new account. I've lost everything I ever downloaded. They said, email with reasoning has been sent. I never got the email.

Playstation network is destroying children's lives their online network promotes nothing but violence and bad language they should be shut down.join me and many like me in emailing and call this company and demanding they shut down immediately. Protect the kids shut this crap down

I have been buying games on my ps4 since 2015. My console recently broke so I bought a new one. All of the games I bought online didn't show up and Playstation is telling me they have no record of me purchasing them. I will never give Sony another dime of my money and I'm telling everyone I know about this.

Spent an hour and a half on wait to speak with an agent online, finally got one, they asked me a few questions and just ended the chat, I've used playstation since the PS1 and y'all have done nothing but gone down hill, your customer support is complete dog sheet, and your whole company is nothing but a giant rip off now, spend $1000 for a PS5 then spend thousands of dollars to buy games, then have to spend upwards of an extra $20 a month to play online with our friends, when did y'all become XBox? I say go back to the old ways or everybody needs to boycott Sony and PlayStation. And when anybody tries to leave a comment or complaint using any kind of "profanity" we can't which is a violation of our first amendment right Freedom of Speech.

Just finished chat with PS after a half hour wait. They double charged me for a purchase. Charge was 24.99 plus tax for a TOTAL of $26.68. They took my online wallet amount of $21 something and was only supposed to charge my bank account 5.22 to complete the purchase. Then they turned around and took $26.68 from my bank account in addition to what they already charged me. Then they tell me the content has already been used and can't issue me a refund!! CORRECTING a double charge is NOT a REFUND!!!! DO NOT EVER use a bank card with them!!!!

Can't get a response from service. All the bot for answering says is too high call volume and hangs up. I try using comm with an online agent. Get a bot. Try to send an email. Not even an auto response.

My credit card was compromised and the crooks tried to buy two games in my PlayStation account. Called my bank and they reversed the charges. PlayStation then permanently suspended my account. I've spent hours on the phone, on chat and via email with them, only for them to tell me that despite the purchases being fraudulent, I can only lift the suspension by paying the charges via voucher then asking for a refund. Tried that and they "couldn't process my order." So now having my lawyer contact them and threaten a lawsuit. Pathetic. Never been treated so poorly by customer "service."

Got told I could not get refunded on an accidentally purchased DLC within hours of getting it and 100% for sure not downloaded. Was told the system "said it has been downloaded" and just kept spamming scripts at me. Pretty predatory to lie to my face like that when i am absolutely *positive* it did not download- 1 of them didnt even queue *up* for downloading so I should at *least* get a refund on that one if they are going to be that technical and predatory about "cannot have been downloaded." Also prior to even being connected to an agent, was told to "check back in a later DAY" because the agents are busy. A later DAY? not just later? When there are 9+ hours left in your work day? I get you are trying your best, but the entire process was the genuinely most frustrated "customer service" I have ever dealt with. Do better & be less predatory.

I had got the plus membership didn't cancel it soon enough apparently its just set to auto pay every year which I was unaware of I don't even use it I just play warzone but psn says it's some how now a charge back on them and they can't just cancel the plus acount and let me use my free network account they required I paid for the membership again so I did even though I don't want it they said that's the only way to unlock my account was supposedly a 2 to 3 day process so on day 3 I call and now its up to 5 days now day 5 still no account access and now it's the weekend and can't even talk to anyone horrible service from them I'm highly considering switching to Xbox which won't be good for playstation since I still have my wife's, daughters, and 2 sons on plus accounts they actually use theirs but it can all be switched to Xbox easily Xbox has specials like gold membership and stuff as well that offers same kind of deals on everything

So I recently bought calisto protocol and so 5 days after I buy the game I have had some time to test the game out and did not enjoy the game, game is not what I wanted so THIS MORNING(5th of July) I reach out to PlayStation chat team someone by the name of P pulls the nice nasty act like I don't have screenshots of the chat- - saying I can have a refund for this game because they strongly recommend me reaching out to the game company and complain....I PAID MY OWN MONEY FOR THE GAME ! WHY CANT I HAVE MY MONEY BACK? Is it because we as buyers test out games and decide whether we like it or not? How can we test something out without keeping something you don't want?? Riddle me that Sony. And for that individual team member by the name of (P) your trash at your job keyboard gangster. YOUR RUNNING COMPANIES INTO THE GROUND.. I would give this a star on a good day. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE GAME !!!!!!!!!!!

By far the worse mess of a company behind the scenes. They do not answer the damn phone and their service chat never works. They charged me a wrong amount. I could not connect with anyone. I purchased again at the correct price. So my credit card filed a charge back on the first error. When you finally wait hours to get a human, they are an idiot, and disconnect. THIS IS FRAUD.

This company I have been with for years have spent countless thousands.... for them to suspend accounts with no reasoning other then you may or may not have committed one or more or none of the listed offenses. Not even a supervisor can tell you why nothing all I wanted was for them to tell me why so that I didn't do it again because I honestly and truly believe I did nothing wrong. Which is crazy that through 2 reps and 1 supervisor nobody could tell me why. Somebody get me the email or # of their manager this is beyond careless. There is no care for the customer anymore nothing... they just read the script over and over. I even asked if she could tell me which term I violated that could not happen. This needs to change ... I honestly feel I may just switch even if I lose out on a bunch of money I can't handle the disrespect and the audacity. Shame.... so sad for real why tbh. How can you guys even operate. Multi billion dollars company and you guys act like u work at Walmart. Nobody's mad till we call you and you treat us like dirt. It's not fair I didn't do anything. You say your staff did a thorough investigation I doubt it I honestly do. How do I know.... because I use discord on my laptop beside me I plug my mic in and we chat in a general party on my laptop in discord!
There's no psn communication how can I use hate speech or defame slander ect. Lies. Lies. Some hater kid got salty am deported my account for nothing automated machines. I can't believe it. The worst.
