Hi Polaroid Person,

My name is Charlene Mathis, on the 20th,of August I purchachased an MP3 Player,it is the 8GB Fc model PMP283-8, I was looking for another MP3, the one I have is full, an I saw this one (last on yhe self)and it was only $25.00. A Great Deal. It worked fine, then all of a sudden froze up on me, I reset it and it

went off, but when I turned back on, Polariod came up and it would not function at all, would not budge, I feel so bacd , then I had my Sister check it and nothing, the warrant ends on the 20th Sept. My question is -"can it be fixed ? if so what do I do, I have not to many more days left????

Please give me advice on this, I really like yhe player, and hope it can be fixed!!??!

Contacted these people 4 information on how 2 order a part 4 a TV stand. Was told they don't have anything 2 do with the TV I was calling about & referred me 2 a # that is a recording asking U 2 leave your name & #. They will call U back within 24 hours! So am I just supposed 2 sit by the phone, 4 the next 24 hours & waited 4 someone 2 call me back? I thought I was a customer & their job is 2 help when I need help, not when they decide 2 call people back who need help. Twisted customer service!

I have a Polaroid i633 camera and the CD soft wear that came with it is Photo Express 5.0, Photo Explorer 8.0, PC-CAM Driver. After I had installed them, I went into my Picture folder and "ALL" of the picture's I had are "ALL GONE"!!!! What happened to them and Where did the download store them??????? I just can't believe that all of my family photo's are gone!!! I would like a quick response!!!!! or Please Help Me!!!!!

Dear Polaroid

The other day I ordered and received overnight the Studio Series 58 2.2 extender and wide angle lens. Both appear clear but when I attach the 2.2 extender the image is sort of foggy looking. Since I paid a lot for this item and a bunch to have it overnighted I think it should be fog free. Do you have any suggestions to help? Or can you send me a replacement. As I've said I already spent a bunch on shipping and do not want to spend more. I'm trying to get close in to take pics of newly hatched meadowlarks so speed is important. I have the 10" Tablet, all I can say it that it is as far as Tablets go, that it is the biggest piece of crap I have ever owned.

I was first so enthusiast with Polaroid but then needed to contact the customer support. Polaroid has outsourced the customer support to some other company and took ages to get them into contact. In the end they finally picked up and the guy was so mean without no reason! He really ruined my day and now feeling bad about Polaroid too. Seems that they really dont care about the customers if they outsource such a important part for this kind of cheap company:(..

Just bought PolaroidXS80 and sound doesn't work. Returned the first one and second one has NO sound either, though advertised with audio.
Trying to find support and all I get are references to other companies asking for money to solve problem.
If this is Polaroid's service and warranty, this camera will go back to the store MOnday

The worst customer service. I will never buy anything with the Polaroid brand again. Southerntelecom is a joke. I've never dealt with anything this bad. It's like the company is actively trying to get customers not to contact them.

Never buy Polaroid !! My tablet stopped working say in I didn't have internal memory and I hadn't even downloaded anything! I then put an external memory card and it still didn't work!! It took forever for me to get in touch with costumer service and when I did I couldn't understand a word the man was saying he kept saying buy a new one but I refuse to ....I finally got in touch with Polaroid and made a complaint now I have to send it back which cost 30.$ that I shouldn't have to be spending they said it should take 5 weeks and its been a month I hope it comes soon or ill be highly upset

I have over 4 hrs talking with your tech dept [who are very hard to understand] and still have a computor that is now junk. your service stinks your corp tele # is no longer in service. Please have the corp head officer call realy pissed off Gene Whiting

It's true that during the holidays polaroid had hellish customer service.I got a polaroid tab during that time,and the customer service number didn't work. At the end of january,beginning of february maybe,the published number started working--877_768_8481.

My tablet stopped holding a full charge even after I allowed the unit to run down completely so its charging circuit could be reset to give a more accurate reading.In the beginning the tablet held a full charge and benefitted from shallow charges every now and then. This means that you nver let the unit run down all the way, just to maybe 43 percent and charge it back up a little. It's better for li-ion batteries. Anyhow, my tab reached a point where it wouldn't get beyond 63 percent with its wall charger.
I called the company and was treated professionally. I took their suggestion to charge using the usb port. Took forever but managed to increase to about 73 percent. I thought my wall charger went bad, so I called polaroid and asked them to send me another charger. I guess the charger is still under warranty, so they are sending me a new one free of charge. I should get it in a week so we'll see. So far though,no one has been rude. I will say that during the holidays customer service was nonexistent. I think that after so many folks complained Southern Telecom and Polaroid worked on doing a little better. Once I get my charger I'll post and see if service is still good.

had a man who barly spoke English, and told me that Polaroid doesn't make the tablet that i purchased and went from there to that i poured water on it, and i had not. the tablet came with a keyboard in the case, and it even shows this on the Polaroid web site, and then when i asked for a supervisor he would not transfer me to one , he kept saying no. and then he told me it would cost me $300.00 to fix the key board, it came that way when i bought it. i finally got so mad i hung up, i will NEVER buy another Polaroid product again.

I bought a Polaroid 22" Full HD LED TV on 8/14/12 from Target (#TLAC-02255 - I have the receipt). Target's warranty expired 11/12/12. The TV came with a "Starlight" (1) year warranty. I contacted the US Consumer Care Center at 1-877-456-6055 in January 2013 because the TV quit working (red light came on and no power). I was informed they don't handle anything purchased after 4/1/12, and advised me to call the karoake singing machine at 1-855-800-8888 (no answer at this number, I left a message and no return phone call). So, I sent an email to their no response. Then I sent an email to , no response. Now, I'm posting this because I no longer want my TV repaired, I want a refund. This is terrible customer service and obviously a company that doesn't stand behind it's products. My TV worked for less than 5 months. I have the receipt, the warranty and all the original packaging. I just want to return the TV and get my money back, but have been unable to get any response at all. Extremely time consuming and frustrating. $160.00 TV is no small change for me. I will never purchase another Polaroid product.

I had bought A polaroid tablet and for some reasin there is part of the seal or something coming out around the screen and A little crack in one corner I know it wasn't dropped because I live alone and I bought it to keep intouch with my family I am 64 years old and can not buy another one I am on A fix income I sent A message to tech support to see what I could do and they said send it to them and for $80 and $7.95 shipping they will fix it again I don't have the money I don't think Polraid is standing behind there products and intend on letting everyone know it

I just received a polaroid product. The representive interupted me before I could finisht the question. I asked to speak to someone who could understand better. Asked for a supervisor, and the superviosr would not let me finish. I will probally return the product, as I thought polaroid would have reliable service which is not true anymore.

I received a 22" Polaroid LED TV for x-mas last year(2011). It lasted 6 months so I called customer service. What a joke!!! The TV was under warranty but I had to ask the person who gave it to me for the receipt(how embarrasing!!!). Sent TV to Starlight service center in June and finally received it today(Nov 28,2012).Hooked it up turned it on and set up the channels. I went to turn it on 2hrs later and it no longer works. I am soooo disappointed.Is there any recourse? Do I need to call a lawyer? I already sent a complaint to BBB but I was told the company was sold and there was nothing that could be done. UGH so frustrating. Whatever happened to customer service? Thanks for letting me vent. You can make bet I will not buy polaroid again!!!

We bought a Polaroid TV for Christmas a few years ago. This TV lasted for 5 years. When I called the Co. I was told the life of a TV is 5 to 10 years. Strange I have had another TV Panasonic for the last 10 years. Tell me why the Ploaroid does not last as long. I will nevr by anothe Polaroid product again. When I spoke to the Tec he told me the brain was dead and I could purchase another one for $69.00 plus $ 20.00 shipping. I told him my brain would have to be dead for me to purchase another brain hire a tec to put it in when I can just trash this piece of junk and get another TV.

I purchased a polaroid tablet back in June of this year. Within two months the tablet's chargers port became loose and prevented the tablet from charging. Thus, I called to resolve the problem and lucky for me I got through but it took almost an hour for the customer service representative to figure out the problem which was very obvious. Then to resolve the problem they ask for an email address. I had to repeat saying what my email was at least 20 times and they still weren't able to send me the repair notice in a timely matter. Then finally after being frustrated for a couple a weeks I then attempted once again to get my tablet fixed. After another time wasting call I finally got repair form and had to pay for shipping. It has been a month since I mailed in my tablet and I have yet to hear back from the company or receive back my tablet. At this point I just my money back. I'm Really disappointed with this company and its customer service.

Do they just not answer the phone has to be the worst customer service company I have ever tried to deal. So very dissappointed that I can not get a response. Usually would not comment but come on Polaroid at one time you were one of America"s finest companies what happen do you just not care any longer. And companies wonder why American products are not buy...well look at your customer service. This makes me so sad.

I purchased a 22" tv in Jan. can't find reciept so they can't do anything to help this is the worst company that I ever had to deal with... they didn't even try to fix or help to see what we could work out.. will never buy polaroid product again...you should be ashamed of treating a customer like this.

The technical person did not help at all. Just told me it could not be the tv. Would not listen to the fact that 2 tv's were connected to the same antenna, were practically in same room probably 7 ft. apart and one was getting channel 2 but the polaroid would not bring it in suddenly. It was not coming as a digital station, and this happened even after I had been using it on the same day.

When I was trying to explain this to the man, he HUNG UP ON ME. NOT GOOD BUSINESS. OR GOOD SUPPORT

Purchased the Polaroid MP3 player for my granddaughter for Christmas in November 2011. The rebate form said to allow 8 weeks. After numerous phone calls and e-mails, I am still waiting. I HATE Rebates! I won't make this mistake again. Nobody wants to be responsible. Everyone puts the blame on someone else. Very frustrating!
