I had the worst experience with Priceline on Oct 7, 2021 so bad that I will be canceling my Priceline card and never doing business with them again. I happen to be a PLATINUM member, but they aren't even willing to refund me my money (during Christmas time that I need for my children) after I was forced to stay at a hotel that was unsafe and dirty with roaches on the bed and toliet, drug dealers, gun shots, people overdosed in the hallway, and my door lock was even broken. As soon as the sun came up (because I didn't have enough money to pay for another room that night because Priceline refused to help me and refund me any money that night) An extremely understanding nice lady (Trish) said she would refund my money with no problem and then Priceline refunded my money in seconds even though they had told me MULTIPLE times that there was no way it would even be possible for them to do that, BUT I just looked on my statement and they only refunded one night so now I have a past due balance PLUS a late fee of a place I never wanted to stay at in the first place. As a platinum member I would have thought they would be happy to help me with this issue especially during Christmas time, but no they refused so I will be cancelling my Priceline card and never giving them another dime because they are greedy crooks who only care about money and not their customers.

SC tax is only 7 percent... Priceline charged 22 percent !!! Refused to refund the additional 15 percent. SC Dept of Revenue was contacted.
Priceline are adding fraudulent charges to customers account... Rep tried to state that part of the charge was their fee..... you can't include a fee with taxes!!!

So we booked a room in a hotel that was supposedly in Kearny, Nebraska. It was an express deal and it didn't give me an address until it was booked. They booked us a room in Brush, Colorado. Which is six hours away as we had already left Colorado. They refunded us the money except for that now we have no money for a different hotel because apparently it will not be there for a few days. We live in Minnesota. It is a very long drive and they won't even help us out by putting us in a different hotel even though it is their fault for having the hotel set in a city it wasn't even in. We will never use them ever again, as they obviously freaking don't know how to help out someone who has no money for another hotel room. Thanks a lot for a whole lot of nothing.

I will probably never use priceline again
My wife and I have been calling for last couple of days and they havent resolved my flights I have a family emergency and have to flight by next week how can we get this resolved ?

I am extremely upset with Priceline, I scheduled a flight in May for an October flight and when I arrived at the airport I found out the flight was changed in September and Priceline did not notify me. Now I am missing out on two days that I should be at a resort with my wife for our Honeymoon/anniversary. Priceline needs to either reimburse me or fix this. Plus, the service sucks and state they would contact me within a specified time frame and hasn't. I was a long time customer however that has all changed. Never again!!!!!

The service is terrible. I cancelled my flight and hotel 3hours after my reservation and was charged a penalty. On their website it says-no penalties on 24 hours cancellation. I was transferred to speak to a rep. In Philippines, Colombia,Cairo.
Still trying to get the $200 back.

Horrible. Automated and ignores request after 1st time and says thanks and good by. Need to put more money towards helping customers than dumb commercials.

This is terrible I need a live person to assist with navigation because the flight I've chosen will not give me the times of the flight just a range and I can't go forward. I keep getting voice responses this is the worst customer service and it is extremely frustrating.

Tried to change the date on my stay, was not able so Priceline lied of how easy it would be, now I'm stuck paying over $70.00 and have to book another day stay and pay more money for this trip. It is not worth it!!!! Very disappointed. Look at reviews before booking with these uncooperative people on priceline!

I overcharged different then what we agreed on . No live person to reach. Something didn't expect after I used price line all those years. I don't recommend price line again. Very desapointed

The phone numbers are ONLY available if you already have a reservation and can enter in your res# or phone number tied to a reservation. Otherwise, you will NOT be able to reach a live person OR get anywhere past that prompt.

I have tried 6 different phone numbers and cannot get a live customer service person to talk to.To get information on questions to ask about renting a car. It's same recording or says not a working number. Only live person I got was in Manchester UK, and they gave me a number in New York,which was a recording.I don't want to give my email, just want to talk to a person & not a recording.

I need someone to cal me asap! A reservation was made at a hotel and when I arrived the hotel was completely booked!! My card has been charged and is now maxed out. I have been volunteering in houston all day and need a place to sleep. Please call me immediately!! Thank you I have tried for over an hour to reach someone by phone and keep getting disconnected.

Applied for a credit card for the $100 discount and could not use the credit card to book the trip. I have been trying to get in touch with a CSV agent and had no luck whatsoever. I am very disappointed with Priceline. I am going to cancel my credit card and start doing business with Orbitz. You are able to reach a agent immediately and my problem was resolved in less than 2 minutes. I finally got in touch with an agent and she kept apologizing, but couldn't help me. They have lost a customer.

Priceline used to be easy to use. At the moment I cannot recommend pricline any more because of their customer service customer to business customer service.

This phone number is a joke I put my phone number in and it loops back to my phone number. Useless customer service number as is the main customer service number. If I could give this phone number a zero star it would get a zero star.
