Proactive is the worst. They should call it Nonactive. I didn't have bad skin, I just wanted to see how the product would work on my face. Well.... After using proactive my face looked like a pickle. I had bumps everywhere. I cancelled and they still shipped two orders. I'll cross my fingers and hope thy won't send another order. I would not recommend this product to anyone. If you don't have bumps in your face you will.

Same thing here.. I have canceled at least 5 times and even called back to verify the cancellation and a couple months alter they charge/ship again.. My bank even called them as part of a fraud resolution on the disputed charge and they LIED TO THE BANK and said I never canceled and am still an active member!!! What BS this is after canceling multiple times with multiple confirmation calls!! PROACTIV is a POS company to deal with. A true world class slum shop!

i have 1 time order 19.95 charge from credit card and they have sent 2 time again and charge from my credit card 5 TIMES already, now i checked and i know BCOS I WAS VERY BUSY ,how do i have to do ?

these people honestly dont give a damn about how mich money they take from you. I have cancelled my account and have been charged twice this month (total of 80dollars) for somthing I did not approv of or even ask to order they just assumed. DONOTORDERPROACTIVE. LESS TROUBLE BUYING IT AT YOUR LOCAL WAL-MART. customer service is a joke.

This has to be the WORST, most deceiving company to do business with. My bank account is CONTINUALLY charged with things I did not authorize! Even after canceling my "membership" I AM STILL BEING CHARGED! Absolutely would not recommend doing business with them, not to mention I tried Proactive and proactive plus, neither one worked!

i order only one proactive pack which is only 29 99 dollar after that i did not order anything but they charge again 39. 99 i dont know why pls dont send any thing without my order oter wise i camplain ok and send it my money back to my account ok

Proactive sucks,the customer service is really bad.the way they speak to the customer is nice in the beginning,but once they hear you want to cancel the order,the tone suddenly change ,not only once.i even try to call again to make sure my account was canceled,it happen again.so rude,very unprofessional,so dissapointed.

What an excuse for a company. I have been using Proactive for three years. Up until 4 months ago I was able to sign in online and change the frequency I received, and was charged, product. Their default is 30 days, and I would always change it to 120 days. Suddenly, I could not sign in, and when I tried to recover my password and was informed that they had no record of my email. Funny, I receive an email from them every month. So then I called and was told they had no record of my name, address, or my CREDIT CARD that they charge EVERY MONTH!! Are you freaking kidding me??? They email me every month, but have no record of my email. They charge my credit card every month, but have no record of that either, and I receive the product every month, but they have no record of my address. I have placed a stop payment on my credit card and am never dealing with this excuse of a company again.

I already asked to stop my membership and they keep taking money out of my account for no product. The product doesn't work anyway.

this was the worst overall experience trying to purchase something from a company i have ever experienced. the product was not the problem, it was the out of stock items, canceling my order without telling me, postponing my order without telling me, replacing things I had ordered with things I had not and not telling me, sending things i didn't order and charging me. supervisors telling me they are shipping something and canceling my account instead, this has been a NIGHTMARE. I will never again attempt to deal with any company who so obviously does not want my money. How is Proactive in business still?

I called to suspend an order and was connected to a mumbling kid who sounded suicidal. I found out the hard way that he didn't suspend it while looking at my bank activity. After dealing with another incompetent rep who tried to tell me the charge was for a shipment 3 months ago, I finally found a supervisor and got a reimbursement. Then it happened again and I received an unauthorized charge and a shipment on the same day, proving the lady's theory wrong. This is how they treat a "valued customer" This time I was connected to a nice 30 something girl who took care of everything with a few clicks and was really helpful. Bottom line: this company's accounting and most of their service sucks.

Proactive is a product I ordered once. Key word - once, that is all I wanted. I than got charged 3x for $19.95 and shipped more product which I never asked for nor verified it was okay to charge my credit card. Finally after numerous phone calls I got it cancelled. Than 2 months later I was charged yet again for close to $70 this time for nothing, I didn't order or okay any product. I disputed these charges with my bank and Proactive, which they were in return credited back to my account. This was 2 months ago... I thought I was done dealing with this absolutely terrible company. Now today comes and Proactive charges me for this product AGAIN saying they have proof they sent me product. I am usually not one to complain and I wouldn't have if I was done with this company. They are a huge scam and the worst customer service. I would recommend no one to ever contact them.

I ordered 1 time because i saw the commercial. After the 1st transaction, they charged me $33.37 every 90 days. I didnt know they will keep charging even if you only order a 1 time thing. They sent a packet if. Want to reorder again bu i didnt order. They still charged me. And the sad thing, called twice to cancel it but they didnt and continued charging me. I didnt get the item i am beng charged, and when i called them and made a complaint, their costumer service associates are very rude.

I canceled my order 6 weeks ago. I had just found a product that was better for my complexion - not as harsh. The rep was very courteous and gave me no trouble canceling. Or so I thought. Today my bank account showed proactive debited another charge for a new shipment. I immediately called the company to set things straight. The rep I spoke to today was very polite but told me what I didn't want to hear. He did see that I called and canceled yet had no explanation as to why another order went out. Then informed me my money would not be returned for a week. Unacceptable. Glad I canceled. Again.

I tried to cancel proactive because it was too harsh on my skin. They wanted to know exactly what the reaction was that I had. They make it so difficult to cancel. Instead of keeping customers by having a good product, they just make it hard to leave the company. After dealing with a nasty, rude woman, I was continuously transferred and finally had to leave a message for someone who will probably not call me back.

Could not get proactive to stop taking money out of my account. Asked them in November to stop and did not stop. Still trying to get money and finally went to bank an asked them to stop allowing them to take out of my account. They just keep sending me bills. This company is ridiculous. I thought maybe I was the only one. Lesson learned never let anyone have your card number for anything they just keep taking your money no matter how many times you ask them to stop.

i have been fighting proactive for one year..i never received there product and they tried billing me for it and as soon as i told them im not paying for it cuz i never got it they sent me to collections. i just got a letter the other day from the 4th collections company in 1 year..proactive sucks i would not recommend it at all...i worked in customer service for along time and i would never treat my customers the way there reps do

I received the Proactive system as a gift. After using the product for 7 days I started noticing small red bumps that itched so bad. I called customer service to get answers and advice. But in reality I got no where. Thanks so much Proactive.

I placed an order on Jan 22. 2 wks later called in and they said at some point my account was deactivated and no one has reactivated, replaced the order now 2 wks later same story someone reactivated but no order was placed, reorder again, 2 days later i called back and was told no info was available til 72 hrs later and today i called back to talk to the supervisor only to get the same kind of non-sense explanation. She said she would reactivate the account and ship out the order and i asked her what's the difference this time since this was the 3rd time i'm hearing this told her to close my account, i have not time to deal with this bull, i've been using proactive as soon as it came out and now they just lost a loyal customer. I can just go to Sephora and buy Murad for god sake. If it wasn't for loyalty that bit me in the butt..But worse of all this supervisor girl had the nerve to bring up a sarcastic tone. I swear that worse custome service experience ever in my life. And this is only the last time, on and off order not placed and wrong information inputted in their system..that's another few more times. They have a booth that sells proactiv at the mall near by but I refuse to spend a penny more on a company to doesn't value customer loyalty.

I had bad experience recently I placed an order online and received email from Proactive with the order number and waited couple of days and nothing happened I called customer service and they said that I have to wait 72 hours for the order to show up in there system,I waited a week and called them again I found out that they canceled my order without any notification. thats bad service I will never deal with them any more and I told all my friend to be careful not to deal with any more,So they just lost too many customers.

I wish I would've found this site before I ordered this crap. It's a rip off does not work and they continuously charge your credit card even after you tell them that you want to cancel. The customer service representatives are horrible and the products is a flop! Even all the free they give you isn't worth the headache!

Do Not Order Pro Active From This Company. What They Advertise Is Not What They Deliver. Horrible. They Say On Tv To Order Pro Active For $20 Dollars .. But At The End It Will Cast You $20 The First Month Then $20 More The Next Month And $10 The Next Month. The Total Cost Of The Product Is $50 Which Is Not What They Say On Tv

I have very bad acne still at 26. the product works good alsong as i remember to use it 2-3 times a day.eney way its the end of the month & i hade like $1 doller in my accuont & they went ahead & charged me$ 40 like waaay to early & over drew my account.cuz i thought it was every 90 days that mine was suppost to go through & i hade just gotten a set like 3 weeks ago.so i called them & i no if u stay on the line with out pushing a button to awnser the questions u get to talk to a real person eventauly.the guy i was talking to oveusly was forein cuz he hade a strong accent & i could only understand like 20% of what he was saying!! i tried to ask all my qeustins in all differant forms to see if i could get an awmser i could understand & i think i herd him say they charge every 90 days then another time every 30 days(because i was confused on how often they were planning on charging me) & i asked if i could just cancel& at first i thought he said 19.95 to cancel & he said 99.95 so it pretty mutch costs 100 bucks just to cancel!!!!!!!!!!& i later looked on my paper that i hade & it says nothing about that! he wouldnt do a refound & said something about sending it back & takeing 4-6 weeks for a frikkin refund!!!!!thats after they got the product back.& i was haveing abit of an addatute cuz i mean come on i was mad that they rip people off like this by charging $100 dollers JUST to cancel!!!! & i was madly fusterated.i did cuss once,said OMFG when he told me the price 4 caceling & then he warned me of useing bad launguge(just another controll mechanism people made up)& he would hang up if used agian or some thing & he kept rambeling on & i couldnt understand hardly eney thing still then i told him to not cancel due to that ridickulus price but i dont no if he got that even & i was useing a straight forward tone to my vioce showing my fusteration(im not good at being fake)& he said something else about using "bad" launguge & i didnt even cuss!!!then after more rambeling that i couldnt understand i finally blurted out & told him i have a learning disabilety(ADHD)& i cant understand this crap & then the a*****e said something agian about stupid frikkin luanguge & hung up on me!!!!!!! i mean cant people just LISTEN TO MY STOREY & BE PAITENT WITH ME?! so what if i said crap! or the f word! i wasnt insulting him directly!people need to learn to GET THE PIONT!!!& he hade an additute the whole time eney way! no warmness in the vioce nothin. i was hopeing to get A CLEAR ENGLISH SPEAKER that was freindly & patient & would actauly HELP me!!!!! so over all there custemer servece SUCKS!!!I was assumeing by those freindly looking docter ladys on there website that it would be a positive exsperince & they actauly gave a s*** about the custemers but just like every thing else in america seems to be all about deception!!!!

I'm deeply disappointed in the horrible service of this company. I just now read many of the reviews and complaints. I wish I would have known before ordering their damn product. I only order a trial and now they keep charging my account for the past 3 months. I called and I can't seem to get somebody live. This company should be reported to the Better Bus. Bureau.
