Pointed out that pieces of avocado are half the size as previous 10 months of purchases from store in SB. He said avocados have gotten more expensive. He said California's avocado crop is shipped overseas "because they pay more". Not true, 90% of America's avocados come from California. Majority from ventura and San Diego counties. Price is same as last year. The store is no longer good for sushi. Not as good as SPROUTS. They got greedy. Not as much rice either. Manager was not truthful. If someone lies about little things, they will lie about everything. Disappointing to see store manager get indignate and argue why he has to cheat on avocados.
SPROUTS is better.

Worst employees out of all the grocery stores. I never have a good interaction. They are all rude. I had a large order - 2 full carts. No one to help. I had to check out by myself. They are horrible. Never going back.

Apparently there's a new policy at the La Tiera store that encourages patrons to bring their dogs into the store while they shop. The situation has gotten out of hand with no regards to sanitation or customers with allergies or fear. And now, this Thursday 6/9/22, right in front of the meat counter, a dog and its owner left behind a pile of feces and urine without cleaning it up or notifying store personnel. Consequently the matter was left there without a barrier where several people, including myself, nearly stepped in it. I notified the manager and he deduced that, "it must've been the lady with the two dog" Dogs in this store is a recent evolution. We didn't have this problem in the past The grocery store is no place for dogs, unless they're surrounded by relish and a bun.

Smoke tree shopping center in Palm Springs, California has the worst night manager. He is rude don't ask him for a roll of quarters or something from the deli at night he will tell you to go fly a kit.

Prices now totally out of control time to start shopping at bargain shopping stores.

I'm a home health nurse and I work in downtown LA I tend to need to find a restroom when I'm working and I have gone to the Ralph's on ninth Street in downtown LA when I do use the restroom I always make a purchase I am a regular Ralphs customer but every time I've had tried to use the restroom there I'm always told that the restrooms are closed I will not be shopping at that particular Ralph's any longer the restrooms remain constantly locked

Dominic in deli needs an attitude adjustment. If he were my employee, he would have had to be FIRED. It does not matter how many customers complain, nor about witnesses. This Ralph's store obviously does not care about their customers, or they would not allow such foul mouthed employees, especially since it had absolutely nothing to do with Dominic at all, until he got all up into someone elses business.

Why doesn't Ralph's not take Google Pay or Apple Pay? I was shocked. Only Samsung Pay.....
My husband has my debit card because his was being replaced do to fraud. I have Google Pay and use it all the time. Other grocery stores, purchasing gas, drug stores,Costco, Trader Joe's, I can keep naming. Yesterday I went to Ralph and the was a sign we don't except Apple Pay well they don't except Google Pay either. I was upset and disappointed. The staff member showed no sympathy. They held my order and I tried to set up Samsung Pay. With no luck. I did find a check in my purse.
I was able to buy the Rib Eye Steak for Valentines Dinner.

There's days it is the norm to have Google and Apple Pay.

I purchased a target card at Ralph's. The checker processor card and charged my account and then looked on the card at the back and said this card has been tampered with. I said well you charge me for it before you checked to see if it was valid. She said I'm sorry but you'll have to deal with target on that. I dealt with target and they said no you have to deal with ralphs on that. The bottom line is that I am out $25 for a card that should've been checked before it was processed.

I visited the Ralphs in the College area last night looking for an item that I saw online and that should have been available in the store. After walking up and down the isles, I asked the cashier and bagging clerk about the item. Neither was familiar with it. I asked if they could look it up to let me know if it was available at the store and where I could find it. I was told that they could not. Thinking that they had misunderstood me, I repeated my question and stated exactly what I was asking them to do. I was again told NO. I then asked to speak with the manager, but was told that he was on a break. There was ABSOLUTELY NO ATTEMPT to try and provide any type of customer service. I called and spoke with the manager today (Daniel) and explained my shopping experience at the store. He made excuses for why the customer service was so bad (new people, lack of training, etc.). He never even asked what product I was looking for or attempted to try and rectify the situation. I will not be returning!

Because Kroger is discriminating against unvaccinated workers, we will no longer shop at your store. Maybe someone needs to remind Kroger CEO that freedom of choice is what they should be promoting, not treating workers who have a right to their own medical decisions like they are THE problem regarding Covid. FACT is Covid is still transmitted and contracted between the Vaccinated! This post is being shared in social media and I hope your company loses so much money you go bankrupt!

I just left the Ralph's on Las Posas in Camarillo, CA. I am very disappointed that they allow dogs in the facility. One man had 3 dogs with him, one pitbul mix, another man had a small dog. Every time they saw each other the barking started. We tried to get down an isle with the man with the 3 dogs and had difficulty getting our cart around them. The older gentleman seemed to have trouble controlling all 3. When did it become ok to have dogs in a grocery store where food is stored? it's frustrating and just seems like a Huge liability to all involved!

Shopped at Antelope Rd. Ralph's Nov 7, 2021. Frustrated as usual. According to the computer ad, FOR THIS LOCATION,La Banderita Tortillas (PART OF THE BUY 10 FOR $10) were supposed to be marked down from $1.79 to $1.29. They were not yet the Mission brand was marked down TO $1.79. Upset my 10 for 10 plan. The Betty Crocker cake mixes that were supposed to be $.75 each rang up at $2.19 minus .94 which left them at $1.25 each. I was overcharged, as usual. They also advertised Red Gold tomatoes and green chilis reduced from $.99 to .45 per can. There were none to be bought.Had to buy Rotel instead at $1.00 a can. Messed up my 10 for 10 again. Also, the Ore-Ida tater tots were on sale at $1.99 so I got two bags. They rang up at $2.99 each. Overcharged AGAIN. I made the necessary changes to comply with the 10 for $10 and we were checking out when she called the total $10 more than it should have been.Gee, I wonder why. Marcie the cashier said I didn't have the 10 so I showed her I did and then she said I may have seen an ad out of this area. I corrected her and said it was the Menifee store on Antelope. People were piling up behind us. Karen came over from self check and got a real attitude with me when I told her she was not letting me talk. They were so wrong and over charged me as usual. I had everything perfect and figured, triple checked by hubby and I. Karen threw my list and receipt into my basket and walked off. I called corporate and explained everything. She said she was taking notes of our talk. She said she tried to contact that store manager, 3 times, while I was on the phone and no one picked up. The next day I called again because the store manager never contacted me. After 10 minutes into the conversation, out of the blue, they hung up the phone. I called back and got a different person and told her the customer service person's name and she said no one in customer service has that name. She said they should have given me a code number to reference the conversation. They did not.To my surprise they hung up again!I called back later and got a man this time.I repeated the past two conversations and my problems when, wait for it, yes they hang up on me a third time. WHAT A JOKE. Perhaps there really isn't a customer service setup for our complaints. Perhaps they are paid to just listen and then hang up in hopes we will just give up?. WOW !

I was just shopping at Ralph's on 30125 antelope rd .. Terry is the manager on duty ... she called a huddle on isle 19 ... I was in the meat department.. waiting for the meat to be priced and she took him away from what he was doing for huddle ... forget the customer... I left and went to Albertsons to buy my food .. clearly this person doesn't care about the customers... she cares more about her huddle ? ♀️

I was kicked out and refused service because I have my dog with me. The store location (Fairfield and 26th) I was kicked out from a store manager name 2"
I always shop there bcz I live in Santa Monica. I go everyday after my gym to see if there is any clearance and buy what I need for the day.
I have a puppy that I take everywhere I go, she is my emotional support that I got prescribed from my Dr. Today at 8;30 am, I went there, and my dog did an accident, so I ran to get a bag to clean, a worker told me that I have to pay for it. I cleaned it, and went outside to put it in the trash. Then carried my dog, came back to finish my shopping, this manager came to me with a security guard and told me that my dog did an accident and the customer didn't like it, so I said I cleaned it, she said " she is not a service dog,I said, she is my emotional support dog, then the guard said, emotional is not service, then the manager asked me to leave the store, I was so down and shocked and I left. I see dogs there all the time, but I was treated badly because of my race.
I complained on line, and no one called me.
I want to take them to court. Any advice??

Shopping in the Ventura, California store. Why won't Mgt enforce the mask mandate. Nobody likes wearing them but my blood boils when stupid people think they are above the law, wandering through the store exposing law abiding customers to possible infections.

I was at your Ralphs store today located at 27760 McBean Parkway, Valencia, California. I was at self-check and saw there were two ladies checking out without masks on. I said to the cashier monitoring the self-check, "Don't you require masks in here?" She replied, "No.". Since when does Ralphs not follow the mandates by the state? I did not make an issue out of it, but if it happens again, I will, and I will post this on my neighborhood digest so that my neighbors know what is going on at your store.

I live near and usually shop at Ralph's on Manchester and Western. At this store there are very few baskets. Twice this week i shopped here and had to carry my groceries in my hands.
I called the store and spoke with Rick (Front Manager) he says that the store does not have baskets and that they don't know when they will get more. I explained to him that I will not be able to shop at his store unless I have a basket/container for shopping.
It appears because this store is in a deprived community the management is not concerned with the welfare of the shopper.
I will not shop at this location until changes are made, and I will spread this message to my family and friends.
I hope that something will be done to improve management at the Ralph's on Manchester and Western in South Los Angeles.
Thank you.

The Ralphs in La Quinta, CA, has the most rudest people ever. A woman in a black shirt with blonde hair and white headphones is being extremely rude and mocking other people at Ralph's in La Quinta, California.

Terrible experience with security guards in the past. Complained many times. Improved a bit. Then last few months gotten much worse. Threatening me, ordering me where and how to move through store. Following me everywhere. Complained to manager and he basically ignored me.
Very disappointed considering money I've spent there because of convenience .

Ralphs and Kroger customer service is absolutely useless. Ive been trying to check out online for over 8 hours and have still gotten nowhere! Customer service has hung up, disconnected the line, this morning when I thought i was finally making headway the girl says after 45 min of wasting my time says I have yet again to be transferred to a specialist due to an error code that pops up. I have used this same card on different occassions with no problems. A young girl comes on the line that sounds like shes all spaced out and says a few words and i answer and she just sits there quite. I try again to ask what can be done and nothing no answer. I hope that I dont get the same crap from their corporate office. I suppose I will have to delete this websight and try to find another store to order from. I will never recommend this company.

Torrance RALPHS on Carson near Western are really rude.
They forget who they work for.
Nabilla is very rude.
Does she even understand English.
She got all mad at me because I was trying to buy some beer and they had a digital coupon which made the beer almost half off.
I told her if she can't make the discount happen I don't want it.
I didn't see the discount off of my receipt so I told her that I didn't see the discount. She snagged the receipt out of my hand with an attitude look. I called her out on it told her I shop here everyday, if you don't want me to shop here then let me know.
She got so mad she couldn't even use the register so flustered.
The line was getting longer. I never used profanity but she told me don't talk to me this way and was really upset.
I didn't hear any IM SORRY ABOUT THAT.
Toni, you need to cut your pinkie nail, it's disgusting. People that does drugs usually keeps it long.
The other night the cashier looked at me expecting to bag my own groceries. U guys hire bunch of lazy people.
What about the security guard always on their cell phone.
Every time I see the security his head is down on to his cell phone.

Ralphs on Kanan Rd, Agoura Hills. Always only two registers open and very long lines. Produce is always moldy and brings fruit flies home. This is not one or two times. This is every time I shop at this store. Will never shop at Ralphs again.
