Had service through metro never a problem. Changed cell providers and nothing but problems. With a credit card, tried pre paid cards, any payment they wanted. Kept suspending subscription and informed me to contact metro. I think it has something to do with switching cell providers. On line support doesn't work. 800 number no one answers. It was great service. I suggest trying I heart radio. At least you will have something to listen to.

Let's face it, Rhapsody for the most part has simply closed their doors, you are no longer able to purchase most selections, you must comply with purchasing what no one else has a desire for as they can profit from your fishing for hours to find something of valuable content. Very disappointed after 8+ years and now taking it as a sucker punch.

I had so many songs I bought from Napster and now I am told they are gone and I supposedly got an email saying I should burn them to CDs. It was a lot of money I spent and now those songs are just gone. I will not pay $9.95 a month to listen to music I already paid for. You should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping people off. I am now out of a lot of songs that were PAID FOR once already.

Each time I have to contact Rhapsody it gets worse..Cannot log-in to my account as it doesn't recognize any of my information and noticing that your Sunday hours listed as 7-5 when I call I'm told they're closed..All I get on the other number listed on my account statement is a recorded list of different web addresses for a series of different problems.No help here AT ALL!...This is one of the most vague and confusing AND frustrating web sites out there..

I'm having the same problems as all the others. You'd better Go**am be able to fix them when I call tomorrow on your shi**y open hours.

I've paid you plenty and now I can't play without adobe flash player on my apple products?

You're going to refund my money if you don't make me happy u sucky sucky app makers you. I can't log in I gave to CALL YOU? The whole point of an APP is NOT TO HAVE TO CALL. If I get hung up on tomorrow or don't experience some serious MY credit card will refund up to 6 months if I dispute. Get better credit cards everyone- if I fart in Rhapsuckys general direction my CHASE VISA won't pay. YOU SUCK RHAPSUCKY

I just tried to call 3 times. the call connected. Then instantly hung up. The sight also wont take my credit card number. Im trying to give you all my money. My search for a music provider continues.

I have been a member for years your service SUCKS I cannot get my playlists to load.

My wife gets hers to load mine no nope nada.
I hate wasting my time. I have of4rmatted and reloaded changed to 14.99 plan but nope no load my playlists.

Rhapsody is a ripoff. When you call the help desk they ask for all your info, can't see your account so can't help. I have cancelled twice now and am still being charged on my credit card, so I guess I'll just dispute it with my credit card, and CANCELL that way, and I'm also putting all this on Facebook, so maybe if they start losing customers, they'll wake up, wait, no, they still charge you anyway. Ripoff artists

I'm fed up! I have been with Rhapsody for a while now through Metropcs. Metropcs told me my Rhapsody account is active but every time I try to sign in it brings up a screen that says I need to upgrade and it wants my credit card information. I Am Already Paying for Rhapsody through Metropcs. I will not pay twice!!! Fix this immediately or I'm cancelling my subscription!!!

I used to love Rhapsody and was a big fan. I was travelling and my account was suspended. Tried to re-activate and all you get is transfer to an Indian call centre. Absolutely no service whatsoever, can't speak English, don't know what they are doing and absolutely no service. Still no re-activation of my account - idiots!

I originally loved this app. and I got good customer service about a year ago. I dicontinued service because the songs would disappear. Then I decided to give them another try when I saw a three months for free sent to me in my e-mail. Well it has only been a month and they have put my acct on hold.Tried to reach customer service and I keep getting hrs of operation knowing that this is time they should be open. I am very disappointed in Rhapsody and never want to deal with them ever again. I guess the customer doesn't matter.

Please cancel my subscription to Rhapsody. I have tried to cancel this several times before, but am still being charged for it on my credit card. I have tried to call you; I have tried to contact you online. I can not get a hold of you either way to cancel.

I finally called my credit card today to dispute this. Thank you.

so feed u with the custumer sevice on the age for an hr trying to cancell and theres no button for it so i have to look u a number and there suose to be oen n there not i dont want it i just want my money back n cancell this stuid thing that dont even work right i hope this thing goes under for all the crap one po-ed customer u realy suck

Ive been calling for hours yet it keeps replaying their hours of operation. Which they should have been open for a few hours now. I love the app but the service is horrible when help is needed. I have been out all weekend and now this. Im about ready to cancel. Some company out there will treat me right. Google music service is looking pretty good. Ive been with Rhapsody since the Music Match days hate to say good bye but I may.

I don't know why 2 Sundays of each Month I have trouble with my MP3 Player some Music Disappears,Corrupted,Technical Issues or Troubleshooting Problems. I Hate going through their Live Chat Support they take Forever to Answer I caN't understand what they are talking about because I'm not good @ Technology. Anyway most of the Problems aren't Solved because you don't know what they are doing

I called a week ago because my Rhapsody fails to load due to an error 1 library will not load message. The tech told me that they were aware of the problem, and it was affecting a lot of customers. He told me fixing the problem was top priority. However, one week later, and back from vacation, all my tracks have expired, and I have no way of using Rhapsody, the same problem exists. If I cannot get this fixed today, I will be cancelling my subscription and signing on with someone else for my music needs. Unfortunately, up until now, I have liked Rhapsody, even though I feel it is expensive. I pay less for Netflix each month...

Customer service it just kicked me out I the middle of Althea by the Dead.... I don't even get outbid my car to interrupt that song its really crappy.,, pay but no play should be there motto.

When my Rhapsody service suddenly quit allowing me to download music, I tried calling the customer service line.

To their credit, they did make a stab at fixing the problem...which involved me downloading a program that allowed their CSR "KAVI" to take over my screen.

When that attempt failed to resolve my issue, they simply claimed that my internet service (AT&T wireless hotspot) is not sufficient to keep the DRM licenses updated.

No word on WHY the Rhapsody service worked fine for me for years, up until a couple of days ago.

Their final solution: Subscribe to dial-up internet just long enough to update the DRM licenses.

My repeated attempts to reach a supervisor netted me an email from a character named "Greg Carlton" who claims he tried to telephone me to resolve the problem.

I was home all afternoon, and no one tried to call.

Apparently Rhapsody is willing to accept losses from their poor customer service system, and that will include me.

worst customer service, was on hold for 7 minutes, it is the most stressful thing in my life as of right now. It won't play my music on my Mac, just got my account cancelled out of the blue so they offered me a free month of service. Just horrible.

I have tried to cancel my account for months so far nothing, I am still being billed. I have never used it don't even know how, i'm so tired of this maybe they will get the hint now. I sure hope so!!!lady hawkeye)
