I have been a Shaw customer for the past 20+ years, but I am going to be changing my services because you suck. I tried to call the support telephone number to inform of a payment, try to change the name of the account, and many other request and there are not humans answering. I do not have time to wait for 20 hours to get services. I tried your online support and I constantly get disconnected.
I can see that your negative comments surpass your positive comments, and yet nothing is being done to address the issue.
Pay some people to deliver the service you make enough money out os clients like me.
