I called Sony customer service yesterday to resolve an issue where my Blu Ray player suddenly wasn't connecting to my TV, and then a second issue where I was having trouble getting the wireless internet to work. I had no trouble getting through the phone tree to speak to customer service reps and both the people I spoke to were professional, empathetic, and helpful. The customer service people walked me through fixing my issues in a clear manner and both problems were resolved quickly. Overall my experience with Sony customer service was refreshingly positive, since phone customer service is almost always awful!
