Spruce Power Customer Service

Spruce is a complete scam parading around as a legitimate company. I have literally never seen a company with more consistently atrocious reviews no matter where I look. BBB, Yelp, etc, etc. They seem to know people forced to use their service have no other options, and then enjoy making their customers' lives a living hell. I am all for small government, but something needs to be done about companies like Spruce that have no repercussions for operating in the manner they do. They have setup policies that bilk people out of money via fees for their own billing system failures, and the Internet is full of such stories. Spruce Power is the absolute worst.

I could go on-and-on, but guessing it's more effective to simply write that Spruce Power is literally the worst customer service experience a person can have. They are horrible in every way and, if you value your sanity, you will do everything in your power to entirely avoid them.

Literally the worst company. I could write forever as to why, but do yourself a favor and look at their BBB page, or just run a search for "Spruce Power Reviews". They are TERRIBLE, but, unfortunately, most of us are left without a choice but to deal with them. I've dealt with some horrible companies over the years, but Spruce is BY FAR the worst. If you have any other choice, use it and run as far as you can from the dumpster fire that is Spruce.
