I purchased a 2008 Suzuki Forenza. The car had a little over 30,000 miles on it. In a matter of five months, the automatic lock feature broke, minor damage to cosmetic features, and now the transmission apparently needs to be replaced. It is from my research that this car should not only not be manufactured but banned as it does not promote the safety, convenience, or affordability of its customers. I am seeking costly damages considering I am paying a principal amount for a car with little to no market value. It is not a matter of a trade off but a rip off, which leads me to believe this company, especially for the American Consumer, is practicing illegal means of obtaining business. I sincerely hope that the matter is resolved before someone is injured with these poorly made vehicles.

This is relating to Suzuki UK, and from what I can see they are as bad as the USA version. My sister has a Grand Vitara that has only done 7000 miles and the clutch has gone. They are saying it is her fault... A new clutch in 7000 miles when it never has towed anything. REALLY BAD Suzuki, best if us disgruntled customers started a Social Media Storm...

I had to take my Suzuki Vivatar 2006 for recalls one for a air bag on passenger side and 2nd one was for a recall on the belts. My complaint is that I was charged for labor for them to remove/ change the indoor filter even though they had to remove the dash to replace the defective air bad button. I can see me paying for the cost of the filter but doesnt make a bit of sense to charge me labor. I would think that you guys owe me a refund of $40.00 labor plus 2 other misc charges that makes no sense. My total bill was 71.00??? Only 23.00 was the cost of the filter. Explain this to me.

hello, I am writing to let you know that I will never, never, never, never, ever again purchase a vehicle from your corporation. I have a 2007 Suzuki Forenza that continuously have given me trouble since I purchased it. I do not feel that it should be causing so much problems even though I purchased it used. I feel that your corporation did not care if purchasers of the 2007 Suzuki Forenza had any trouble because your corporation was only concern about how many vehicles could be sold to make money and to be top company in the vehicle market and not about the quality of the parts used to build the vehicle. I believe that the parts used by your corporation to place inside the 2007 Suzuki Forenza were of VERY POOR STANDARD and NO ONE CARED. THEY CARED ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY & NOT ABOUT THE PEOPLE PURCHASING YOUR PRODUCTS

Everyone at Suzuki is useless. The girl who answers their customer service puts me on hold before I can even finish explaining things and she keeps hanging up.. All I want to know is basic TSB and Recall info! (like where to get the TSB and if this vehicle qualified for recall) I also wanted to know who to call to point out issues with timing belts failing before they are supposed to and how Suzuki isn't making certain parts available (mainly because they don't exist, literally). She kept putting me on hold, so of course the conversation was disjointed, confusing, and maddening. She seemed more concerned that I was the Mechanic and not the owner or a dealership. Well, I'm sorry that the owner can't speak English (Chinese only) and I'm sorry the Dealer told me to bad so sad, so I called Suzuki Customer Service, because their job is to help right? Wrong, it's to spend most of the time sniping comments back, calling you rude, saying it's not my job, I'm not going to help you (which is totally different then saying I can't help you. If you can't you can't). After an hour of arguing, I finally managed to wrangle from her the website I needed to buy TSB's which was all I needed to know. Bull, Suzuki is full of it.

Worst customer service of all time!!! Do not buy their products, they do not stand behind them. Also, they will tell you to "f" off when you ask for more information.

The worst car company ever. I purchased an SX4 and every year since Ive had it...Ive had the same issue..leaking AC siakibg tbe floor and swishing sounds of water on right turns. The dealership keep telling me not to park under trees...duh..I have no trees...finally after doung my own research I found this is an issue with this vehicle. Suzuki knows about this but will not fix and i cannot get passed the rude unhelpful girl at the 800 number.

I have a brand new (9 hrs) king quad ATV. 9.2 hours and it will not start anymore? Dealer network support is slow to not caring. They treat the Suzuki product like a second class citizen and always speak lowly of them. This thing has now cost me $1000.00 per hour to own. I don't understand what happened to the legendary quality of Japanese products.

I own a 2011 C50T boulevard. I purchased it new in June 2011. I now have 46000 miles on it and have been having trouble with it since last fall. My fuel Injector light comes on when slowing down after being on the highway and when riding in town. I have had it to the place I purchased it from 3 times and have paid over 800 dollars to have it repaired and they still are not able to resolve the problem. Supposedly the service center I take it to has called Suzuki and Suzuki has no idea what the problem is either. The bike has been gone through 3 times now and put on the diagnostic 2 times with not resolve. I am now wondering if I will ever purchase a Suzuki again. I now have a motorcycle that the company does not know how to repair, and it has cost me over $800.00. Sounds like I am pretty much hosed! I have owned other Suzukis and am very disappointed with this one! Guess I will need to buy a new bike....................But it will not be another Suzuki.

I will never buy another Suzuki again. I bought my Sx4 new in fayetteville, NC at Leith around May 2012. SO I have had it almost 2years. So I take it into the shop at around 25,000 mile and it has been there since Monday Dec. 9th.2013 and I had had to keep calling about my car more than they called me. They told me they were going to see what the problem was and to see if it was still under warranty. Finally yesterday on dec. 12, I was told there was a PC value problem. Well I just saw online where there were 2 complaints on the engine of suzuki. I have the paperwork printout for that. So the PC valve has to do with the engine. From the back of my car, there was so much dense smoke coming out when you take off and drive. I feel it shouild be covered under warranty. I was told it was not covered under warranty. I explained to them I had to get back and forth to work. They told me they don't do car loaners or Suzuki doesn't loan cars. I was also told they were going to try and put me in another car because Suzuki was going out of business, and that the parts for my car are going to be harder to find, because they will not be making the car I have anymore. So I went to the other side for car purchasing, but that is as far as it got. I never recieved anymore calls of follow up, since my credit wasn't excellent, I am sure. It has taken the dealer a long time to find out the problem with my car this week, and now they said they have to now order the part, and it would not be here until Thursday, next week, which is around 12/19.2013.They told me I have to pay $215.00 for the repairs. I do feel I have been given the run around!I feel like another person(Michele Peruzzi) who wrote that it took the dealer 2 months to fix her car it and kept giving me the run around, putting my car on the back burner and claiming they had to order new parts and that's what was taking so long. I finally got the car back, covered in scratches and new dents, and a day later all the transmission fluid leaked out! They didn't attach the transmission line properly. I brought it to the mechanic near my house, he reattached it and refilled the fluid for $50. I asked the dealer about reimbursement, they said fax the paperwork over and they'll see about reimbursing me. I called several times over the next 3 weeks and always left a message...they never got back to me. I drove the car for almost 2 months and the radiator blew up and took out the head gasket and overheated the brand new engine! When I had it towed back up to the dealership, they said it wasn't covered under their parts and service warranty, because they claim it was the radiator's failure that caused the new engine to fail...and since it was now at 104K miles, it wasn't covered under the factory warranty anymore. I've owned this car for almost 9 months, and in this time have only driven it about 4 1/2 months! I still owe $7,000 on the loan and now have a broken car in my driveway that I'm paying on. They say the repairs will be over $3,000 which I can't afford! I'm so sick of getting the run around by this company and this dealership and no one will help me. I will NEVER buy a Suzuki again, and I will make sure everyone I know of ever come in contact with hears this story.

This has been a very huge inconvenience for me, with catching rides; no loaner to drive, since an insurance company won't give you a rental unless you are involved in an accident. The dealership also told me I have to pay for the car being fixed when it is complete. They also told me aI needed to pay for tires, brakes, etc. I told them I would get that done and taken care of somewhere else.I am not a happy camper at this point. I also went online and saw that Suzuki has been sued and that they are filing bankruptcy and going out of business. So should we be inconvenience for these mishaps since Suzuki still has a Corporate Office for the tike being. I am a very dissatisfied Suzuki customer at this point!

I submitted a Question about replacing a Suzuki Swift engine K12B (model NZC72 with 4AT transmition - too weak engine) to engine K14B

I got no answer

It's not just their cars they have screwed up on. I bought a new 2012 Suzuki Vstrom ABS DL650 Adventure motorcycle in April 2013. Immediately brought it back to the dealer here on Vancouver Island. The frame goes into mechanical resonance vibration at 4700RPM. Problem has been isolated to the OEM Engine crash guards. This occures at highway cruising speed and in the middle of the power curve in all gears. Suzuki Canada refused to even investigate it nor accept it as a manufacturer defect in warranty. They call it "Normal harmonics?" Even when we gave them an inexpensive solution they still are ignoring it as it will cost them tpo solve it, shooting the messenger and telling people they are the only person compaining. They still continue to sell the defective OEM crash guards and models equipped with it. Resonant vibration is dangerous and should never occur in the normal operating ranges. Sooner rather than later, it will break things, most famous for early metal fatigue, taking down airliners and even the old Tacoma highway bridge. Will Suzuki wait until this kills someone before they act? Suzuki said if I wasn't happy to sell it to someone else.
This is a safety issue. Hugely disappointed in Suzki Customer service. Their warranty program reminds me of a cheap insurance company, deny claims and not pay.

2002 Suzuki Vitara called concerning the rust issue on the frame and you had no info on my address or previous address I supplied them to you and Bingo now your telling me that you contracted a company to inform me in 2009 that inferior steel was used in the front cross-over frame and I was sent a letter telling me because the campaign to the customers of expired there is zip you can do about it. This unacceptable customer service Suzuki USA flat out lied to me. The least you could do is pick up the labor this should have been a recall considering the extreme safety issues

Our sons clutch has failed twice in less tha 54K miles. The device department said it was his fault because he was less that 21 years old. They didn't replace the slave cylinder and less the 20k miles later it failed for the second time. The service department did shoddy worked, didn't bleed the clutch properly and corporate isn't any better. They don't stand behind their vehicles but swear they are built to last...BULL!!! I will spread the word that people should beware before buying from Suzuki because they do NOT stand behind their warranties!

I wish I had done better research re: your cars. I just purchased a 2006 Forenza, test drove great. The afternoon when I got it home however is another story. I'm finding the same transmission problems everyone else is reporting, you shift into gear and nothing happens. I'm actually frightened to drive it. Hopefully the dealer I bought it from two days ago will be willing to work with me. SHAME on Suzuki for not fixing this dangerous problem..recall!

My vechile is 6 months old,the rear windscreen wiper is falling apart. So obviously badly made.Customer service(Glen) has insinuated that this might be because of something that i've done. Thanks! for that.

I have had a bad experience with the Suzuki location in Roebuck, AL. I purchased a vehicle from them the end of January. I noticed the vehicle did not have a tire or jack in it. I advised of this and the gentleman went out into the dealer lot to find one from another vehicle and couldn't. I was advised if they could not find one, they would order one.Well it is now May 29,2013 and all I have is a tire they found out of another vehicle. I don't even know if it fits. I still don't have a jack and have gotten the run around a bunch stating someone from the finance department will get in touch with me or we have ordered it and are awaiting arrival. I was even advised they had been trying to contact me but did not have my number. How ironic. A young lady from their office called me twice. Once in March and once in April wanting to find out if I was enjoying my vehicle and each time I was told, well I am sorry, I knew nothing about your tire and jack issue. I am so disappointed and will never make a purchase with another Suzuki dealer at all. I should have gone somewhere else.

The company sucks, horrible customer service, don't have any manners, rude as hell and that is why they love dealerships like L and D Suzuki in dover delaware because they have adopted their rude inconsiderate Obnoxious condescending bunch of A-holes. Never ever purchase a Suzuki if you want reliability and customer service. I have 2008 XL7 that had more problem than I can handle. No wonder they are filing for bankrupticy which is another joke because they have already stolen all the monies from people who have already bought their vehicles. Good Luck with anyone who ever have to deal with Suzuki company and their dealers - all live by, swear by inconsiderate A-hole policy near and dear.

I will never buy another Suzuki again. I bought my Sx4 used in March, drove it 3 months and the engine blew up and transmission failed. Luckily it was still just under 100K miles and was covered under the factory warranty. It took the dealer 2 months to fix it and kept giving me the run around, putting my car on the back burner and claiming they had to order new parts and that's what was taking so long. I finally got the car back, covered in scratches and new dents, and a day later all the transmission fluid leaked out! They didn't attach the transmission line properly.
