TitleMax is a F'n Rip off they charge me every time you try to paid more down on your payment before the due day they getting double the money all TitleMax need to be shut down are change the way they do things. Warning If u really need the money don't get it from them.

I had so much trouble getting money out that. Stupid card. And every one gave me the run around manager is never in. And its almost 5 to 6. Each time you use. The card store3279. Its a joke

Do not go to Union City, Georgia TitleMax as long as Nikki is the manager. She's never consider your circumstances or reasons for wanting a Title loan.

I've been a customer for over a year. I would never recommend no one to the Title Max in Union City, Georgia as long as Nikki is the manager. She talk to the customer and her employees like they're 2 years old. She appears to not like her job, the customers and being in the environment. She's very rude. Customers go there because they fell on hard times and that why TitleMax is there as an option but the manager Nikki takes advantage of authority to talk to customers any kind of way.

Bought 2 green dot cards to pay my payment and I cld to verify that these cards are accepted but only to find out they are not..The MANAGER AT KNOXVILLE Store even tried to run them thru their system . I tried SEVERAL banks to see if I could get my money back but only hit brick walls..
I went back to the store explaining what I had done and I am waiting in my refund check from Green Dot but it will be 10 WORKING DAYS..The manager suggested can you borrow or sell the cards to someone to get your cash back....
Well I am sorry but at this time that we all live in a person just doesn't have 813.00 to trade for a Green dot card..
I suggest that the WHOLE COMPANIES CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE ADVISED ON WHICH CARDS THEY DO ACCEPT..ONLY thing she could tell me that the collarall is in danger of being reopossed..
I really can't believe that Title max is well aware I am trying my best and all the store mgr can say is can U BORROW THE MONEY...
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO..I FEEL THAT U AM TEYING MY BEST..

I ended up getting a title loan for $1,500 and still haven't even text the surface of the loan the interest fees are too high and you're paying interest on the loan longer than your paying the loan back will you go to any other loan place you actually just pay the interest one time and then the loan but here they linger the loan out which causes you to make more payments on a loan that you didn't even get so you basically giving them free money and it's like they're raping your pockets I don't understand the concept of this and I wish that I would have made a decision better than I did to take out a title loan I do not suggest that anyone should take out a title loan on their cars

I've been paying on two cars since 2017 total of around 3900 pay off and I still am no closer than I was on day one. One car transmission is out and can't afford to fix it because of monthly payments 4 years later. There should be a cap on loans! I don't know how I will ever get out from under this. When I wasn't working they only gave me one month grace.. I just want them to make this right! Figure roughly 400 plus a month for 4 years on a 3900 loan! Unbelievable! :(

I dont know who to speak with, but a worker tried asking me to lie about a customer referring me to Title Max, he said it was his cousin. What do I do about this? It made me very uncomfortable. I thought it was a good place to get a loan, but you have workers that are up to no good.

Worst service ever very in compent as business, can't say much for the people running the place.Not worth your stop.You give them you tile ,an they won't have it when you go to retrieve it. Poor service Williamson Rd Title Max .

I have never been treated so rudely. Took out a small loan with title max were making our payments but instead of the balance going down it went through the roof. Finally had to just make a settlement payment. After it took months for us to get my title back. This was last summer that we finally got our title. This morning I got a call from some woman who sounded bored and was extremely rude, said I needed to settle my account when I explained about the settlement payment she told me she would write down what i said but she couldn't find my records. She basically called me a liar. Question she should have asked herself is, if I hadn't paid off the loan how did I get my title back at 146% interest they aren't gonna give it back out of the kindness of their hearts. I will never use title max again this wasnt our first time first time they lost my title completely. Never again.

Title max is ridiculous! U have managers at the broadway store in knoxville tn smoking weed before work and the service they provide prove it...they even take pictures outside of the office with the office in back ground of them smoking weed! This is why the service is so crappy there! I got the pictures to prove it!

I paid it off 8/5. Corporate promised 10-14 days. On 8/21 I called corporate to follow up. While on hold the store manager said they thought I was going to pick it up. Corporate informed me to contact the store if there are anymore issues.



Is this what you want to be bothered with just because some other emergency presents itself? You are making a deal with the devil, deva, sadan. It is not worth it. Any sacrifice other than your 1st born is worth it not to be bothered.

The world is dealing with a pandemic I'm already stressed on how imma pay my bills considering Illinois is still on the stay at home order and the TitleMax at 7122 Ogden Ave, Berwyn, IL 60402 literally starts calling me the day before my payment is due all the way until I make the payment even tho I explained multiple times my situation- I will say I will NEVER go thru titlemax again after dealing with those rude ppl

I can't wait to pay off this bill . They still threaten you despite the fact that the entire world has been crippled by this Pandemic . I wouldn't advice ANYONE to associate themselves with this high ass interest cut throat company . They smile and are nice as pie when they are trying to get you to take the loan , after that the scheme of things change , even if you're 24 hrs late ! KISS MY ASS TITLE MAX ?

I am dealing with the same nonsense at the Title Max on Greenbrier Parkway. I asked for leniency until the President can send relief checks and what type of response did I get from a ghetto acting employee, CHANDRA? She accused me of being 2 months behind, which I wasn't. I called the office on Friday and made arrangements but on Monday,the congress is going to send us some relief. I asked if my payment can be held off until that time. This scoundrel accused me of being over 2 months late and told me she didn't care because, "I don't have a title pawn!"
I have done business with this company in the past but they staff their offices with people who have no business dealing with the public.

Good evening. I am reaching out to inform you of a very unsatisfactory situation that I am experiencing with the TitleMax on 12899 Westheimer Road
Houston, Texas 77077. I fell behind on payments, vehicle was of understandably repossessed. The huge issue is that I was told verbally and in writing that the vehicle would be held in storage for 14 days MINIMUM before being moved. My vehicle was towed 2/17/2020, I went to retrieve it 2/27/2020. That's when I learned AFTER paying $1,823.00 that my vehicle is with a "vendor" and I can't pick it up until March 5, 2020 meaning I am out of A LOT of money plus missing work AND still without my vehicle!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and I have filed a claim with the BBB!! Please let me know if you have any suggestions!! Thank you!!
THAT'S WHAT I EMAILED TITLEMAX CORPORATE OFFICE BUT GOT A AUTOMATED RESPONSE DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION WAS FALSE!!! I reckon TitleMax PERIOD is just bad business ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

Some customer appreciation.....My wife called Title Max of January 28, 2020. She asked the rep who answered the phone the amount to bring our account current and the total amount owed. She informed the rep that she would pay the amount to bring the account current or the total amount due on the next day (January 29). On January 29 Title Max sent someone to repo my car. My wife first called Title Max and Sabrina told her they did see where Title Max repo my car. Sabrina told my wife she needs to call the police dept. My wife called Irving police and they informed her that yes my was repo by Title Max. They also gave her the name of the repo company (Justified Towing) in Seagoville Tx. My wife called Title Max and spoke to Sabrina again. Sabrina told my wife in order to get the car back we would have to pay the full balance (2,056.78) and we could have the car back on Friday. My wife informed Sabrina that our daughter is having open heart surgery on Friday and that we need our car back today so our daughter could go to pre opt on Thursday January 30. Sabrina told my wife that since she would not let her talk that she could no longer speak with her since her name was not on my account. My wife called me between 4:05 and 4:20. We conferenced called Title Max. Spoke to Sabrina again I verified my account (they did not have my address in the system Sabrina words). After entering my address again I also informed Sabrina about my daughter pending surgery. I will say I was Irate and speaking over Sabrina. I felt that Sabrina was not understanding nor caring about the Severity of our daughter upcoming heart surgery. Sabrina finally spoke with my wife and informed her that she will contact the tow company and see what can be done. We called Sabrina back and she put her supervisor (Denise) on the phone. Denise informed my wife of the amount to get the car back. My wife asked again when can we get the car back. Denise said that the tow company closes at 5pm (it was 4:50) and that they only deal by appointment only. Long story short. All Title Max cares about is money and they will do whatever they can to make sure mess you over. They do not care that if my daughter do not get this heart surgery she could DIE. I told that to Sabrina several times. Look them up on the BBB. They have a grade of an F. There is a report on the BBB website that Title Max repo some one's at a funeral. They are not even listed in The BBB cause they know what kind of business they are running. I wish I didn't have to use them but with my daughter health condition and cost of medicine I had to. PLEASE DO NOT BE LIKE ME DO YOUR HOMEWORK. If you can please go somewhere else. I will be attaching my daughter's paper from children hospital to show we were telling the truth.
