Friendly and efficient service

My wife and I had 2 separate loans even though my wife was out of work for 6 months due to covid we still paid our monthly payments and finally closed hers out now the problem December was suppose to be my last payment a present for me for Christmas well my last payment of 130.00 or something would not pay me off late charges were assessed for the 12 month duration of the loan even though my wife and I were struggling I never missed a payment but borrowing only 700 I believe now I owe 453.00 more help me out here please
