I think webkinz needs to stop making everything deluxe. Y'all want to get more costumes right. Well then stop making everything deluxe. I know many people who have stopped playing webkinz because it is deluxe.

I have been denied one of my 2 free rolls in spree for the last 3 days, and I'm getting aggravated. I expect something to be done about this, Ganz. No hard feelings as long as I get my rolls back at some point.

This website is ridiculous! They make you pay for everything! If you have a problem then it's impossible to reach a competent or hard-working employee who will help you. My daughter entered a pet code for the Blufadoodle about three weeks ago and the pet still hasn't showed up in her account, even though it said that the adoption went through! I have called 5 times to get an explanation, a couple times I was put on hold for a half an hour and then was put on the line with somebody who couldn't even speak English! The other 3 times, I was hung up on when I said what my problem was, after being put on hold upwards of 10 minutes. I emailed them a few times and I was given a very generic and obviously bot-generated explanation (which stated that there was nothing I could do) and a redirect link to the FAQs on the website. If customer service and satisfaction doesn't improve, I can see the demise of Webkinz in the near future.

I do not like those stupid deluxe memberships.My sister and I were playing a few years ago and everything was pretty much free. Now they have all of my favorite games in the arcade for "members only". They have limited dock space that is super annoying cuz i want to get my pet some clothes but it sez, "You have to be a member for this blah blah blah...". I used to have this as my favorite game and now its just a bunch of crap that no one can do anything on.

I grew up on Webkinz. It used to be my favorite thing to do as a kid. I occassionaly went on and saw all of the small changes and appreciated the fact that they were growing. Recently I logged back on to find that all of the things I used to be able to do were blocked. After spending hundreds of dollars on my webkinz in order to play, I dont want to have to pay a ton more money just in order to play the games I used to be able to play for free. It is an outrage. That is not what this site is about. It is killing their website.

My daughter bought a party package which took place saturday January 3rd at 6:00 p.m. eastern time on her account Rubyluby2014. There were several games that were part of the party package she purchased and when the games took place she was unable to participate in any of the games it did not give her an option to join or "go to" any of the games also she did not get a loot bag at the end of the party. She was very upset to the point of tears at not being able to play the games she set up. As far as we could tell the only "reason" this may have occurred is because she had other webkinz of hers in the party room however...this is unacceptable to me because you can only play one webkinz at a time. I told her I would write to customer service and that she would be given another party by you when the situation was explained, and I think that is only fair, however given the fact that we spend an awful lot of time and a decent amount of money on webkinz, and the fact that my daughter was literally in tears for the whole party it really would make it up to her if you would give her 2 party packages like the one she bought... I anticipate your cooperation in this matter and appreciate your understanding and prompt attention... Thank you

HORRIBLE! I am a player and it tells me to do things that I do, but tells me to do it again. I used to play when I was little and it was awesome. Why is it not good anymore? You have to pay for a membership!?!?!?! However, there are a lot more choices than a cat and a dog for a free member. They now have foxes, horses and the cats and dogs.

I dont like how you have to be a stupid deluxe or a member. Its not fun because everything is locked and some parents wont buy it. I think they need to get it off everything and to just do it to a few things and not lock all the games and the jobs and schools and everything. Its not fun anymore. I remember when everything was open and it used to be my favorite game but now its not because it makes you pay to have fun.

My child tried to go onto the website, and it keeps freezing up every time they start playing a game. The deluxe membership stinks.No one is going want to pay for that!

i have 43 webkinz and 4 accounts my account with the most pets is Marenmarley and i have 9-20 pets
but when i try to buy things or send packages it
says become a paid member when so far i spent 50$

I have tried repeatedly to get some sort of response from Customer Service/Customer Support. I actually got a response from them that gave me hope someone was going to look into my problem. Nope, not so much. Nothing. What is awful though, is that they have "priced" a halloween item at $666. They knew what they were doing. That number is very offensive to Christians. It is horrible. There are people of many faiths and no faith who play Webkinz. Be respectful to all. Don't deliberately, and obviously this was a deliberate act, mock a certain faith group. In my opinion, this is exactly what Ganz did.

Reachability and issue resolution are non-existent. The vast majority of the stars I've collected over a period of years from Alyssa's Star Search disappeared. I emailed Ganz twice asking for help, and was eventually emailed a very generic set of directions I could follow to try to get the stars back. I couldn't understand even how to begin. Now things are disappearing from my dock. I've just emailed again, but I don't hold out much hope. Webkinz used to be fun; now it seems Ganz is so busy collecting money from deluxe memberships and ePoints they have no time to bother with mundane things like customer service.

I have to agree with everyone else on this one. I had an account when I was 8, with many webkinz and items. It was a very fun website and extremely safe as well as friendly. I loved it, whenever I could buy a new webkinz I did. I even had a deluxe membership for a few months when it was only $2 a month. I decided to start playing a month ago and I absolutely hated it. You had to be deluxe for everything and it's so laggy. I went into the Trading room to find players cursing and scamming others. My account was recently hacked and they took all my items, I sent two requests to Ganz a month and a half ago with no response! So disappointing, they are getting so greedy. Never playing again!!

I did not renew membership for Webkinz site as I quickly learned it was not worth the money and they automatically renewed it and will not respond. FRAUD... Am absolutely done with them!!!!

First off, Webkinz is all about money now. Gone is the exclusivity. You bought a pet to get an account, and that was that. You weren't restricted because there was no such thing as a Deluxe account. Deluxe accounts? An E-Store? Why is this necessary? In case you haven't noticed, everyone was much happier when it was the old version. I can't trust Ganz anymore because all they want to do is take your money. Most things in the W-shop require a Deluxe account or E-store points, A.K.A. fifty dollars a year and cold, hard cash. Ridiculous!

On to the meat. Their customer service is horrendous. Several of my Pet Special Items (PSIs) have disappeared in the past week. I called the 800 number and I got an automated message that sent me to the FAQs on the Ganz website. Really? This isn't friendly or helpful service. I e-mailed them four days ago and they still haven't gotten back to me. They promise a one to two day reply wait. Is that what I got? No. I will not buy another Webkinz if I don't get a reply soon.

If you're a basic member don't bother to try to earn any cash. YOU CAN DO NOTHING without becoming a member with a charge card.

Webkinz use to be fun, now it's one big rip off.

I worked for weeks to build up enough cash to buy a swing and now they are telling me that I don't have enough "kinzcash".

They are a hugh ripoff.

Also, I'm giving fake personal info because I have NO trust in this website any longer.

I am very upset I have been extremely loyal to webkinz since 2008 spending every drop of my money on them! Half the codes didn't work! And now your getting rid of signatures! And the adds really! One last thing the preices are outrageous I was looking for a webkinz timber wolf for months the only one I could find was 400! Dollars! What a ripoff

I forgot both my username and password so i clicked the button that says "forget log in?" which is supposed to bring you to the thing were it asks you if you want to redeem the info with your code or email, but all it brings me too is the customer service. On costumer service it tells me to click on the forget log in button. which brings me right back -_-

help please i have like 100 webkinz that i used to play on as a kid but have no access to the user and pass only the email

Hello webkinz. I USED to love webkinz now I hate it. Because your mazin hamster codes are a peice of crap. I spent MY money that I earn buying your faulty devices. I am 13 years. You know what happens when you make a 13 year old mad. Let's just say I go to school. AND WORD TRAVELS FAST. And when I try to email you it's been two months and you haven't responded. You also don't have a number I can call. DON'T BUY WEBKINZ THEY'RE A RIPOFF!

They made EVERYTHING deluxe and regular members don't get to do the fun stuff. If it's a free game, give the users something fun without being charged and forced to pay for it.
