Webkinz Customer Service Complaints - page 2

I called this number and they clear alot of very important information from my computer..

I too don't like the new format one bit. It takes forever then jerks around waiting and waiting for jumbleberry and other games. Then it doesn't fit the screen so have to keep moving it up and down so i can see the bottom then so I can see the top where the webkinz cash is. Also in my rooms only half of something will show up. I remove it and its all there in the dock but when I put it back its only half there. Then I don't like the pet having the sad face if I don't pay attention to it. Nope don't like it!!!

i have had webkinz since 2005 and i have 23 I've invest over 230$ into this game and this update is TERRIBLE! The health bar goes down to fast and they are always hungry you play one game and their hunger and energy is at zero and thats completely STUPID! They have really dumbed down this game. And its stupid you have to have a deluxe account to play certain games or buy certain things. Im completely dumbfounded by this update and hope that the creators consider fixing it

I am so very disgusted and disappointed by the new Webkinz site.....it takes me forever to get on, and when I do, it is much more difficult to navigate to places I want to go. I am often dumped, or just forgotten, it seems.
When I first went on Webkinz (10 years ago), it was a very exciting place....I cannot tell you how many pets I bought and gave away as gifts. Then came 'Deluxe'. What a crappy thing. But I motored though, waiting for my favorite games to be the Game of the Day, so I could play (my family CANNOT afford the go deluxe).
I have tried every day since the new site was introduced...I have downloaded what I was advised to do......but I think I am done with it all...just a bunch of greedy buggers making it more and more complicated and expensive to use. I cannot imagine trying to teach a child how to use the new site. It boggles the mind. I am afraid that I have bought my last Webkinz.....I will never go back on the site.....and I had 225,000 Kinzcash that I could not use to get any of the stuff I wanted.
Webkinz was perfect as it was...I am not opposed to a company trying to improve itself and increase profits, but Ganz has become obscene. I will no longer support it. This is the only place on any website I have found that I can actually say what I feel, and I feel crappy about it all. No kudos to Ganz for corrupting a lovely site for kids.

Very disappointed with the "upgrade". Nothing works as it should, I have to complete a challenge by making a snack in a sandwich maker or stove and guess what, when you click on the stove or any item that makes food you can no longer access the food in your dock!! So it is impossible to make any food! Then there is no more customer service?? Are you kidding? I paid for deluxe and get nothing for it except some stupid gift box and other dumb stuff. Very agitated and would like my money back, but you can only send emails which apparently are NEVER read!! I have had an account for 8 years and now I want to quit!!

Webkinz seems to be down more than it's up, and customer service has at times been horrible. I don't understand why, since it's such a popular site with cool games for all ages. Their X product launch seems to have messed up more than it fixed, with gardening broken, tournaments disabled, and park visits nullified. I wish it would to back to the way things were. Very disappointed with Webkinz since about April 2015.

used webkinz as a way for me to play games with my granddaughters I renewed recently and regret they no longer want to play this was before your changes. I would like a refund but nobody returns emails I tried phone no but no one answers. whoever decided to change this should not have done all at once. short changes are better and perfected easier. advertisements are ridiculous since going with facebook. you have lost 3 customers and from the looks of your reviews many more to follow

I lost every file on my practically new computer trying to update to something that Webkinz will work on. Best Buy could not restore anything including all of the programs that came installed on it. I am beyond angry about this situation.

Webkinz is now unusable to my 10 deluxe accounts. I want my large sum of wasted money back. What are they thinking. It looks like a game for a 5 year old who cannot read. Totally not going to spend another dollar on such a scam.

The "improved" webkinz is crap! One of my pets went missing. Finally found a link to send my complaint and got back a reply on how to change pets! Yeah, I know HOW TO CLICK A BUTTON you morons! WHERE IS MY MISSING PET? A toy that I had to pay money for and now don't have use of? Um, think that's STEALING! There's lists of all the things that aren't working, pages and pages of things not working since this update. Who did your programming? Why would you debut this update with so many known issues? Why? Because you can, because you don't care! Anyone who's thinking about joining webkinz, DON'T DO IT!

I hate that they changed webkinz it is sooooo hard you have too feed it and feed over and over. It is really dumb!!! And it was perfect how it was like really!!! And who ever changed it I'm mad at!! I almost don't want to go on anymore!! Sadddd!):):):):!! Ugh - mia

I have had webkinz since i was in kindergarten. It has just gotten worse through the years. With this brand new update, on my computer you can't do half the stuff there is to do. for example, I can't trade because when i click on the doors, they don't open, I can't spin the wheel of wow, and its extremely slow at pushing the button. From my years of experience and time, I recommend skipping this website.

Your info is Out-of-Date! They DO NOT provide Customer Support! the Tech Support # you list has been disconnected for over a year! Don't you check the info????

the link you provide for support is also NOT SUPPORT - they DO NOT respond to it + it is SOOO convoluted that you can't really figure out what to do anyway.

In early April 2015 they posted thru another ganz site that they were "temporarily" not providing SUPPORT - until further notice!

Get ready to spend money. This one of a kind website makes you feel very cheap unless you are ready to crank out money for a monthly membership. I started my membership in 2007 and fell in love with it. 8 years later, nearly everything that exited me about the website now requires a member AFTER I already bought a stuffed animal. And the games that do work lag so much you can get past 5 seconds of it because the greedy money bags at corporate had to put 3-4 advertisements on there website that slows down everything. I'm sure this website is a great one filled with joy and happiness as long as you are willing to pay more money after you spent money for the "Basic" membership. I surely hope webkinz and ganz is glad for all these new changes, but they just lost myself and many other valuable customers. Don't fall for their tricks.

Webkinz is a gimmick. The toys are okay, but the website itself is slow, boring, and they charge you for everything and anything you do. Do not even bother with "webkinz." I bought a few webkinz, and I am unsatisfied.

I do not like how webkinz charges you extra for the secret code and you can't use it twice. I have a lot of webkinz codes that I can not use. Webkinz is a waste of time and money. They should have less limitations if they want to keep customers and raise marketing standards. #Bring webkinz back to its former glory.

i use to like the game but my problem is that i bought the pet and now it doesn't let me do as much stuff as it use too. oh yeah another problem is that you bought the pet and now you have to buy delux membership to access even more stuff. that's not right or fair. And it is very laggy and slow,and sometimes i have to exit and log back in. i hope you make this better. and this was written by a kid F.Y.I.

I am no longer going to be playing webkinz because of the soul fact that have played webkinz for 5 years and that all the mini games I use to play I can no longer play unless I pay extra money which I think is ridicules because I already buy at least one webkinz every year to continue playing and for holidays get a few from family I think you need to seriously change the way you handle the site before I ever start playing again I also hope you will take in consideration the fact that you have a ton of other negative reviews

Dear Webkinz, When my son logs onto Webkinz he cannot play 90 percent of the games because he did not buy a webkinz this year. I was never told we had to buy a webkinz every year. As well, What is the deal with DELUXE membership?

Deluxe is the worst part of the site. If I knew you were going to put a Deluxe feature on the site and take away the fun for my kids I never would have bought webkinz in the first place.

I hope you read and listen to this letter, because it sounds like you don't care about the kids and making it fun for them. It sounds more like you just care about making more and more money.

Told me to spend 10000 to repurchase the Kinz Style Shop...but there is absolutely no guarantee that it won't go missing like the first one did! Why have "Customer Service" if you don't answer questions?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

every time i purches something at the wshop and i have it in my stuff colume at the bottom of the page and i sign off correctly and then i sign back on a little bit later the stuff i purchesed is gone and it keeps happening and i don't like it. sincerly s

FRUSTRATED beyond Belief!!!! This is the most unfriendly site I've EVER experienced! I've been buying webkinz for my granddaugher since she was born. Now that she's 4, she's ready to play online. I had a snow day off and planned to load her webkinz in and play. I've spent most of the day on this site. Even upgraded to the one year Deluxe version to get rid of the third party ads. I've verified my account and still can't get rid of these ads. I'm furious and wish that I had never seen a webkinz at this point.

I am very disappointed in Webkinz because most of my favorite games are just for full members. it makes me so mad!!! why? that is my question why? again I am very disappointed in Webkinz. a few games for "full members" is ok but when most of the games are blocked off from me and the other players. I hope the problem is fixed soon.
