I had the pleasure of speaking to D'Angelo through costumer service and he was such a joy. He helped me with the problem I was having, even went as far as to help me even more with things I didn't know. I applaud people like him who truly live to help others and go beyond.

I have suffered network issues since May when i received ultra 22. I called at least 5 times and spoke with 5 different representative in technical dept. None could help. Finally im ready to return to Verizon and I called today 8/2/22 and was connected to a Mr. JAVIER Moreno, who after troubleshooting was able to finally fix issue. This gentleman is of such value to ur company, i had to notify upper management to let them know!!

From Oregon I called Xfinity to get internet service for my 91 yr old mother in Alabama. Even though it took many calls, transfers and one dropped call I got a representative that was able to help me get internet service and a new land ling phone set up. She went out of her way to help me and even got her own Apple phone to give me explicit directions on how to obtain phone information needed to change my mom's phone from Verizon to Xfinity. I had the pleasure to work with Germany this past Monday. I contacted her through the 1800 numbeer. She provided outstanding customer service. Germany was very pleasant. Dedicated and highly knowledgeable. Typically cancelling service can be difficult with these large companies but not in this case.

I had a cable buried at my garage property at 379 High Point Rd. Moneta last week. It's a remote area and can't be seen well from the road. I had a pressure washer stolen 2 days after my cable was installed. A Police report was generated and the investigation Officer tried to get the names and addresses of the cable install team for further follow up but was rejected by Xfinity.

For 20+ years I've had great experiences with your technicians that have come to my home.
Yesterdays's visit by Alex was totally awesome and I wanted his managers to know.
Very courteous, professional and took all the time he needed to do a fabulous job and fix our issues.

I had a great experience with Jane as a help with handling all of my internet connection issues with great spirits even on her birthday! She was able to get me an appointment for the next day to get everything fixed in a timely manner as opposed to a 14 day period span. It was a very pleasant way to end waiting on the line for 15 minutes! Xfinity continues to be helpful no matter the issue that may be occurring. Thank you Jane!

I had the most wonderful experience with a young man by the name of Rafael today. He was so patient with me and walked me through every step to resolve my issues! With all the verbiage and steps required to do some of the things needed, at my age of 68, to say it as a challenge is a gross understatement! I really,really appreciated his patience with me and also his knowledge in the things I was able to get accomplished. TV said no signal. Did a reboot of the router, which showed an issue needing a technician. Set up the appointment; he was here ten minutes early; spent two hours replacing cable, correcting the outside box issue. He was very efficient, very professional and it's all working. Great job and great service. (Don't call...go online, it's faster).

I havent been too happy with the basic cable I have had for 2 months, since my husband passed away. The recording sucks and the basic cable sucks. Should be ashamed to charge people for this package. I was just going to pay the penalty to get rid of it and go the Direct....but decided to call and got connected to Tanisha, based in Texas. This girl was AMAZING. She walked me through everything. She explained the extra 24 channels for $15 more a month. There were issues getting all of this set up, but Tanisha was very professional through the hour on the phone. This girl does not get paid enough to put up with people like myself. It has been a whirlwind since my husband passed away and I NEED A RELEASE TO REDIRECT MY THOUGHTS. To think this basic service would do the trip, I was sadly mistaken. I commend the respect Tanesha displayed with me and she needs to be recognized for her dedication in her position. I honestly hope that this upgrade will ease the pain I have gone through losing my best friend. I thank HER (Tanisha). She was amazing. Meinda Dalton-Tucson AZ.

Just moved to Elkton Maryland in 200 West Creek Village Dr apt A1 5/4/17 had Comcast boxes mailed to me. No connection service guy came out found out wires were cut inside walls. Took him 2 hours to fix outlets in every room. Tacked wire around my door and made sure everything was working changed my network id and password. Thank you so much for a awesome job and being professional to my wife.

I had to go elsewhere after contract was up,the price got to high but cable is great,I called to cancel and the guy I got,Ed,that's all he gave me,was really rude he acted like he ran thing's,but comity is good I give a 4/5
