AAA Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 2

My truck engine overheated on 96 West, exit 19. I contacted AAA roadside service and the representative that answered was very good, and quickly dispatched a truck to me. I was in unfamiliar territory,and was getting anxious, then AAA pulls up. Austin, was the tech driver's name. Right away he start talking to me, little did he know how much he was relieving me of my frustration over my darn truck. Austin was great, and such a nice young man. I was about 20 to 30 minutes from home, but seemed like only 10 minutes. Thank you AAA for hiring the customer service representative that took my request and for hiring Austin. Job well done!!! I will always be a AAA member. Nothing meant as much to me this day.

I want to give Danny Panyoja a AAA service driver at Rescue Rangers in Louisville Ky a 10 star rating. I had called mid morning with a request for battery service and the driver picked up another car thinking it was me. After a couple hours I called and they dispatched Danny to my location. He was there quicker than I thought he would be ( within 15-20) and towed me home because I was in a dangerous spot for a jump. He made me forget about my frustration of waiting for the previous driver with good humor and a fantastic attitude.
( to be fair, the other driver did pick someone else up thinking it was me. I was on an off ramp so it was difficult for him to find me and he was looking for a mini couper not a mini van , and he stayed in touch with me) so I give the first driver a 5 star out of 10) If I'm ever stranded in Louisville again, I hope I get Danny as my driver.

I am E Robb and I had a AAA service request for services for my vehicle on September 16th of 2022. I contacted AAA because of my car battery. I thought that I had a problem with the battery. The AAA service people came out and they said that it was not a problem with the battery but the issue was that I will definitely need a new Starter for my vehicle. I had help 1st from Advanced Auto repair Denton Tx. They were very nice and helpful to me with my car condition. I also had AAA towing from the Tas Good Years tires company in Denton Tx and I I now have a new Starter in my car! I will definitely keep recommending AAA to my friends and neighbors and family members in the future! Thank you very much for your time and assistance always!

First of all I would love this posted to everybody out there, my experience today was amazing I had two trucks come one was a battery truck and he tried everything just about. His name was Matt. He called out a tow truck for me and Austin Walker the driver was there real quick and this guy was unbelievable. He saved me a lot of money and put a smile on my face and got me back on the road pretty quick. You really ought to acknowledge and appreciate both of them especially Austin they were both such nice friendly guys. I used my service for the first time today flat tire. I had a most pleasant experience the technician Keith was very helpful, and very thorough. I learned so much in such a short time. I give your technician and service 5 stars. It comforts my mind to know that there are caring people.in the world. He waited until I drove off to leave.

There aren't enough words to say how grateful I am for the excellent service I received from AAA today. The dog was locked inside the Jeep, and AAA expedited the service call so the technician got there in only about 20 minutes. The very nice young technician got the door opened in no time; the dog was stressed, but fine. I'm a long-time AAA member and a very happy customer!

I had issues with my car in Rushford Lake NY on July 2, 2022.The technician arrived driving from an hour away and was able to get my car working again. I just wanted to thank Murray towing from Triple AAA road assistant. He was wonderful and very helpful.

I had a good experience with the driver Shane from Massillon Ohio, he was patient finding me and played good tunes on the way to the tire shop. Very nice guy

Today would have been a stressful and scary day, but AAA was there for me. I got a flat tire on the highway with my two kids in the car. I called AAA and the nice representative on the phone guide me with ease an urgency so that my kids and I were taken care of as soon as possible. She made sure I was fine before I got off the phone and if I needed anything she was there for me.
I took a quick 25 minutes for Kyle the AAA attendant to get to my vehicle I was so kindly to make sure everything was taken care of and was under 20-30min. He changed my tire and made sure I got on the highway safely.
Thank you again Kyle, the sweet lady on the phone and AAA for being their for me and my kids.

Hi there,
I just wanted to leave a review about my first experience with roadside assistance through AAA. My tire blow up while going 70 mph in the left lane on a 6-lane-interstate. I made it safe to the small emergency strip and was understandably a little shaken when I called the roadside assistance. The lady on the phone was very calm and professional and took my information with the promise that someone would show up within an hour. Shortly after that I received already a message, saying that help was on the way. WHAT can I say, 20 minutes after calling the AAA service truck showed up and a very friendly young man helped me with the tire. That was really outstanding. Just wanted to let you know, how happy I was with my experience. Keep up the good work!!! ~ A Very Happy AAA Member~

Brad came out very quickly changed my tire. He was extremely nice speedy and I would give him 5 stars out of 5. AAA is lucky to have him.

I was handling a battery warranty issue this morning for a friend. I was expecting that it would get complicated, because I was not the owner of the car with the bad battery. However, the technician who showed up proved that I was wrong. His name was Darreon, and he made the whole experience very easy. Darreon was on time, very professional, and very skilled. He tested the battery and confirmed my suspicions that it was bad. He replaced the battery free of charge under the terms of the AAA warranty without any hassle. Darreon also discovered that the alternator was weak and needed to be replaced. I took care of that this afternoon. He also provided some fresh gas, because the fuel in the tank was getting low. I was very impressed with this young man and with the services he provided. If I ever need AAA again, I hope they will send Darreon.

We are very pleased with the excellent & efficient service from Michael @ BLU-Line Towing in La Pine, Oregon.. He quickly contacted us regarding his ETA, was on time, took very good care of the car, & even put a gallon of gas in the tank once back to the house where the spare key was found. Getting to the gas station was a breeze, thanks to Michael!

When I had an accident and needed a tow, you sent the best, most patient, helpful and knowledgeable driver. I think his name was Mike R.. He helped me for over 2 hours with my Insurance Co. and getting a rental and repair shop. He made sure I had a rental before leaving me. I can't thank him enough. I will never cancel AAA and have had it since 1980.

I had an awesome experience with Triple A in Colorado. The guys name was Jeff and he was absolutely phenomenal, very respectful and very helpful. Wish I could personally give him 5 stars to his name

My sister had a flat tire on a busy highway and didn't have her AAA info with her as I had just added her to my membership. They took her call as she was texting me while I was in Ireland and still figured out how to get to her and help her. This was amazing. It made myself and my family feel safe to know she would be taken care of. AAA is a service my grandfather used to pay for for us before he moved back to Ireland and I'm so happy I continued on with it. You are really great and most appreciated!

I cant say enough of a technician Michael Cessford that came ti tow my car to a tire place in Lutz FL. Very nice and polite young man came fast and did a great job..thank u so much Michael

A young man , Patrick K Leonard, came to my house this morning to help me with a dead battery.
I cannot praise him enough!
Patrick was wonderful!
I am in Plymouth, Ma and I am not sure where he was from. He drove a AAA battery truck.

Darren Moore from your 5827 N. 7th street, Phoenix AZ, 85014 was a true Angel for my Elderly Father and myself, we were in Phoenix due to my Mom having a heart attack, we had never been to Phoenix before, my car needed some type of bolt for the battery cable, he came out to the parking lot and fixed it!!!
