AAA Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 3

Out of all the encounters I have had with AAA roadside assistance over the years, yesterday was my best experience with its service. The technician/mechanic named Kendall arrived 15 minutes earlier than the ETA initially given by the representative over the phone. Kendall was affable and courteous as he asked me how I am doing and if everything was okay. He was able to recharge my battery in less than five minutes. During the time he was working diligently and swiftly, he gave me some very useful tips to maximize the longevity of my car battery. I was extremely impressed with Kendall's mannerism and customer service delivery. Thank you, Kendall for your excellent work yesterday when I was in a bind. -S. My car wasn't driving and I was so upset and called AAA and my tow truck driver Tisha went absolutely above and beyond!! She immediately went in to fix the problem and was so kind and helpful and i ended up being able to drive my car again. So grateful for her and how patient and knowledgeable she was!!!

Hi My name is Tracey Howell. This morning after stopped for ⛽, my car wouldn't start and a very nice tow truck driver named Shawn Browell came to help. He checked it out and was able to solve the problem and had me back on the road within minutes. Made my day!! He was so nice and helpful!! I really appreciate it!

The technician arrived early and went above and beyond. He was really a nice guy, and myself and my husband with smiles!

the tow truck driver David Billman #118 from Kitap Chico Towing came to my, my dad, and dog's rescue yesterday. Not only was he efficient, polite, and quick to arrive to tow my dad's baby, a 1968 Olds cutlass, when it would not start, but he saved the day. Upon David's arrival something happened to my dad where he could not understand where, why, when about anything. David was able to bring dad's car home and park it in a special place where dad keeps the car he went above and beyond-helping me stay calm and mom and I took dad to the ER where he was diagnosed with transient global amnesia. Who knows what would have happened to him had the car started! My neighbors were so impressed they asked for his business card too!

So grateful for the wonderful service AAA. They walked us through a very tricky dmv situation with kindness and professionalism.

In the mad rush of Christmas shopping, I managed to lock my keys in the trunk! I called AAA and was told the average wait was 1 hour and 15 minutes, but I would receive a text when help was en route. I was at the mall, so I decided to walk into the Cheesecake Factory and ordered a salad to go. I'd no sooner told the cashier I'd be waiting while it was prepared when I got a text that the AAA driver would arrive in 3 minutes! I quickly returned to my car. I swear Christopher Cooper arrived in about TEN minutes! In no time I was back on course! Prompt, friendly and courteous, and competent. You can't ask for better service than that!

This may be my second time writing this I'm not sure it went through the first time but this morning I locked my keys in my car as I dropped my son off to school, it was freezing and I had only a shirt and sweats on... Bravo from 252 called me almost 2 minutes after I had hung up with the automated system and told me he was only 10 minutes away, which I really appreciated. The second he drove up he had the most positive attitude which I really needed clearly after a hectic morning, he was the absolute most sweetest man I've ever had help me through triple A, he opened my car in seconds and made me laugh as he did it, he deserves all the praise today ! Thank you so much Bravo, you really turned my day back around, I appreciate you and everything you do ! happy holidays !!!!!!!!!

I called for a tow from my home to mechanic. I spoke to Jordania, Utica office. She was kind, helpful, professional. Dales towing picked up my car and they were great. Dales has picked car up before and the driver was great. My car was picked up in less than a hour like I was told. If you don't have triple AAA it is so worth the money. I've had AAA for years and I've used it. I've gotten my money back in 1 tow and then some. Thank you to Jordania in Utica and Dales towing. ?

The technician was amazing. I haven't d service so perfect from any company in a long time. He is a keeper.

Last night my car wouldn't start. AAA Service technician, Y1015-Terrel E., was determined to get my car started, and diagnosed the problem perfectly. As a result I was able to drop off my car at my mechanic for further inspection.
Terrel E. was very Motivated, Knowledgeable and Courteous. An outstanding job!

Deanna has been on the phone with me and Viking cruises getting all of my questions answered. She has been so patient and considerate and willing to go back and forth between me and Viking over and over to get everything answered. She is soooo patient!!!

I had a flat tire with lug nuts on so tight (and one so stripped out I thought I would have to torch it off). Jody went right to work anyway and ended up achieving the impossible in record time. All the while working with a new computer system he was learning (that kept glitching and resetting) and maintaining the most friendly disposition and positivity throughout it all. I felt like I made a friend in the short time it took and at the end of the day, I am thankful to have gotten a flat. Please give Jody a raise. He has made my life experience exponentially better.

I am a new customer to AAA. I did think that I would need road assistance as soon as I did. I called the Roadside Assistance number on September 6th, 2021 and was surprised that someone was in route so quickly. The driver pulled up on the minute and was able to diagnose my problem within a few minutes. It was too my chagrin, "Operator Error" Cabin lights left on and drained the battery. Quick jump and I was rolling again.
I want to thank the service technician, who was very friendly and competent.

Kudos to the Triple A service driver that found our car to help. We were in Vegas on the 5th floor of a parking structure and the driver found us. We had a flat tire. Thank you triple A, been with you for over 53 years.
