I had a very good experience with APC customer service.I bought a APC UPS but there was an issue with it so i contacted APC they gave me instructions for checking the UPS, after that there was still problem so i contacted them, Then a call came there local service center after a day or two and asked me to mail copy of bill i did it, Within 2 or 3 days a person from service center came to my home with a new UPS and took back the defective one.I didn't even had to take it to the service center, it was very helpful as UPS is very heavy and there nearest service center was about 85 km from my house. I have never experienced a better service than there's.
