very slow service
you have to wait few days to send it to service and again few days to get it done
no alternative car during maintenance like Lexus and Cadellac ( I used to get a great service from them)
spare parts not available most of the time even the tires
I really want to back to the other brands due to the service

AUDI 4 $400.00 to replace key. $141.00 for
an oil and filter change. Have owned BMWs since
they came into the country. If I could get rid of this $ PIG I would. I'll wait a year or so
and sell asap. What a mistake!!

In May this year I took my Audi to the service centre in PMB. It went in as it was 'riding rough'. After spending R7000 to get it fixed it still wasn't right. In June I then took the car back for the same problem. I live far away from PMB and so it is difficult to get the car down there. I then spent another R12000 to get the 'rough ride' fixed. When I picked the car up a second time the problem was still there. I then took the car to another independent service centre that sorted the problem out for R1200.00. Very disappointed with the service I got from Audi. I feel that unless you have a motor plan with them they simply couldn't care less.

Car Great Unfortunately damaged FOUR times in two years by two different Audi UK garages. Already dreading next service in eleven months!! Which I have already paid for, Might have to fit CCTV? My word against Audi's gets you nothing except frustration & more time wasted.

Sub: Complaint against Audi Central Connaught Place New Delhi and others U/S 406, 420, 463, 464, 465, 468, 471, 503, 506(2), 120(B) and other relevant sections of IPC.

Respected Sir,

1. That the complainant is law abiding and peace loving citizen with clean antecedents having deep roots in the Society and is working as lawyer at CH. No. 188A, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

2. That I had booked an Audi A3 Base Model with its dealer ZENICA CARS INDIA PVT. LTD. OFF ADD. CAPITOL POINT, BABA KHARAK SINGH, MARG, CONNAUGHT PLACE, NEW DELHI, 110001 on 12/08/2014.

3. That the above said accused person has dominion over my money deposited with them and they have dishonestly misappropriated it for their own use and as such are liable under section 405, 406 IPC.

4. That the above said accused persons cheated and there by dishonestly induced me to deliver my money to them and they have alter the whole contract/other documents for their use so they are liable under section 420 IPC.

5. That the above said accused persons had made false documents and part of documents with intent to cause damage to me and by this they are supporting another claim with intent to commit fraud so they are liable under section 463, 464, 465 IPC.

6. That the above said accused persons committed forgery for intending that document shall be used for cheating so they are liable under section 468 IPC.

7. That the above said accused persons used that document as genuine and are liable under section 471 IPC.

8. That the above said accused persons have threatened me to cause injury and also threatened to cause death and as such they are liable under section 503, 506(2) IPC.

9. That at the time of booking there representative Mr. Vikas has assured me that they will give me delivery of Audi A3 Base Model within 5-10 days from the booking day of the same, so on their assurance I gave them Rs. 80,000/- in cash on 12/08/2014 as booking amount.

10. That as soon as I came out from showroom their representative Mr. Vikas also came out from showroom and asked me to sign some papers then I asked about the documents and he replied that it is required for depositing the money and as I was on road and my car was parked on the road so in hurry I signed those documents without going through the same as those were blank at that time and asked him to provide me copy of the same so that I can read that document and on that he assured me that he will provide the copy of same to me at my office at Patiala House Court, New Delhi.

11. That after booking the vehicle Mr. Vikas did not call me several days and when I got suspicious i called on his mobile No. 09958908057, 09873700120 and he gave me no response so then I have to visit their showroom and then only i came to know that they are not going to deliver the vehicle within given time and Mr. Vikas along with his other senior officer Mr. Aditya insist me to buy Audi A4 instead of A3 base model.

12. That I showed my inability as the price of Audi A4 was out of my limit. Then Mr. Vikas and his senior asked me to deposit atleast six lacs more and said after depositing the same they can only provide the car Audi A3 Base Model.

13. That on their false assurance and without knowing their malaise intention i deposited another Six Lacs rupees with them on 20/Sep/2014.

14. That now as its already Two months gone after booking so I again called Vikas then he asked me to come at their dealership and said that I have to signed some more papers for finance. As I had plenty of time on that day and when I read the papers I came to know that they are getting finance some A4 while i never booked the same and then I asked him the same and on that he assured that their financier is only providing loan on Audi A4 as the quality of A3 is very bad and no finance company is providing loan for Audi A3.

15. That when I asked that previously he has already signed some finance paper at my chamber and now why he wants to get it signed it again. On this he keep mum then I totally understand that this is a fake dealership and some fraud is going on in this dealership so I asked to refund the amount.

16. That even after receiving the letter of cancellation they are not refunding my hard earned money and misusing the same.

17. That on 06/10/2014 when I came at their dealership I came to know from their end that Mr. Vikas and other senior fellow has already left the company and they are nor providing me any clue of money deposited with them and again and again asking some time to refund the same.

18. That in the mean while Mr. Vikas and Aditya also came there and I surprised to see them at showroom as I was told that they had left the company then I told them that today I will not leave the showroom without receiving my money.

19. That then Mr. Seth asked me to have a test drive of Audi A3 upper Model available with them but I said that I have no funds for upper model but as they were insisting me and I did not want to make more mess so I took the test drive and said them complete no and further asked to refund my hard earned money.

20. That when I went in the bathroom situated in the showroom two persons working there got annoyed and started me pushing out of bathroom and one of them pointed one country made revolver towards me and said if I want to live then I have to forget this money otherwise they will get me killed and used abusive language on me.

21. That on that as I was alone I silently came out from there showroom and called on 100 No. and PCR came and police officials entered in the showroom and when I tried to show them where the incident occurred then their head Mr. Seth come out from his room and asked the police officials to leave their showroom and said that he has good contacts in high lobby and he can get transferred all of them if they did not vacate their showroom.

22. That on this all the police officials came out of the showroom and I along with police officials went to the PS Connaught Place.

23. That there Si Roop Prakash recoreded my statement but in the mean while all the culprits slipped from police station one by one and befor that Mr. Seth personally met me and requested to withdraw the complaint and assured me to refund only 6.5 lacs rupees and on that I refused the same as they have no car Audi A3 base model till now and because of that I was already harassed a lot when I asked about it then investigating officer told that he will arrest the real culprit soon.

I request your goodself that kindly investigate this matter as this dealership is doing fraud with innocent people and I donâ??t know that how much money they have misused by doing fraud. Kindly take action real culprit and my hard earned money may kindly be got returned with interest in the interest of justice.

I bought Audi A6 hybrid just a year ago, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and I now believe this is the biggest mistake I have made thus far with a Car. I had a number of options before buying this car but chose this becaise of its technolgical advancement and stated features. Within 3 months of buying, the central locking system had to be replaced (it is another matter that it took 3 weeks for this to be sorted as the dealer here, Euromobil , had to wait for the parts to arrive from Germany); something went wrong with the rear door later on; last week something called "connector" had to be replaced. The car was subjected to full servicing just last week and the same problem recurred with the connector this morning. Totally unreliable piece of engineering - dont know if it is an isolated case or just the poor service support in this city - but one thing is for sure - I will not recommend this car to any one nor an Audi as a brand ever.

This is the letter I sent to Audi and have not been contacted by anyone as of yet. I believe this is a poorly developed car that Audi wishes me to fix on my dime. My wife was told only the dealer can make the decision to repair my automobile, not the manufacturer. I find this to be very poor customer service on the part of the dealer as well as the manufacturer. I only want a square deal on this car, nothing more.

My wife is the owner of a 2009 Audi A4. As I was traveling from Atlanta, I drove thru a low dale at normal speed, the EPC light and the check engine light came on. The next day, I went to the dealer in Huntsville, AL to get this checked out. They kept it over night to perform diagnostic test, compression test and leak down test. I was told the exhaust valve is burnt and I should replace the engine per Audi technical assistance instructions and the cost will be $12K. In turn, I said what are you talking about get a new engine. This car has 70K miles and is out of warranty less than 12 months. I don't understand how a car of this caliber and expertise could not run properly to at least 150K miles with the necessary services performed on time. I do not have $12K to spend on a new engine. I would like for someone at Audi to contact me to explain why I would need to replace an engine on a $40K car at 70K miles. This is very odd to me and confusing.

I also asked if there was something I could have done to prevent this and the service manager stated, "No." I found this harder to believe that I am in a car that has less of a life span than a Ford Focus, A FORD FOCUS! I was expecting to enjoy the benefits of traveling in an Audi for many years. My wife is a fan of Audi. I sold her on this car and she loves her car, but I on the other hand do not love it enough to put a $12K engine in it at 70K miles. Someone other than the service manager has to explain to me why I would spend an additional $12K for an engine to not work but 20K miles past its warranty date of 5 yr or 50K miles.

Pretty bad in following up. They did not clean my car properly and on the top of it I got a scratch after the service. They also lost my car cover. I have tried to follow up 5 times with them in last 6 months, but the issues are still not resolved.

In the process of buying an A3 Sportback from Audi Portsmouth.
Had awful sales experience. Totally disinterested in customer service only interested in sales targets.
Wanted to purchase for October 2014 however salesman brought forward the order to September 2014 to meet his targets and then insisted I had to purchase in September.
They then agreed a date of 1st registration only to get that wrong and make that even earlier.
Branch manager Nick Jones lets his staff take the flack and does not even answer complaints personally.
All in all a total disgrace of a dealership.
Will not be using for servicing or repair.
Just hope my new Audi is ok as not expect much help if not.
Do not use Audi Portsmouth or Harwoods Group.

I received my registration papers for my vehicle 18 days after the vehicle was paid for , with no explanation as to the cause of the delay-to add insult to injury , i was charged for temporary licence plates , despite the delay being the fault of audi centre pinetown

Worse service ever,not honest to customer, before sign contract, we have bouble confirm with the sales man, its subject to finance, we paid 2000 deposit, now audi could not provide us the car loan, and not refund our deposit, is this for real? are audi that desperate for money to rip people off,
I will take this matter further to the end to fight for my right.

My A8 consistently fails to start,once in 30.
Then a call to a diagnostic expert costs me 60 euro.
A total of 4 months and 8,000 euro totally wasted.They don't seem to know what they are doing. Should I sue?

Having bought a brand new audi a3 sports back back bfre it's first service I noticed a circular machine cut in carpet just below passenger door trim where no one would tred. As my first service was due in few months I thought I would mention then. Dealer refused point blank to acknowledge that it was a mechanical cut in the carpet. Infact the blamed me for putting it in. So bought with audi uk. My argument was to put it in i would have to lift the door trim, peel the carpet and then hole punch it and put it all back again. The very rude confrontational customer relations staff I spoke to on 24/07/14..said there was nothing I could do as the car was now 2 tears old. I have for their comments to be put into writing. Can anyone advise me what I can do?... Appalled by the after sales from audi... Will never buy from audi again.

I am currently dealing with Audi East Rand but the service is very poor. My compliant has been going on now for 4 weeks, I have to follow up all the time. I have to take my vehicle to the dealer everytime for photos to be taken and still no feedback. The paint is coming off on my grid in the front of my vehicle, we bought this vehicle last year new. Trying to get this sorted is such a big problem. I have been back to the dealer now four times and now I get told the Area Manager wants to inspection my vehicle and they will let me know when he is in the area for me to take my vehicle back to them for inspection. I will never buy a Audi again the service is so bad. My previous vehicle was a Mercedes and I will go back to them they are the BEST, they treat you like a customer wants to be treated. AUDI NEVER AGAIN.

Do not buy AUDI6 WE have, Audi 6 2006 great car, nice to drive, sell it as soon as it gets 60,000 miles, than anything can happen. like for example Multimidia MI system brakes down. It takes about $1,200.- to fix it. You never opened the sun roof - does not matter it leeks, One mat say those minor inconveniences, no matter how expensive. Audi does not care, you are out of luck warranty expired.
Than you go to dealership for service, next day your oil is below minimum and you realize the oil dip was left outside its channel and oil spilled all over the engine. Good service - you go back to dealership complaining that say it is not possible to wash the engine compartment and so on. Do not buy Audi and do not service it at a dealership

Here are some pictures I took of Your Audi TT after the damage accrued at Audi of Denver. The Audi owners Manuel recommends that the engine timing belt be replaced at 105,000 miles, as the pictures and documents from Audi of Denver show Your timing belt broke at 79,900 miles, so much for Audi recommendations and knowledge of their product. Audi of Denver estimated that $5,500 to $7,500 USD would be the cost to fix the engine, the repair bill to fix the engine is attached $2,500.00 USD less than half of the low bid from Audi of Denver. I believe Audi of Denver is financially RAPING their customers and then they ruined Your perfect base ball glove interior.Your seat was damaged, I believe when the Audi technician put a hot piece of analyzing equipment directly on the seat. I am taking the TT to two auto shows and the Colfax cruse this weekend, then to the media including Denver Post and all TV channels, in the next two weeks. I will also suggest to other Audi owners that have had problems with Audi in general and Audi of Denver in specific to consider joining Me in the LEMON campaign that I am on. I have the TT scheduled for auto shows and cruses throughout summer of 2014.

My Audi A6 has a problem that no other car I have owned in 50 years has had: Flooding under the seats and carpet that has caused mold and odor.

Audi has taken 1 1/2 years to do nothing about this.
Dealerships have closed, records purged without responsibility to Audi owners, the "care" dept. has no ability to obtain any record, information, corporate responsibility, and have admitted no understanding of mold and health hazards! This is the "care" dept. of Audi of America!! Do NOT buy an Audi as no one has any responsibility to the buyer, not dealer or corporate.

Firstly, Audi Cars a great! Secondly, Don't Go to Audi Centre Sydney. They don't Live up to their reputation for friendly customer Service. They Knew Crap....I knew more about the car than the sales guy! The Idiot sales consultant Didn't even take of the Audi Approved Plus sign when we went for a test drive... Complete idiot. I would recommend Going to Five Dock. You will defiantly Regret going to the Audi Centre Sydney. Its such a shame that these Idiots are damaging the Audi Brand. Advice to Audi... Remove them from your company before you brand name gets even more damage.

I traded in my 2011 Q5 for a new SQ5 thinking I would be happy since I am upgrading, well I was wrong. The new 2014 SQ5 is a beauty of a car, but the seats move and make noises and the drivers door is rattling. Very disappointing and frustrated since the Q5 was so quiet. The dealership had some German engineers come take a look at it and there isn't a fix at this time. I took a chance and Gwinnett Audi worked with me on replacing it with another new 2014 SQ5 with standard wheels. Well now the new SQ5 has a rattle in the drivers door and an annoying occasional buzzing noise, when you hit bumps or rough roads, from the front molding near the drivers assist. Oh and not to mention that the brakes are squeaking on both of the SQ5's. If you go around slamming on the brakes, it won't squeak since they are heated up. I am be beyond frustrated with this right now. I have had 2 Audi vehicles and loved them both... I expected the same, but with more power. I have been so upset. Still working with Audi and Gwinnett audi on what can be done. This is unacceptable for the money you pay for this car.

We bought an AUDI A6. After 6 months we noticed a problem on the suspension. A loud clunk was heard on the wheels coming from the hump. Later Steering Deective DO NOT DRIVE as blinking on the dashboard. AUDI PH could not fix it plus since the parts were not readily available, we were left with no car for close to 3 months. Finally they gave us a loaner car. After 2 months they delivered the car. After 1 hour of driving it. STEERING DEFECTIVE regiestered again. We called the Sales Director Mr Lito Jose of Audi PH. He said 1. We have to arrange for the car to be brought to their shop ( I told him what if I got into an accident driving it on the way to your shop) Note the car said DO NOT DRIVE Steering Defective. and 2. They no longer have a loaner car for us to use. THis is after we returned the loan car to them a day ago. This is from the head of sales himself. This was a very expensive car but the worst service ever. NEVER BUY AN AUDI!

I have minor accident to my AudiQ3, 15 days back and my rear tyre busted. However, Audi Bangalore dont keep stock of essential spare parts which is resulting in long delay. I am still driving around with my spare tyre which is not designed for regular drive. This is not acceptable for any Audi consumer. My reason to buy Audi is not just for the love of the car but for the expectation of service experience. If this is the kind of experience you give me then I will have to rethink of my brand loyalty.

I have been trying for 4 months to renew my Audi connect service. Apparently the Dealer registered the SIM card so he could show off the system and now I cannot re-register it in my name.
Customer service has been non-existent. Just try to find an email address. You can fill out the forms on the Audi customer support page, but it doesn't submit them. (boy is that a surprise) My dealership keeps making appointments for me without consulting me first. As I travel for work that does not work. They could always call and find out when I would be in town, but that would require intelligence and a desire to actually fix any of the problems I am having with my S8

Audi services oakland rip me off bought my car to diagnose they told me my cv boot need to replace also front brake to replace too.4 .My mechanic told me their nothing wrong.Audi services charged. 165,00 4 nothing.
