I frequently shop at the store on Lancaster Avenue in Radnor PA. The clerks and managers are always friendly and helpful. I think we too often complain about bad service but great service like they have in this store should be noted so the good employees have positive feedback.

I shopped at Store #271 for 6 Chrismas gifts and only 3 were in stock. Missy-Y was extremely helpful in so many ways, among them taking me to the counter and ordering the 3 out of stock gifts for me. She was terrific. Joan B., Harrisburg, PA.

I couldn't ask for anything more from this company.
I bought an air mattress & exchanged it for the same model with the pump attached to the bed itself. No matter what I did, the same result. I explained to the manager & with very little questions or hassle, they were willing to give me an in store credit!
I got a high dollar, name brand, coffee grinder for a wedding gift & it stopped working after a few years. Because I had it on my registry, they exchanged the item for me. And since they didn't have it available in the store, they had it shipped to me for free!!
The store in Jackson, MI is so friendly!!
Just a few examples of why they rock!! They stand by their products!

This is, with out a doubt, the store with the most helpful employees. I have been in the store in Henderson Nevada several times. I still can't find what I'm looking for but the help has always been there to guide me to where the item I was looking for was located. Besides, the point of sale discounts are very good. I have been able to use a %25 off coupon on almost eberything I have purchased.
This company has a good business model.... "Make the Customer Happy"

I would simply like to say how amazing Bed Bath and Beyond is as a company. At least the store that I associate with. They truly make an effort to make the customer happy and have seen employees go way out of the way to do so. A woman once ordered a $400 juicer online and when it arrived she saw that the box had been sitting in the rain. She brought the juicer in and did not even look to see if it was ok or not. Once we opened the package we had to go through more packaging and inside another box was the juicer, and it was completely untouched and in mint condition. The woman still returned it and we ordered a new one and waved the shipping on it. I have seen people come in with appliances that have not been sold in the store for 6 or 7 years that are not even on warranty, and we have given them store credit. Some people may say that we sell crappy products, but if you are unhappy with them in any way just bring them back! We can even look it up on your debit or credit card so you can get your money out back in your account. How many stores actually do that? You can even return clearance items! And we send out coupons all the time, and If your printer is broken then when it is fixed, bring in the coupon and your receipt and we will credit the money back. All employees are taught different classes about products, and when you work at customer service you begin to know what products come back and which don't. We truly do everything we ca to make the customer happy. We may not give out coupons every time you come in the store, but you can use expired ones, and hold onto your receipts. This store is amazing and if you had a bad shopping experience or a customer service experience, it was probably just an off day for somebody. 98% of the time you should have a wonderful experience.

I VERY RARELY GO OUT OF MY WAY TO PRAISE A COMPANY. THIS I COULD NOT LET PASS. TODAY(4/21/11 ) I WAS SHOPPING AT YOUR BULTER,NJ STORE. EVERYONE WAS SO-SO NICE. IJUST HAD TO COMMENT ON THIS. IN THIS DAY AND AGE WHEN MOST PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE,IT WAS VERY REFRESHING FOR ME. I WILL NOW CONTINUE TO SHOP THERE.

I went into the Bed Bath and Beyond store in Mission Valley, CA expecting the worst. I had bought a Bionaire fan that broke after 40 days of purchasing it. To my surprise, the return was very easy and the cashier was very pleasant even though the line for returns was 20 people long. My only suggestion would be to have at least 3 cashiers for returns if the line is that long.

This is to compliment one of the Managers at the 719nw12street Gresham,Or. 97230 store- a Mr. Chris McCann. My wife had back surgery the day before I went to the store and I was looking for some very soft towel's to wash my wifes incission.Chris took me right to the towel section and recommended just the right towel. My wife is thrilled with them. Chris then wished my wife a speedy recovery.

On a different matter I wanted to buy File cabinet but I also have a bad back and could'nt assemble it. Chris said he would and did assemble it and took it out to the car for me.
This is far beyond normal customer service and Chris should be complemented as one BBAB"S great managers

I had a great service at the jacksonville,nc store. The representative (Lastarr) really helped me with my purchase. I had been everywhere looking for a shower wrap and with no luck, couldn't find one. She let me know that they where out of stock but she went the extra step with ordering one for me.

LOVE this store! Has what I need and wonderful quality and lots to choose from. Employees are friendly and very helpful! Some of the products they sell are a bit out of my budget range but as they say "you get what you pay for" and I would rather spend that little bit more than have to buy the same thing 2 or 3 times because of it's poor quality.
