Beltronics USED to be a company that had great customer service which is now non-existent. Their live chat line is ALWAYS closed. You are hold for hours. Don't even know if they are even open anymore.

This company is horrible. Even though I have purchased 3 units over the years they treat customers like garbage. Customer service is non existent and do not veen try and return something. I was instructed to returna nd item for repair and two weeks later they called me to iinform me that it could not be repaired. To Overnight a simple cords was $41 for a 20$ cord which would fit in an envelope. I have had mutiple product failures and no apologies when something breaks for no reason. The employees are rude and will no longer get my business. I suggest you use another company like valentine 1 who makes a similiar product but actually values their customers.

Worst customer service I've dealt with.
As you know, a product is only as good as until you need help with it or it fails. Can you imagine speaking with arrogant untrained customer service people. Doesn't matter how nice you are, they have an attitude, and I suspect it comes from their sales /customer service manager who is to busy in meetings promoting sales to help a customer in need.
The price of their products can be found elsewhere thru distributors if need be, and on amazon usually cheaper.
I tried every resource to make this right, but the excuses they give just kept on coming to the point of insulting.
So imagine, now your stuck with their product and noone to turn to. It's not worth it folks, Life is too short.

Very rude customer service. Unwilling to get manager for me to speak to, which shows they are in need of training yet do not allow you to report problems.
