People , I got thru on my first try...do this ...
dial 888-266-7848 then when you get connection dial 88 and you get a Live Person...I have to say the guy and gal on the phone were very helpful and got my phones working again.

Boost Mobile has been working good for me since it cam e out what would be nice in boost mobile if they had the add a line for extra an the same plan of your phone so they can have more customer in boost.

Just spoke to FRANK regarding a charge issue on my acct. , it appears international calls on their $55 plan must be to land lines not mobile lines, as a result my payment was reduced by the amount of a int"l call and my service was interrupted, FRANK credited my acct. and service has been restored.

My phone was taken from my car.I went to google to get information about how to reach customer care. I followed the information from a subscriber name CREEKBEY.
877-855-6673, then press 88 and made contact with a person. The customer care representative was excellent. JB

Jerry5 was my customer rep. my name is Korey M. i have a boost Samsung galaxy wasn't connecting to the net so i went on my laptop bing.com. i searched boost customer service cause the automated voice didnt help at all. I followed the directions was connected wit Jerry 5 immediately. he was fast knowledgeable polite and precise. he fixed my phone in all of 7mins maybe.I was surprised and i am very grateful thank u Jerry 5

i quess you can't satisfy everyone, i had boost mobile for the longest and i just keeps on getting better and better. i pay $45.00 for a android 3g sprint network. got 8 lines with boost, unbeatable. it shows it doesn't matter how good you are, there is always gonna be people complaining...

I had canceled my service with Boost Mobile and Mervin ID# 5172321, was very helpful. He was polite and fast in dealing with my problem. He provided excellent customer service!

The automated phone service was tricky until I found this site. Boost's phone number did not give a number to hit to talk with a live assistant until after a few seconds. But the way its set up, its confusing. It goes through a whole list of prompts for different services. Its like its hidden.

I have been with Boost Mobile for several months. I do not have any complaints. No over charges what so ever. My monthly bill is decreased by $5.00 for every 8 payments. At first I had issues with customer service, issues no longer exist.
I don't have issues with the performance of my BB or customer service.

I dont know what the big fuss is about..I happen to think boost mobile is GREAT!!! unlimited talk text and web for only 50$! what more can you ask for. I was having trouble with my cell phone device, had NO TROUBLE getting through customer service WHATSOEVER..helped me troubleshoot my cell phone, they where very helpful and patient. A few minutes later..WHAAAAAMM!! my cell phone back up and working. SO quit the whinning! I LOVE YOU BOOST MOBILE!!!!!!

Ok people your complaining about bill try reading the print it says you must pay before due date to get shrinkage, not on due date. As for dropped calls and such it's more about phone model then cell network. As one girl on here said her razr was perfect worked all the time but clutch dropped. Many people want the popular phone that have problem on all networks then try to blame boost. I have had boost for 3 years and never had problem. I also have business and flash phone to boost every day never had a customer unhappy. But i read the rules and follow instructions so the problem are usually easy to fix. Come people use your brains and do not think everything should be done for you. As for getting a person on phone its easy just enter a wrong esn number on activation menu it kicks you to person everytime.

I cannot believe what I'm reading!!! Boost Mobile has been the greatest for me, and everytime I dial 611 from my cell it connects me to a rep in less than 3 minutes, the reps I've spoken to have helped me a lot on the questions I have...
I believe that other customers are just being too picky, where do you get everything UNLIMITED for only 50 dollars? And now they even go down if you stay with them, I am now on the 40 dollar unlimited, to me that's just wonderful, t-mobile never brought my bill down and stayed more than 4 years with them, you only need 1 and a half year for boost to bring it down to 35, come on guys be reasonable

Hey I dont know about u guys but i just called boostmobile customer service and they where very helpful.. i talk to a live person in under 70 sec the Person was very polite and i solved my prob in under 10 min So no offence to anyone but i like my Phone And the help i receive when i have issues with the service but i always gotten it resolve through there service Cant say the Same for other providers .. So that Said the main issue i read is that no one cant contact them Well Stop calling The Automated System Simple solution Dial 1-888-266-7848 Dial 88 as soon as you have a connection And you talk to A LIVE person Very Quickly Hopes This Helps And Get U To Stop Hating Well Company in my personal Opinion.....

Me and my 2 sons, my sister and mother are all use Boost Mobile and we've used it for years, whenever I have a problem the fix it right away when I wanted to change my number which I do pretty often the never charge me and change it, none of us have any complaints ever. I've had Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile and by far Boost is the best in CS,my bill stays the same amount I am happy with them and will stay with them.

I got another phone with you guys to add my husband, I really like the service, the signal is much better than the other companies with plans for 2 years, now I can talk from my basement without any problem, I am very happy, I like it more because the service that you provide for interantional calls it is very convinient, your people from customer service is very nice and patient. I have been a member of boost mobile for several months and I absolutely love the service. I have experience several drop calls; however, I feel that is with most networks. I have been able to contact customer service without a problem via e-mail or phone. The price is 50.00 a month... You can't really beat that offer... 35? reachable.

It is important to listen very carefully to the choices given. My problem was those I called said that my voice was "choppy" only portions of spoken sentences were heard. The update and what ever it is that they do at their end cleared up the problem along with directions as to what numbers I had to press to complete the procedure.

A similar problem last fall was dropping calls. A quick call to customer service cleared it right away.

I like my Boost service. They do have customer service representatives. If a person cannot access the service via their handset, it is suggested to contact the place where they buy their phone minute cards.

it works...i tried it from my cell and it didn't work today (last week i had to change my mobile number and called from work and it worked as well) but then went home and tried it from my house phone and i'm talking to them right now...after i changed my number it wasn't reprogrammed but she just walked me thru it, problem solved...she was great...

I sent four e-mails to Boost through their customer service e-mail contact web site. All four responses said exactly the same thing, that they attempted to contact me but were unable to do so, wording was exactly the same on all of their messages but with a different person's name at the end of the e-mail. So, I just now wrote another to the e-mail web site and asked if a person reads the e-mails or if they are auto-generated with the same thing every time. Wonder what their response is going to be.....

service is not too good in some areas but what the hell, im just paying 50$. if service doesnt work for you try other carrier but be ready because you will definitely pay more. getting a live rep isnt really easy but you have to bear with it if you really need assistance. If you can do it yourself you can just go to their website right?
