They don't listen to the customers and can't follow directions
Customer Service Scoreboard
Lol, what a joke. I have no problem with the store, and the people who work the retail side, but the pharmacy staff can suck it. I'm here to pick up my wife's prescription on Sunday, and the guy behind the pharmacy counter tells me that they are closed for lunch from 1:30 to 2 PM. They don't shut down the store, I could still buy anything from the front half, but the pharmacy people, they're all special and none of them have to lift a finger from 1:30 to 2 PM. It's not like there's one person in the pharmacy, there's like a half a dozen people back there, they can't rotate lunch breaks to accommodate customers? Seriously, what business shuts down an entire f'ing department for lunch? Lol...
I am surprised that CVS hire anyone without being trained to be respectable to customer. I was cursed at by a supervisor who had a problem with me asking the price of a plant and not buying it. This is at liberty Road after all these years I will not be making any purchases there. What nerves of him.
I am disappointed in Cvs Woodinville,Washington. I tried multiple times this week to call and ask about a prescription, it didn't matter what time of day no one answered the phone, they would pick it up and hang up on me. That is horrible customer service if you ask me, I understand it's the holiday season and you are busy but still uncalled for. I was trying to see what was going on an why a prescription wasn't being filled. I mean how hard is it to answer the phone and say I'm sorry we are busy, can you pls hold instead of hang up on someone.
CVS constantly loses my prescriptions when the doctor has sent it or disappears where the prescription comes by electronic application. The doctor also has a record that the practice has sent it. This is a constant battle with CVS, and no one seems to care. They don't contact the customer when there is a problem. The manager at West Pelzer CVS told me in certain terms that it wasn't his job. I became extremely frustrated when not a single thing is done to solve the same problem that happened over and over again.?
Wait one hour for a shot @ 2315 CVS. Requested to see the pharmacists ;however, was asked to wait for the person who was given the shot who was now taking care of customers. Someone else requested the pharmacist they were able to talk with HIM!!!! I was the only person waiting to have a shot. Extra slow with multiple people working....???
Worst Pharmacy I Have Ever Used, I Used To Think Walgreens Took Forever But Cvs Has Them Beat By Far, Cvs Has Alot Less Customers Then Walgreens And It Still Takes Them All Day, If You Call Your On Hold Waiting To Speak To A Pharmacy For Anywhere From 1-2 Hours, If You Use Drive Through They Take Forever To Come To The Window , If You Go In You Can Be The 2nd Or 3rd In Line And Still Gonna Be There 30 Minutes Or More Then They Cant Find Your Prescription Or They Didnt Fill It Like They Were Supposed To, I Absolutely Hate This Place, Which Is Why I Have Switched Almost All My Family's Medications, Also Workets Are Rude
CVS don't follow their own code of conduct for customers. They don't try to identify legitimacy for refunds because of the refund policy. I've known of other stores making exceptions when a refund was legit. It's a shame because a lot of elderly people shop at cvs. My elderly uncle purchased the wrong items as well as the correct items and we've been trying to get an exchange for over a month. We've experienced nothing in the form of the code of conduct they claim to have it's totally the opposite. It's not a lost for cvs in any way. Only the customer loses. We've been led on for over a month. I feel so bad for my uncle because he had faith in CVS but they don't make exceptions for valued customers that been shopping there for years.
I'll no longer patronize CVS. For years I quietly brooked the indifference and incompetence of young clerks who were obviously poorly trained. But no longer. An incident last evening was the last affront that I will endure.
At a store located at Chapel Four Corners in Cumberland, RI, I waited for six long minutes behind a customer engaged in a cell-phone conversation while standing in front of the cash register. All the while, two clerks bantered with each other on the other side of the counter as a third, at register slightly removed, carried on protracted conversation with her customer. NONE OF THESE EMPLOYEES MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ME. Indeed, they made me feel invisible. After six minutes, I slammed the cough medicine I had intended to buy on the counter, told the surprised clerks, "Keep it," and left for a nearby Walgreen's. Inasmuch as I'll never set foot again in one of its stores, I expect CVS lost far more than I in that encounter.
Worst pharmacy experiences for past couple years since my insurance made me switch from Walgreens to CVS in Downers Grove IL. My med falls under controlled substance but it's CVS that needs controlling
Never dealt with such incompetence month after month
They are creating more unnecessary stress and anxiety each time I have to refill and or pick up meds. Is this an example of PTSD? Fear of any interaction with CVS? can't be good for anyone's health.
Always shopped at CVS at 8580 W. Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas. Yesterday I went in to fill my prescription and went to purchase additional items. After waiting in line for a while I finally got to the register. Your Nexium is locked up so I asked for the Nexium. A gentleman named Aldo informed me (and rudely) I had to go back to that aisle and press a service button so someone could come and open the shelf. So after waiting in line he wanted me to go back to that aisle and press the button and wait for someone to come and open the shelf for me and then come back and get in line again. We've been shopping there for over 15 years because the Pharmacy staff is great but sadly your retail service has been going down hill for awhile and is now pretty much non existent. I usually don't bother with complaints I prefer to just give someone else my business. So for what it's worth I know you could care less but I'm sure you Won't hear from a lot of former customers. Thank you for your time.
I had to take a COIVD test rapid test. I'm still waiting for my results. I'm Waiting at the hospital for my procedure and still have no test results from cvs. Cvs sucks!!!!!!!!! So now the hospital has to test me, now I have to wait 2 hrs for their results before I can have my procedure. Cvs drop the ball. Cvs sucks.
I will never shop at CVS again, and I will be letting everyone I know about my horrible experiences. The last 2 times I shopped there the employees were ridiculously rude, and this was at 2 different stores. It's astounding that they allow their employees to treat people so disrespectfully. Worst of all, when I attempted to call customer care to make a complaint, THEY were also rude and unknowledgeable. NEVER AGAIN. I'll go anywhere else. CVS will not be getting another dime from me. Like another reviewer mentioned, they treated me like THEY were the customer and I had wronged THEM. They made faces, slammed things around, and talked down to me. CVS, you've lost a customer for life.
I made an appt for a covid rapid test for travel. I was not emailed a confirmation number after going thru the UNECESSARILY LONG AND DUE FOR UPGRADE ONLINE PROCEDURE. I resolved my issue by canceling because cvs cost was outrageous, and not ONE EMPLOYEE, OR ANYONE ON YOUR PHONE LINE WAS OF ANY HELP
