Cvs pharmacy if you get meds. from there, If I were you I would move some where else. I am ONLY speaking about 8121 Midlothian Turnpike #2706. I went to get my meds and they have an girl that work there black thick eyeglasses that were at register. She ask my name and beening I there to get meds.I have health issues with my breathing. This no customers service.....ask me my name I were out breath but we're trying to tell her and you won't believe that she walk away from register and Hollar to employee that one of them need to wait on me cause I am breathing to hard and my eyes look funny.Reported to manager gets what he didn't care cause she still in store working.See when people are mistreated in this kind of involvement you don't do that because this what lead to angry issues. Disrespect is the worst you can do to someone. You never know what that person may be going though. When you feel you have to be nasty, stupidity working in pharmacy to judge some one because of their Health get another job. You never know when you, your mother, or child may need an pill. Thanks

The worst experience ever! First when I arrived, I was told by the manager that my son's pediatrician didn't send over the prescription, and I needed to wait in a line in front of another window, a line just by myself. After waiting for 15 minutes, a young female employee who was on the phone the entire time took a look at me, and called another customer who was not in line instead! Finally after another 10 minutes, it was my turn, the same young female employee took a look at the system and told me she didn't see the prescription, when my son's pediatrician office confirmed the prescription was sent over, twice! After I kept begging her to check the records by scrolling a couple of more pages, she found the prescription in the system that was sent over an hour ago! Then the most ridiculous thing happened - the other customer who was cutting the line left, and I was told to wait for at least 45 minutes until that customer return, and I can't pick up my son's medication until the other customer picks up hers! Because she was served first!! Even though I was outraged, I tried to stay calm and questioned about the protocol in a professional way, since I have never heard of such a rule at any other CVS! The manager told me to go ahead and file a complaint, since the location will be closed by the end of the month anyway!!! With my very sick son kept coughing under a N95 mask with high fever, I basically sucked it up and waited for my medication. Well, if you think the worst happened already, then wait for this! When I picked up the medicine, I found on the envelope it prints "Wait Ya", and when I checked out an oxygen meter with my medication, the same young female employee whispered "Don't you need a nail clipper also?!" I was wordless! A message for the manager and the employee at the location - I am sorry to hear that you are going to lose your job, but please still act like a human! You can't take your anger out on your customers! I wish you never have to experience what I went through today, and nobody would treat you this way!!

I tried to complain with cvs but they will only send you back to the homepage. First the website sucks it just needs,a lot,of work and Im not here for that. I been doing a rewards program through another app and I have gift cards to choose and I use chose cvs. Dumb mistake they will not accept there own card online.if sucks for the people with disabilities that can't get out I think it's discriminating and plus if you do decide to use them they only pick and choose what they will ship especially cleanimg products u,can't even order washing machine detergent etc that doesn't seem Tom be the case for EVERY other comopany on the web. I suggest nobody uses cvs I already switched pharmacies for my tons of medicine over a pharmacist asking me my home life interrogating me over.a medicine. I been on 8:years it was non of her damn businesss and never went back and will throw this no good for nothing gift card away they suck so bad I hope they go under yeah i skas it

CVS - Miromar Square Estero FL
WORST pharmacy ever!! Have been shorted on Perscriptions (3) times with no review no apology no investigation..just call your doctor to ask for more!! John the pharmacist does not care at all! They have had my medication on backorder for over 2 weeks and his comment was "He did not care and does not have an answer as to WHEN it will be available" word for word!! Get some good people who really give a crap about people and there job!! Disgusted to say the least. STAY AWAY from this pharmacy.

I just went to the CVS in Land'O Lakes FL and there was a container of nuts that according to the sign was on sale from $9.59 to $2.99. I bought 2 and they charged me the original price. I took the sales person to see the sign and they said that that was a mistake and did not honor tge sign. (false advertising) ?.

Very bad customer service, they lie, hang up on you, or pretend they have no idea what you are talking about.

First of all the local CVS (5 minutes from home) closed and all the customers had to transfer. We had to transfer to a CVS 30 mins away from home and the doctor's office. Wednesday I took my son the the doctor from school. He was prescribed SEVERAL medications that needed to be started ASAP (2 days ago). Now it's Friday 6 pm and his prescriptions still are "in progress". The CVS in Georgetown, SC is extremely slow to fill prescriptions. If you need medication immediately, like an inhaler, antibiotics, pain management, you'll probably end up in the ER still waiting for the prescription to be filled days later.

24 hour store will not let you use the bathroom between 10 pm and 6am

I have shopped at CVS regularly for many decades, but I hope to avoid ever again entering a CVS store, except for my medications. I consider the company's pricing increases in recent months to be clearcut gouging - far beyond the current inflation rate -- unconscionable behavior.

Just had surgery, went to cvs in cape may court house NJ , never been treated so rude in my life , standing there in pain , lady shut the roll up window on my hand so they could hurry to lunch. Who do I follow a complaint with? I normally don't do this but have to now.

Very bad experience at the tarpon springs location. Us hwy.19 north and tarpon springs rd . To start off I had made an appointment on line two days prior to my visit which was on a Saturday. My appointment was at 12 noon with minute clinic . I got there at 10:30am checked in . No one show up to office areas for over 20 minutes . When 11am came around they saw her 11am appointment, then 11:20 appointment showed up as she was bringing patient doctors office doctor told me my appointment wasn't until 12 noon which I said no problem. As her 11:20 patient left it about 11:40 am . Well her next appointment was running late she call next patient on phone to see if she was able to make her appointment today. After she ended call she said to me that she was sorry that she couldn't see me today even though I made appointment two days prior. She said system double booked. I feel doctor profiled me and did want to see me because I had Covid over three weeks prior. And was cleared buy urgent care . Or was not able to go to work. All I need was 10 minutes of her time . I contracted pink eye and needed antibiotics, and maybe eye drops. I have be loyal to cvs 30-40years. So if you concern about your health stay away from cvs. I am and all members of my families will use Walgreens. After leaving cvs that were I went with no appointments doctor was very nice and accommodating. She has earn my and my family's business. Plus Walgreens stores are a lot cleaner. I am aware that cvs is not minute clinic but they should have control on how they should represent cvs . Scale 1-10 (-1) Walgreens 10

Cvs closes the pharmacy for a lunch break, but don't mention that when you call to get pharmacy hours. The isle that you wait in has adult products in it, so people with kids get asked questions like, "Mom, what's a vibtrator?"

Cvs pharmacy and Caremark are horrific. Instead of working together, they point fingers back and forth while the customer suffers in the middle. Disgusting lack of empathy for anyone. It is obvious the goal of cvs is to expand through profits while not having any empathy for people. Culture of cvs is in the wrong business. After all, people ailing with chronic diseases have enough hurdles to leap in the survival process. Cvs does absolutely nothing to reduce the burden of obtaining one's necessary medications. Shameful.

The cvs I visit on a regular basis is filthy inside and outside. One of the clerks said that an independent company takes care of the grounds. My advice would be to fire that company. Today I went to pick up some items for travel and the young girl that waited on me was on a personal call the whole time. Come on cvs get your act together!!

More & more, CVS is pushing self-service checkout on its customers. On several recent visits, I've had to hunt down an employee and ask "Is there not someone who can check me out at the register?" Usually, they say they can & they do. Recently, however, a clerk standing right by the register said she could assist me at self-checkout. Told her I didn't want to do self-checkout as I had store coupons, manufacture coupons, buy one & get one free sales, & my CVS tag so I could use accumulated rewards. She led me to self-checkout & the process began. She had trouble getting all the above to work, so she went off to find a supervisor who also had trouble with the transactions. Finally, everything worked & it was SEVEN full minutes to do what could've been done at a regular register much quicker. They both indicated they were sorry about the time it took & the whole self-checkout BUT they have been told by management that customers had to start using self-checkout. Well, this customers will be going to Walgreen's where they have real human beings & not computers to checkout their customers.

I've been a customer for 40 plus Years and I don't know what in the world is going on but CVS has consistently been out of stock of my REGULAR monthly medicines. It's been a struggle each time a refill or new prescription Is submitted. It's a nightmare
I just talked with the rudest, most impersonal Pharmacy employee and after 40 years this is it..
It's sad...and I, sure they really don't care but I just had to submit thus comment

CVS Franklin Trnpk Rocky Mt. VA, has to have to the rudest, most disrespectful pharmacy staff within the entire corporation. Any employee that comes in contact with customers should be held accountable for display of poor customer service. CVS should shut down and put every employee through a customer satisfaction bootcamp and then be able to reopen and serve the public under a performance driven basis.

Wanted to share the experience to get a prescription filled at the location in Powhatan Va was beyond horrible. Took 4 days on antibiotics that caused infection in my leg to get dramatically worse. The three associates that helped me were so rude. I was at the drive up and while they were helping they closed the window while I was already being helped and was told to come back after they ate lunch. I have pictures of the infection when I should have gotten my prescription and when I could finally get it and it's terrible. The last lady that I was giving her the feedback on my experience said that she wasn't going to give me medicine.

Two recent experiences at two different locations keave me with a bad taste in my mouth. At one location, I very much appreciated having more than one cashier on hand, and not neing forced to use a self-checkout. I was having a diificult time managing, with a fractured wrist. The cashier did not ask me if I had a CVS extra care card, and I didn't think about it at the moment, but I do have one and generally have it ready to be scanned. I made a larger purchase than I typically do, so I would have wanted that amount credited to my card. I realized this after I got home. The next day I stopped at another location (busy again with Christmas approaching), and the cashier there was able to correct it for me since I had my receipt. It was just inconvenient that I had to do that, especially with my wrist being unusable. I felt very disappointed that the original cashier did not ask about my card. It seems as if every other cashier at CVS stores inquires as to whether or not you have a card. A few days later, at another location, I purchased CVS first aid tape (bogo). This time I had my card ready, and also my credit card which I planned to use. Then I asked if there were any rewards on my card, the very exceptionally friendly, funny cashier told me I had a $10 care pass. She asked if I wanted to use it. I said yes. My purchase was about $6. After she completed the sale, I asked if I would still have $4 remaining on my care pass. She said no. I told her I wished I had known that before I paid. She said nothing. I think she should have told me that using my care pass would result in me not getting the full $10 value of it. I would have used my credit card as I had planned and later used the care pass to obtain its full value. She also could have voided the sale and redone it after I told her I wished I had known that before she rang it up. I am not happy about losing out on the full value of the care pass.
