In January 31, 2023 I purchased a Tahoe LS from Servco Waipahu, Hawaii. It was as a gift to my wife for giving birth to twins. Also, we have other children 3,4 and 9. Two weeks after, we received a warning regarding airbag system and lights. We took in for service and they were unable to fix it.
In order to purchase this vehicle I made tremendous sacrifices, sold my other cars, working extra hours, and continue to do so. We decided for Tahoe because of the reputation Chevy has, but I think this has been changed.
Every time my wife drives the Tahoe, I am constantly under stress because I don't know, and nobody was able to convince me, that if she gets into an accident the airbag would deploy. Pray that nothing like this would happen, "but if" will always be in my mind.
Something needs to be done. This is unacceptable to live in fear like this. I don't need any compensation, I need a car that I don't have to worry when my family takes it for a ride.

I just watched the commercial for your latest four wheel drive trucks I am quite disappointed in Chevrolet fir promoting damage to back country trails by "bashing" along and showing the dirt bikes spraying the surface of the road by spinning the tires. I represent Western Slope 4 Wheelers, a 4 wheel drive club in Montrose, CO. We work diligently to protect our access to the back country with motorized vehicles. Your commercial promotes causing damage to delicate terrain by aggressive driving. Please consider discontinuing this commercial and replace it with a responsible depiction of enjoying our off road areas.

Leased my dream truck 3/13/23 put 6000.00 down with 2411 miles on it ( owner) of dealership drove it but kept being told it's a new truck dropped at my house 3/15. I drove this truck for one week 150 miles now it's down ERG valve went that part will not be in 31st supposedly not counting on that. On 3/13/23 I will pay to date 6681.00 on a truck I do not have in my driveway. I get things happen but when the owner of that deal ship drives around in a truck puts miles on it and engine light came on now waiting you people need to eat a payment and make this right for customers. I work very hard for my money had to cancel a lot because I do not have a truck. This truck should of been sold as a demo not new!!!! It sickens me how greedy this has become. I would want a respond but Iam sure that will never happen there is more to this situation but didn't put in. There is no ethnic or shame sickening but you will get that payment on Tuesday !!!!!

I bought a Chevy Silverado LTZ 2022 in February 1922. I was told that the chip would be in by the summer here. I am a year plus away still no chips you call them they do nothing but lie to you. Then finally they say the chip is in for the heated seats and I've been waiting now two months for them. I just talk to a woman she said there on backorder I would just like to know how come they are on back order when you already waited a year. I believe that instead of putting chips in these new vehicles that are coming out now that they should take care of the customers that have been waiting , and they promised the chips. Chevrolet should be ashamed of themselves and yes there should be a lawsuit against them for the continuous lies that they are telling people. I usually trade my vehicle every hundred thousand miles and I already have 27,000 on my truck. I promise you the next vehicle I get will not be a Chevrolet because they are liars. period.!!!!

In regards to the chips for the heated seats I think there should be a class action law suit brought as my vehicle was sold to me under false prep! I was NOT told the chip was missing. My daughter told me. I purchased my 2022 Blazer RS from Blossom Chevrolet in Indianapolis Indiana. Hopefully an attorney will see this and start the ball rolling.

I am so disgusted at the service your company offers to customers. My husband finally decided to purchase a new work truck in March of 2022. No fancy buttons and whistles, just the basic work truck. One year later we are still getting excuses of the manufacturer is not making the double cab, that color is no longer available, we can't build the 2023 it has to be a 2024 model now. You sure can manufacture the king cabs with all the "extras"! You need to step up your game and take into consideration the hard working individual that can not afford and does not want your 100 K plus vehicle. Take care of the people who truly represent the working class American.

What a joke this dealership has become, that's what happens when the government bails you out. I bought a new blazer RS black edition, didn't get my heated seats, a year later now finally got my letter the get my chip installed and now I'm being told the chips are on back order and no idea when they are available, lmao why did you send me a letter the get it if it's on back order ? And no I don't want a 50 dollar credit. Why did I sell my raptor for a Chevy FML

I brought my chevy malibu (2014) in with one issue, being the auto-start/stop was not working correctly. With me not knowing a whole lot about fixing cars, they definitely took advantage of that. They gave me like 10 different things that needed to be fixed and with me going to them with one single issue, I had assumed that the issues THEY were going to fix was going to fix the problem I initially came in for. So naturally, I accepted the services thinking the problem would be solved. Turns out after $1885 later, the issue STILL was not fixed and what they were working on did not even pertain to the problem with the auto-start/stop problem. They told me my technician has to be "re-trained" on the software in my car because they apparently don't have any knowledge of the cars they sell. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO DEALERSHIP TO GET YOUR VEHICLE FIXED. They are just money-hungry bastards.

Jorge Esquivel CSR insulted me as I was waiting in the lobby for my vehicle to be serviced . He stated verbatim, "Keep dancing ! You look like a stripper" . I work a 9-5pm , and his comments were unprofessional, and misogynistic.

I am very disappointed in my most recent visit to the valley Chevrolet service department. Two of my seatbelts will no longer latch in my vehicle. My vehicle is only 2 years old. My bumper to bumper warranty ran out & they refused to replace them free of charge of me. They quoted me $750 to replace both. This should be a manufacturer issue because sealtbelts don't normally break. They also wanted to charge me $130 for a diagnostic test to tell me they were broke ? Truly unbelievable. My husband & I have been Chevy customers for years. I am extremely disappointed to realize that Chevy has no concern over the safety of me or my family. I will no longer support Chevy because of this issue. SAFETY should be top priority & it's NOT. They should be ashamed to not fix this free of charge & trying to bill me $750.

Not a happy car buyer- with the purchase of our Chevrolet equinox we were told free oil changes for life are included. This now being the second time we scheduled an appointment to be called and told you cannot accommodate that schedule any longer. This pushes us once again to find a third party and spend $100 for an oil change. Is this a joke. Is this something you promise your customers with no intention of fulfilling. I do not want a customer service representative contacting me , I want management and i demand action to be done. I will go to the highest person possible. My number is 760-643-7908. Be true to your customers. Your Escondido service center is a joke. My scheduled appointment was for 12/26 @ 8am . I will be there at that time and expect to be serviced.

Once you buy the truck it's screw you. Been waiting 7 or 8 months for my heated seat chip and they still don't have it despite the fact they're selling new vehicles equipped with the chip. Wish I had bought ram or ford

My daughter has a2017 Chevy Cruze and you guys need to issue a recall!!!! Her car runs like crap.. feels like the transmission is slipping or something. RPMs will bolt up to 6 and it won't shift into gear. She's on Reddit and there TONS of people with the same issue and no mechanics can find what it is. Shame on Chevrolet for not fixing this!!

After being a second generation Chevy truck buyer. (5 new, 1 used, and new Silverado's in 2010, 13 , and 15) I called customer service for first time. My key got stuck in my ignition. The dealership told me just under $500 to switch out the new ignition and cut keys. Most of course being labor. When I contacted Chevy directly they said It wasn't covered because of my miles, but they would send my complaint higher up and they would call me soon. My truck was already in for a day long recall. They said they would call check vin# etc. well no one has called me or to my knowledge the dealership because they looked puzzled when I asked. Regardless this should NEVER happen. Why should I pay 500 dollars for an obvious defect on their part. I was never told there was a limit for how many times you can turn they key. Well come next year I will no longer be a Chevy or a GMC buyer, and I will do my best to tell all of my friends, employees, and any potential GM buyer of my Shiite treatment. Oh and the dealership where I like the service guys will not be used for any make of truck due to their 3.5 percent additional charge for using a credit card. I guess they need that 4 extra dollars on my oil change to offset charges more than I do.

I am very angry at the Chevy Company ever since I leased a new
Chevy Spark vehicle from them in 2017. I had a problem with my rear reverse camera ever since I bought the vehicle. I addressed this several times during the warranty time. It was taken in once but never repaired correctly and kept on going on and off again like it did in the beginning. I was told they could look at it again but it would cost me money($139/hr)for the diagnosis which I didn't feel it was right since it was like this from the start when I bought this new vehicle.
I went to the dealer again after 5 years of having the vehicle and they said it was out of their hands. I complained to the Chevy owner and was told now that the warranty was over they weren't going to do a thing for me. I asked why that was since I bought a new vehicle from them which had a glitch right from the start. I also had work done during their warranty from the dealership that I bought it from which didn't even fix the problem.All they told me that everything was fine and not even a couple of weeks later the same problem began again
I don't feel that anyone buying a brand new vehicle should have problems with the car right from the start, especially considering the large amount of money? you pay for them
I asked the owner to put himself in my shoes and asked him how would he like it if that were to happen to him. All he said is that:He understood but there was nothing they were going to do for me since the warranty was up"
I told him: "I was very dissatisfied and angry with them for the decision they made,since it was a problem right from the start that was never fixed for me"
When I get another new vehicle it will NOT be a CHEVY!

Courtesy Chevrolet of San Diego has terrible customer service. I made an appointment a month ago to have my electric bolt batteries replaced and when I came in they had no record of my appointment. They then said they would be in ,in 3weeks and I just got a call today and they are not going to be in as scheduled

I have a Chevy Silverado 2010 had to have the airbags replaced now my dash is cracked and the Chevrolet place will do nothing about it being that they replace airbags I feel that they should replace the dash pad that is broke now

Please bring back the Chevy VOLT! We're on our second VOLT and continue to love it. In 2019, we drove from Florida to California and back. One of my favorite trips. No worries about charging our vehicle because we had gas, if charging wasn't available. Anyway, all electric would cause me concern as I am comforted having gas if needed. We currently get 60+ miles on a charge which we use for local driving.

*DO NOT* trust ELCO Service. I took my 2014 Silverado to have the Shark Fin Antenna repaired because it leaked. They happily took my $500 and said it was fixed. I did not drive the truck for a while because I had a take home car. But, after a rainstorm, I drove it and the leak was still there. I again took it to ELCO and they detected a leak. The mechanic asked Mike B. if the last tech put on sealant and Mike B. said he had. Then, Mike B. told me it would cost an additional $500 to fix the leak.

I took the truck to another repair shop. They saw NO SEALANT and the ORIGINAL SHARK FIN. After the sealant was applied, no more issues. How dishonest can ELCO be.

I want the people to know that what they present to you at this dealership is not who they are. A relative of Best Chevrolet's president (I assume), Jay Moisant, the financial director, sent me a text message stating to send it ASAP when I had already said I was at work and would send a copy when I get a break. Jay also spoke to me rudely when I called. What was the reason for him contacting my children? As of today, I am getting constant (harassing) phone calls from the dealership. But no one called to say they were sorry for not getting all the required information before we sold the vehicle. I put a significate down payment to purchase this vehicle, which I did not need to. I want to return the car and get my money back. I hope Mrs. G. Benson gets to see this review.
In addition to this complaint, I was very patient when getting my car. I purchased the vehicle on a Friday. I did not get physical possession of the car until Wednesday or Thursday. I waited for them to do whatever they claimed they needed for the vehicle. I purchased a 2023 Traverse.

Bought a 2022 Blazer RS In April. Since it has been in the shop multiple times for a exhaust issue that gives off a bad noise and vibration. Still not fixed correctly. Also a lot of door/seatbelt rattles as you drive. Just not a luxury SUV as it is pushed to be. I've always been a Chevy person but this may be the last one. So damn frustrated.

I am very disappointed. I have been a current owner of the Tahoe. I ordered a new Tahoe back on March 2 from Champion Chevrolet in Avon Indiana. I would frequently check in on the status and in 1 June they told me the 22 Tahoe Z71 that I ordered was being discontinued and would not run until the 23s came out. I have a contract for a vehicle that appears I will not receive. They have been checking to find out what the next steps are but it has been crickets. I am debating to go to Ford for an explorer or expedition. I just need answers since it has been nearly 5 months since I ordered this vehicle. Can you guys help to retain me as a loyal customer (3rd time owner).

I own a 2021 Trailblazer
Which has been in the garage a couple of times now for serious problems...the engine light comes on and a message comes up saying "engine power is reduced".We call for an appointment which takes over 2 weeks to obtain. Then we are left without a vehicle while ours is being repaired or basically half repaired.
With extended warranties on this vehicle this crappy vehicle cost us 38,027.56
There is only a little over 18k
Kms on the vehicle and already we can tell that it's garbage. The seats are equivalent to sitting on a park bench all day and there are absolutely no features other than power windows and door locks...not even a cup holder in the rear seating area.I will never purchase a Chevrolet vehicle again!!!!
Disappointed is not stating strongly enough how I feel about this Trailblazer ? ?

We brought our 2012 Chevy Equinox for a diagnostic test and was oil was leaking from the engine cover and it would cost $966.52 to fix. They told us this on May 17th a Tuesday. Our advisor called in Wednesday and said the vehicle will be ready on Thursday. We didn't hear anything back from them. I called on Friday and Saturday nothing. My husband went there Monday morning May 23th and was told by Shawn J the manager we it cost nearly $2900 because the timing chain was broken. My husband asked how did it break because it wasn't broken when we brought the vehicle in. My husband told him you can't drive it if it's broken and Shawn J said we had the vehicle towed and my husband told him he drove it in and the advisor drove it to the back. Again we had to wait two more days and we had to pay $1789 to get our vehicle. Shawn J the manager said we had to pay some for the timing chain. We should've only paid $966. We spoke Chevrolet customer service and they offered us oil change vouchers. REALLY We only want our $700 back.
I'm gonna reach out to everyone that I think of to help with this matter. If they did this so freely to me then how many more.
