Hybrid battery went out at 37000 miles in my 2016 spark ev. It's been a month and still no resolution from Chevy/GM. It's been 30days. The rep handling my case isn't very helpful. Doesn't return calls and makes excuses of not being able to call customers back before 5pmcst. What a joke!

Horrible experience no one understands how frustrating the mechanics are and they are "experts" but when you get your private mechanic to contact them twice to tell them the issue they blow them off too. When you have went to three different dealerships and no one wants to help you and when they finally do "help" you they charge you an arm and a leg.

Chevy customer service is just as scumbag as the stereotypical car sales person. I bought a certified preowned 2020 Chevy Silverado with the 5.3 V8 engine. I drove it for 4 days and the lifters went out. It was at their repair shop for 19 days. There policy to give you a payment is 20 days. They called me on a Friday afternoon saying my truck was ready for pick up. Had i not dropped what I was doing to go pick my truck up and waited until Monday they would have made my first payment. These sneaky bastards knew exactly what they were doing by telling me I had to pick it up that day. Now instead of making a payment they have offered me and free Onstar subscription. What a joke!!! Just remember ALL people in the car business are SCUM!!!

Brand new 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer power steering light and engine light and traction light comes on... only 1500 miles...this dealership had the car for 3 days and they can't find anything. Chevrolet is lying... I text a specialist who's being working in the car business for year's... this is what he said... 'They are lying to you. they know it's a problem and have no solution. They literally can't do anything', ' Garbage. They rushed making them and used faulty modules and can't get replacements.' ' It's Your stability control is malfunctioning' .... Why can't the dealership figure this out, Chevrolet is basically putting my life at risk, Unexceptionable!!! Another thing about this service center, there's no loaner cars, no rental's, no phone number to get ahold of them, they gave me no paperwork to take home.... Chevy I've been leasing for 20yrs and never have this kind of problems before.... DO SOMETHING WITH THESE CARS, FIX THE PROBLEM.

My family had been customers off and on throughout the years but now I will never own another. I'll just keep buying used vehicles that run on gas not electric which is a terrible idea backed by my tax dollars which I do not approve. Help yourselves and drop electric like a hot potato and become for America again and not be political. Shame on Chevrolet and GM.

We were stranded for 5 days and had to get our vehicle 2 weeks later, 750 miles from home. Our 2019 Silverado motor blew. Chevrolet won't reimburse ANY gas because we don't have original receipts. We submitted credit card documentation.

I live near Coyle Chevrolet in Clarksville IN., a wire broke my 2011 Buick Regal to my left headlight, took it to Coyle and told me it was going to cost nearly $900.00 to fix it. I believe that to be a little high, or even way to high!
The wire broke between the box on the left inside fender to the left headlight

Trapp Chevrolet has the worse customer service & does the worse maintenance & body work on vehicles. I would never go there again & I tell all my friends about the bad experience I had with the body shop manager. He was the rudest person ever & the work done to my vehicle was incomplete & lousy. I should have gone to Barker GMC.

Hello Chevrolet,
I have been a buyer of your products for a long time. Most recently the new C8 (mine coming in March or April) my daily driver is the 2019 C7 and a deposit on the Z06. I have to say after seeing the Subaru commercial I am sad that it wasn't a Chevrolet commercial. I think of you as one of the largest car manufacturers in the world. Don't worry, I'm not changing brands but like to see a company give back to those in need to those who deserve it. Meals on Wheels, Make a Wish and the ASPCA are great places to give to. If you are doing great things like that I think you should make a commercial and tell me about it. It would make me and I'm sure other buyers feel even better when we purchase your cars. Thank you!

I have had numerous issues with my new 2021 Silverado and have been disappointed with the product. I feel General Motors does not value my business

I currently reside in Junction City, KS. On 7 Oct 2021 I traveled to LaGrange, GA with my 69 y/o mother. We were going to attend her brother's funeral. I noticed the motor light had come on while driving through Jonesboro, Arkansas. I located an Autozone in the area to check the sensor. I was informed that it was a knockout sensor. The clerk directed me to a Chevrolet dealership on Highland Ave. I believe was the location. I explained my issue and the reason for our trip. The clerk told me they were unable to take any vehicles in even emergencies. However, she called her manager to see if he could assist us. The gentleman came up checked out the vehicle and turned off the sensor. He assured me that the car would make it to GA. He told me if the light came back on take it to a dealership. The light came back on upon arriving in GA that night. I woke up early the next morning. I called the Chevrolet dealership on LaFayette Pkwy in LaGrange, GA. I called at 0833hrs and explained the emergency request for service. I also stated where I was traveling from as well as the nature of the trip and my need to leave on Monday 11 Oct 2021. I was told they would give the message to the service manger Terry. I never received a call back. I called back about 0950hrs. I was told again they would give Terry the message and he would call me back. I expressed again to the clerk the emergency need. I informed the clerk that I was on my way to the dealership. Upon my arrival the clerk asked if I was the lady from out of state with the emergency. I said yes. The clerk then paged Terry. When Terry came in he asked me how could he help. I explained the situation again. He told me I'm sorry we can't take any cars in. I asked him why? He mentioned the issues with receiving parts. I said of course I'm aware of the news. I asked if I purchased the part could they put it on. He stated, No. I was told his mechanics are 5 cars behind. I asked if there was any other partner dealership they work with. He told me everyone is basically in the same situation. He then tells me the only place he could think of to help was a dealership in Alabama. I understand situations that are out of our control. However, I feel the blatant disregard to not even return my call. It was very rude and disrespectful. He didn't even try to look at the vehicle at all. This is a horrible representation of the Chevrolet professionals. I do appreciate the outstanding care and concern that was extended to me and my mother in Arkansas. The LaGrange, GA team desperately need training in customer service and simple respect. Thank you

I recently purchased a new Chevy Silverado. After about 7,500 miles, the lifters failed due to poor parts or bad installation. Who can say which? Anyway, my new truck has been sitting on the dealer's lot for a week. The dealer says he cannot find replacement parts to make repairs, and one of the reps told me there are five more trucks sitting at the dealership like mine with bad lifters. What good is a warranty if the dealers cannot get parts? I wish I never heard of Chevrolet. I can easily see myself paying for a month's use of my truck but having no access to it.

I just bought a 2014 stingray corvette from a private owner. Spent another 5000 on replacing the torque tube. Which after googling is a well known problem among corvette owners. Mine has really high mileage so I'm sure mine would not be covered under. Recall. But manufacturers should do recalls when they know there are faulty parts voluntarily. Especially when it's a high end vehicle. If I can google it and multiple videos and articles pop up. It's a known issue.

Took my 2009 GMC truck to 3 chain mechanic shops. All 3 said it has to be worked on at dealership due to nature of problem. The truck barely ran about 8 mph. The dealership laughed and refused to work on truck. I needed something that could run. I was stuck in a bind. They would not even look at my truck. My truck wouldn't run and i had it at only place im supposed to take it. It was a terrible experience.

I had the worst experience with Chevrolet. 3 chain shops all told me that due to my issues my 2009 GMC would have to be fixed at the dealership. The dealership refused working on the truck. I called all 3 shops. They all agreed to stand up for me. In fact Good Year recommended me taking action. Here i am, starting the first of a major compliant. My truck would not run more than maybe 8 mph. I was ignored. It would not run. I could not leave in my truck. My dad is a 77 year old retired mechanic and said the dealership mechanics are admitting they are too dumb to fix a truck. They left me with no option but to buy a vehicle because i had to have something that ran. I plan on being compensated for this horrific experience. I have 3 chain shops standing with me on this. It wont be hard to get one of my lawyer buddies to take this case. Thank you chevy for terrible service

I went to a Chevrolet dealership today for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon leaving I noticed my tires weren't rotated which was a service that I was charged for. Two weeks ago I hit a curb and damaged my front driver side rim so as I was leaving I looked at my tires and noticed the damaged rim was still on the front drivers side. My other three rims are perfect. Still looks new so if my tires were really rotated like they said, that damaged rim tire should have been in the back.

I will never buy anything Chevy or GMC again after working with their so called customer service. The issues were made know 3 weeks before getting a response back and that was after having to keep on them about my case. Different responses each time and to find out they never reached out about my case until the day they called back and said they couldn't help me. Done, they have left me without a vehicle for an additional month.

Have a 2012 Chevy Cruz LTZ 1.4 Ltr. A lot of engine coolant issues one thing after another. Found a NHTSA Service Bulletin for Special Coverage & no one at Chevrolet knows anything about it? Called Chevrolet Corporate Office no Customer Service. Redirected me to another website. Very frustrated that there is no one to talk to.

Went for an oil change to nearby dealership that I purchased my 2020 Colorado at and they said my oil change was not covered and they called the Webb dealership that I purchased my vehicle at and they said it was not covered. Only reason I got service at hi country and not Webb was because the soonest appointment was 2 1/2 weeks away and vehicle was telling me to replace oil soon so I didn't want to risk waiting and run out of oil and cause truck to get serious harm. But was extremely bummed because I thought the oil change was covered for 2 years because I bought vehicle and also got extended warranty with Webb for that reason because had good experiences with other vehicles that were purchased had that benifit with free oil change for 2 years for a max of 4 times which was very helpful and made me very not hesitant to purchase a Chevrolet

Bought my truck at joe Holland Chevy in Charleston w.v.a. I had complained about a fouling number 1 plug was told had to do a oil usage after they changed oil. Was told to bring it in they kept it a week was told top half of engine redone. Have had tick since then but also noticed fuel usage went up. Called a couple of times was told it would do better after break in by then was out of warranty. A month ago lost oil pressure so replaced oil sensor with no change so I bought a new oil pump and new lifters since it was going to be down. While working on it I found on passenger side there was no deactivation lifters and on drivers side found one in number 1 cylinder and 2 in the number 7 . Not happy with what I found I have owned many Chevy trucks but I think my next will be something different. I know it's been awhile since repair but thought you should know what happened thank you for your time lucas blankenship

2 vehicles. Same dealership. Need new motors. SUV: engine light on. & Chevy Malibu: shut off when driving, safety bulletin out on Chevy Malibu vehicles. Lied about both. 1st running without oil, leaking, was serviced before I took it there: no leaking, loss of oil. Paid for other parts not needed. My 2016 Chevy haven't had it a year. Told: Needs New engine, never had a oil change & needs battery. I said: look at sticker on windshield for last service date, bought 2 new battery not a month old yet. They refuse to fix safety bulletin issue: N182188250 - Special Coverage
Loss.Loss of Continuity within Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Circuit
Models: 2017-2018 Buick LaCrosse
2018 Buick Regal
2016-2018 Chevrolet Malibu. I was told they ONLY ADVISE YOU NOTHING ELSE

Leaving a comment only because I feel really dis satisfied with my purchase. Recently bought a car at one of your dealerships and it had crack in the front wind shield. Been contacting dealership to fix this problem we were informed it would be replaced as soon as possible when we made our purchase. My husband scheduled appointment with maintenance department we showed up and they sent us home because the person we made appointment was out. Ok well let's reschedule no big deal they said they would call. We have contacted multiple times but every time we have been told they would call because they left for the day. Still waiting on a call. Honestly my experience was wonderful I'm just upset that if I would have known this was a problem I would have purchased vehicle that did not have a crack in the wind shield. I hate contacting cooperate but if this is the only way to get through to someone. I need help.
