They try to force you to ether get the dangerous and stupid automatic withdrawal, or use their website to pay.

What a total pain, why they won't do e billing like everyone else? If every company did this i would have to log into dozens of different web sites every month.

I'm still trying to send my payment electronically, this shouldn't be so difficult.

Oh, my service has been off for days and I'm from paying more for the exact same service my neighbor has!!!

Why would they charge different rates for the same services?

Terrible service. We've had it ATLEAST a year and it glitches every few minutes sometimes, and not quick, it'll go black for 20 30 seconds at a time, u miss ur shows, movies, and lately the past few weeks it cuts out even more at night. Between midnight and 6 am it'll go black for hours at a time. Grandmother is too nice to call Cincy and complaining, shes 83 yrs old so she just deals with it and I'm tired her being ripped off. AGAIN it's been out ALL NIGHT and I'm trying to contact them before she gets up and as per usual. They say oh we have 24/7 customer support. That's a load. I tried to video chat they never answer. Ever. And they CLAIM THERES NO OUTAGE HERE, so why the can't these lazy con men get up n fix it. Always pays her bills, but can't ever get someone from Cincy bell to help. I been on their site a few times for help, there is no help. I've noticed alot of companies lately, seems like the quality of their product is about that of a junk walkman from the 90s that someone pulled out a garbage dump after 15 yrs of bird crap, acid rain and everything else.and every single 1 makes it so hard to complain. Go here, here, page can't be found, go here, here, here, create a password. For the cost of their bundles, I can get multiple streams with 10x the content, still keep phone and internet and it'd be cheaper I've already researched it. Grams just old set in her ways n don't want to make waves even tho she's being ripped off but I'm perfectly happy to for my grandmother, I was perfectly happy to send a copy of this to all local stations in more detail. Very unsatisfied. I hope ur company goes bankrupt or gets shut down for fraud. Bad cable service worse customer service

I have been trying to get a date in regards to fioptics in my area for over two years. I am always told that it is on the schedule within the next six months. Apparently that is not the case as that time has come and gone at least four times. When I call customer service they tell me that they have no additional information. When I call the coporate office number I am just transferred to the fioptics department and go through the same customer service song and dance.

My service is like having dial up at my house. When my daughter has a zoom call for school I have to get off of my computer so that she does not have issues with the connection and she has to do the same for me.

I really like my fuse email and it is the only reason I have stayed as long as I have with this terrible service. When it rains things just seem to get worse as water gets in the lines in the neighbors yard.

I have been a customer with Cincinnati Bell for over 30 years I just want someone to explain why some of our neighborhood has fioptics and we keep getting the same timeframe message and can't get ahold of someone who can help.

They suck do not waste your money or time switching or if you are a customer and wondering if you should leave or not this is your message to leave they jack your bill up every year and claim they are doing you a service! They suck ASS?

I started with Cincinnati Bell because a rep knocked on my door, offered me a great price, and told me it would be better than what I had. A year later, I was told that my price had doubled because what the rep offered was an introductory price. The rep never mentioned that, so every year required contacting them to ask for a new introductory price. There does not seem to be any internal communication within the company. EVERY interaction or issue required at least 3 contacts to customer service to be resolved. The worst was two days after installation, a truck tore the fioptics cable loose at the street because it was hung too low. It took NINE conversations with representatives and 2.5 hours on the phone before it was repaired. I had to explain the problem 5 different times, and each rep wanted to know if I still had internet access (with the cable torn in two, lying in the street). They scheduled 2 different repairmen at 2 different times. The first to arrive repaired it. The second showed up two days later asking where the problem was. This company is really bad when you need them.

Unfortunately we don't have 0 star to rank this company. Please don't get any service from them. The worst internet company I've ever seen. The biggest problem we had refers to their billing department. We canceled the Internet service and paid it completely. After 1.5 year we saw that a collection agency dropped our credit score because Cinci Bell asked for collection of $133. When we called them, after 50 minutes waiting and explaining that we have not used their service for a long time, they say that it's because you did not returned the modem. WHAT??? we did not get any modem!!! our apartment did not need any modem and we used our own router also.
BTW, we did not receive any bill regarding this charge.
Hey Cinci Bell, if you need some money, please ask. I would be happy to donate or consider it charity. Please don't ruin our credit score and charge us like that. OMG, I can't believe what they have done.

I contacted Cincinnati Bell about a downed cable line on my property in mid November 2020 & was connected to the person who handles my account, as i was somewhat unable to understand what he was saying to me due to a language barrier , i did hear him clearly state that a tech would be out December 7, 2020 , however i did receive a voicemail from a guy saying that he wad on his way to my home & what time , but unfortunately i was at work that day ( it wasn't the originally scheduled day).
So on December 4th i called Cincinnati Bell back & was once again connected to the same guy who handled my first call , only for him then to off me fioptic tv which i declined & he wanted to know why i declined their services & i explained it to him & reassured him that i just want the telephone line out my yard & off my property .
He put me on hold , never to return to my call, i was directed to a 2 question survey instead.
I've had my services well over 30 years with Bell & now I'm looking to take my business elsewhere. And yes the line is still lying in my yard December 7th has came & gone ...
So now what should i do since i can't get the problem resolved through Cincinnati Bell?

Why are Cincy Bell Fioptics problems my problem? They state that they tried to help,, excuses and etc.
...But still take money with no compensation for interrupted and poor service. Not good!! Who might have a better service??

Why can't Cincinnati Bell do something about all these robot calls. They call from a local number and when you call it back it is a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service. Seems like a company would know when their numbers are used if they are no longer in service, especially when it happens almost every day. Also, if you answer and tell them to take your number OFF their calling list, they will hang up on you But call you back the next day. I think a company could put a stop to unlawfully using a number that is not in use unless the company is getting paid for it. They will also use a number of a business or person in the area or even your own number. PLEASE STOP THE CALLS.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! This company is so money hungry, they will hit you with late fees every chance they get. Internet is a joke. They will schedule disconnect if your bill is a week late. Then they charge you a reconnect fee without even reconnecting. This company is a total joke!!!

They cancel my service in no time at all. But when I wanted it back it took 24 hours or more. Cincinnati Bell is awful.

You guys at Cincinnati Bell use to have good service, but not anymore. You have gone downhill big time and can't do anything right. After having technicians out to my house on 4 different occasions, the cable and internet still don't work properly. I am so tired of paying over $130 a month for services that don't work right. I will be switching to Directv next week. Their cable actually works better even when it rains than Fioptics cable. I am very disappointed in your services and will make sure to tell my friends and family about it.

What does it take for Cincinnati Bell to provide good, reliable service? Ive had so many techs out to try and "fix" my problems and they are still happening. Bell has become a horrible company and their cable and internet stink. Weather even affects it when I was told it wouldnt. Avoid this company like the plague.

If you are considering getting Fioptics internet and cable service...think twice before you do. My family and I have all sorts of problems and issues with both services. They are always going out or not working properly. If the weather is bad, internet will go down completely. Cable channels always freeze.
Resetting boxes doesn't do any good. I have been billed wrong and have to call and have it fixed month after month. Their service people aren't even English. They will transfer you sometimes three times or just hang up. Be prepared to spend 45 minutes on the phones with these clowns. Cincinnati Bell is a subpar company when it comes to service, equipment, modems, technical support etc.

Whatever you do, do not get Cincinnati Bell's Fioptics service. It is awful. It never works right and is unreliable. The wifi and internet go down at random especially at night. Speeds are slow. Bad weather always affects it. There are always billing errors and mistakes and trying to get them fixed is near impossible with their foreign customer service. They always try to charge you too much. Then they send you to collections if you refuse to pay for their mistake. This company can't get anything right. Their service has gone downhill in every way during the past two years and nothing is being improved.

I want to know-what does it take and how many times do I have to call your d*mn foreigners in customer service to get my internet and cable to work properly? They don't have a clue as to how to help customers. I am so fed up with your terrible service. My cable channels are always freezing up/pixelating and all they say is unplug or reset your boxes. That doesn't fix anything. Every time it rains like today, it affects my internet speeds and they slow to a crawl. The internet connection will just drop. If it thunders, it stays disconnected until the storm is over. I never had problems like these with Spectrum internet. Even Dish's cable channels never froze. I hope you guys fix these problems real soon or you are going to lose a lot of customers. Im shopping for other providers right now.

Cincinnati Bell has really gone downhill when it comes to service and reliability in the last couple of years. Your Fioptics cable and internet service is awful. Especially out here in Anderson Township. The internet speeds are always slow and the network is congested. The internet always drops out and streaming is never smooth. Calling your horrible technical service won't do any good. You get transferred around, the people can't speak English and nothing is ever fixed. I would not recommend Cincinnati Bell to anyone.

So I moved my services over from Spectrum/Time Warner to Cincinnati Bell's Fioptics service. That was a huge mistake. Bell was going to give me a good bundle deal. Its only been 4 weeks and I'm already going back to Spectrum due to a bunch of problems. My first bill was way wrong and a lot more than what I was promised. My internet and sometimes cable will go out even in a light rain or small storm. My internet speeds are drastically reduced when it rains or thunderstorms. The cable boxes are always freezing up when I change channels. Changing channels is not smooth at all. There are frequent cable outages and channels missing. Plus, you guys are always taking good channels like ION and WGN America away. Its time for me to shop for a new cable and internet provider.

A word to the wise-do not get Cincinnati Bell as your internet and cable provider. You will have nothing but problems with them. Ive only had their cable and internet service for a month and a half and already have had 2 technicians out to my house and the problems are still occurring. Ive also had my equipment switched out and replaced but that didn't do any good either. For the high price I am paying, I get cable boxes and channels that constantly freeze up, picture that pixelates and isnt clear. Good channels that get taken away. The dvr boxes are of poor quality and never record the shows I want them too. The internet is always slow no matter what time of day it is. A little rain will affect the internet speed and sometimes cause it to go out completely. It randomly will go out at night while downloading stuff. Cincinnati Bell's service is very unreliable and their network is unstable and poor. Spectrum has much better service and reliability.

Cincinnati Bell is an absolute joke of a company. Don't ever get their services! Do you know how they handle customer service and fix problems online? They read or type from a script! "Im so sorry sir or maam that you are having problems with your cable and internet. It is never out intention to frustrate or upset our customers. Please send me your 13 digit account number and I'd be happy to look into this for you." None of them speak good English either. Yeah, sure you would like to look into it,just like you provide good internet and cable service. What a joke. After 3 technicians came to my house and getting new equipment, my cable boxes still freeze up and my internet cuts out constantly. Bye bye Ma Bell and Hello Spectrum. I will be contacting the Ohio Attorney General and PUCO about your garbage service.

I ordered the Fioptics Bundle for my new residence. I had to pay a $200 deposit for the services. So two days before the services were installed my landlord stated that I could not have the TV service that they would only allow the phone and internet service. So, I call the customer service line to cancel the TV/ Video service. The representative stated that since no services have been installed that they would refund my $150 deposit back into my bank account. Well, that was over 3 weeks ago. I called and spoke with the customer service department every week and they keep giving me the run around saying that the refund was not processes properly. It seems as if they are making up stories so they don't have to give me my money back. The crazy part about it they would even credit my account for the $150. It is truly sad I that a company will take your money and not try and fix the problem. I am highly upset and I really feel like canceling my internet and phone services.
