Bought a ziio 7" android tablet, smashed the screen the next day ( accidental ) , e-mailed customer support with no reply, i eventually found a phone number for them online.
When I rang the number i got an automated response telling me to ring a different number, so I did.
The next number put me on hold for about 15 minutes, at which point I got fed up and ended the call. I googled Creative labs and got the number for the Europe headquarters in Dublin.
At last I got through to a real person, however she didn't seem to have any real answers to any of my questions and pawned me off on a guy called Jolaz from America.
Jolez acted as if he had never heard of my particular problem before.
He then told me that he had no idea how much it would cost because they have never had a request for this sort of repair, and then said he would contact the rma department to find out how much it would cost ( if possible at all ) Two days later and still no update on the situation. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer support. Will update if they sort the problem out.
