Problems persist with my Wet Sounds Stealth 6 Ultra Sound bar installed in a golf cart in FL for seasonal use. Experiencing electrical interference that produces a 'cracking sound" and shuts down the sound bar. The problem is intermittent, but occurs frequently. Returned to Wet Sounds for repair. They replaced the Bluetooth controller, but the same problem persists. Since my confidence in this sound bar is very low (and based on the problems I have experienced I believe Crutchfield should replace this sound bar with a brand that works properly

I would never purchase from them again. Firmware issue on product that would turn on in the middle of the night.
2nd one same issue. Looked up the product and other buyers experienced the same issue.
They were not pleased I returned it. Sorry at $1500 I'm not keeping a poorly designed gloried boom box that actives and wakes you up at 2:00 am for no reason.

Customer service, excellent, but on my last purchase of a boss stearo, the product itself was horrible, after purchasing it I am told I have to cut a lot of the radio support, love you crutchfhield, but sadly you lost me as a customer

I have finished setting up our new Samsung television and we love it. Our previous TV was 39 inches and this 43 iis the optimal size for our situation. The contrast and detail is absolutely fantastic and paired with my Yamaha soundbar it presents a feast for both the eyes and ears.
This smart television is much smarter than me and I thought at one point that I would have to call you for assistance. As it turned out, that wasn't necessary but it was and is a comfort to know you are there if needed.

Because I have a NY phone number and shipping addresses in both WY and TX they wanted to cancel my $1000+ order Because they could not verify my phone number??? OMG what a joke!! I have bought from the internet at hundreds of other retailers and NEVER had an issue like this. I guess no one at Crutchfield has ever owned a second home or left the county where they were born!! Its 2017 - no one gets a new phone number when they move!

On top of it all, this was a PayPal transaction!! - My address is verified, and my personal information is just that - Personal! What difference would it make if my phone number was from China? After two calls, including a 36 minute conversation with a CSR Kenny, supervisor Brad, and finally manager Cory (who finally had to talk to the head of security - (this position needs to be replaced/retrained in my opinion)), they said they would get the order out - we'll see.

After researching customer complaints online, I saw many instances of this type of situation - if Crutchfields wants to survive in the competitive arena of online retailing they need to make some changes in their fraud / security policies quickly. Be safe, but discover a better method to verify details... Someone needs to copy the policies of B&H or Macy's or any number of successful online retailers.

As for now I say purchase your high dollar items somewhere else - avoid the hassle and waste of time at Crutchfields.

I purchased a parrot Bebop 2 drone and it was defective. So I asked to return it. They said they dont accept returns on drones they sell. Thats ok if the unit is ok but its defective. She told me I need to contact Parrot and they would take care of it. Its a defect that everyone that purchased this new device is complaining about and Parrot isnt doing a thing about it. I would never purchase anything from Crutchfield again!

Purchased an in dash dvd player for my wife's car for her birthday. Even paid the expedited shipping costs to have it next day. After it never showed when it was supposed to tracked it down to see that it was coming 4 days later. The customer service rep said that paying the fee to expedite would guarantee I would have in time for my wife's birthday. Now it certainly will not be. Most likely will not use crutchfield again due to unreliability.

Shady company. I was scrooged. Purchased a stereo and speakers for auto using their compatability form. Purchased based on the forms output. When I went to install it at Best Buy, it wouldn't work for my vehicle lost gps, telephone handsfree, and other dashboard functions.
The form was wrong and when I tried to return it. They would not refund the amount of my full purchase. When I asked to return and use the refunded dollars on the correct equipment. They refused. I'm not selling it on ebay at a lost.

This is the worst stereo purchase I have ever made. I purchased a 700 dollar stereo that broke. A supervisor told me that they could fix it but never called me back. I called and now they dont want to fix it. Save your money and purchase from a company that cares about their customers.

Received a defective DUAL car radio. Crutchfield replaced it but my 30 day exchange period was ticking. Installed new unit which worked but had alternator noise. Tried to resolve the issue but was could not. Crutchfield would not take the unit back and now another function quit working. They said I would have to pull the unit out and mail it to warranty repair.

Bethany was of great help in asisting me to find the best replacement for my 40 year old Luxman stereo receiver.
The Cambridge AXR 85 receiver recommended was quickly shipped and arrived on December 1st. I installed it on Saturday and it worked perfectly. I am amazed as to how well it outperformed my Luxman and it sounds amazing with my Boston Acoustics A100 speakers. Thanks again Bethany.

I just connected my new Yamaha SR B20A soundbar. I had trouble trying to figure out how the controls for my Samsung TV, Direct TV, and the Yamaha soundbar remote interacted with each other. Crutchfield Tech Support (Lloyd) was very helpful in working through what apparently was a software misfire that happened when trying the experimenting. He talked me thru resetting the soundbar and everything seems to be working fine now.

Had to return Sirius radio receiver due to no signal. No problems and helped resolve.

I called with very specific requirements. The sold me a product. Then called me back and replaced my order with a cheaper product that fit my requirements better. Won my heart!
