A basic question asking for an alternative part could not be answered. I'm not sure if there customer support email center is a terrible AI, but the responses were referencing parts of my email but never my actual question. I finally gave up, it was beyond infuriating.

Cusinart Coffee center SS-15 Clean light will not shut off
This is a minor issue, but this coffee center is just about 6 months old, and this is clearly a defect, I've ran he cleaning cycle at least a half dozen times according to the instruction manual. The clean light never turns off. The only guidance is to just keep re-runing the clean cycle over and over again.

BUYER BEWARE ...DO NOT BUY CUISINART PRODUCTS ...!!! ... I purchased a Cuisinart Food Processor about 3 years ago .. and have used it approximately 6 to 8 times for shredding Cheese ... it Rarely gets used. Today the Large shredding Disc broke at the central plastic drive, spewing shards of plastic throughout the cheese .. I contacted Cuisinart and they DO NOT HONOUR THEIR PRODUCTS.

I received a very expensive cuisinart cookware set for Christmas this past December. Within a couple months the enamel started blistering and coming off the bottom of a couple of the pans. Now every single one has places where it's came off. This is absolutely rediculous and unacceptable. I will never buy anything from this Company again!!

Mi purchased
I received as a gift a small single pod coffee maker. It started running cold water and it was replaced without issue. This was last year. This replacement is again running cold water. I waited a half hour to talk to a rep and was told you do not replace a replacement. Although I threw out the original machine I kept spare parts so I have parts plus the replacement still. I was disappointed of course. Why do this type of machine have the same issue?

Have you ever heard of those monks in Ireland, who lived around the 6th century on the Aran Islands, and who dwelt in those stone beehive huts? They lived a life of utter solitude, on a desolate, rocky island, and communicated with virtually nobody. Stop me when you think you know where this is going...
Because that's exactly what Cuisinart's customer service is like. Maybe they're just really funny comedians, because one of the most hysterical jokes I have encountered is that phone number on the side of the grill for what is ironically described as "Customer Service." Go ahead. Call it. See if anyone answers. Sure, leave a message. That's part of the joke!! Get it?
Of course, you can email. You're not doing anything with your time, right? And you might get someone to call you two weeks later. And that someone will direct you o a video that might solve your problem. But it won't. And after three months--yes, three months--of trying to talk to anyone about the fact that your pellet hopper stopped working, you'll just give up and write a stupid review because you've been had and it's all you can do.
I would love to tell you how the smoker works. It never worked. Buy a smoker from a reliable company.

This feedback is intended to someone in corporate. Some of you sales personnel that answer the phone concerning information or a problem with a product need some additional training. I purchased one of your coffee makers DCC 3200 P1 recently. After about a week the brew light
stopped lighting up. With no light on you don't know whether it's on or off. I first tried to troubleshoot the problem. but had no success. I called customer service explained the problem and the only suggestion was to unplug the power for 15 minutes. I was told this because she could not find my problem on the computer. I tried searching on the internet for a similar problem I was experiencing. I found a couple of answers to unplug the power for 30 minutes or longer to reset the machine. Well that didn't work either. My next step was to call customer service again. After I explained everything I did trying to get the brew light to work the girl told me does the coffee maker brew coffee. I said yes, but don't know if the coffee maker is on or off. She could not find a solution to my problem and I could sense she wasn't going to do anything for me. I told her it has to be a factory defect and could I talk to someone in tech service. She informed me there was no tech service. I could not believe this kind of response from this company. I thought she was going to get some other help when she put me on hold. To my surprise she hung up on me and by no means I was nasty with her. Now I was furious. There is a contact form you can submit your problem to Cuisinart. After I finished explaining what just happened to me I was unsure where this message was going to end up. So I decided to call Amazon and explain what had happened. I purchased the coffee maker from Amazon in May,2022, but did not start using the coffee maker till June. I was past the 30 days to return the coffee maker defective. When I explained to customer service at Amazon what had happened to me at Cuisinart and was also told they don't have a tech service. I don't know if this is true, but Amazon told me they do have a tech service. I was put on hold and Amazon put me in contact with someone at Cuisinart which I thought was tech service. I explained the whole scenario to the girl at Cuisinart and she kind of gave me the same answer as the other girl at Cuisinart. Does the coffee maker work. At this point I felt my only option was to give her an example. I suggested suppose you just bought a brand new car and after a week you brought your car back to the dealer and told them you interior light wasn't working. The service manager comes over to your car and you tell him your interior light is not working and his answer is, but the car drives. This is when she told me they will send me a new coffee maker. I thank Amazon for helping me, because I was not getting any help from Cuisinart customer service. You know Cuisinart not all concerns are fake, so are legit. After this incident I would think twice before buying another product from Cuisinart. And if I do I'll go through Amazon.

Purchased a coffee machine from Cuisinart a two weeks ago and I don't like it at all. It's loud and super messy! Both the coffee maker and single sever splash coffee everywhere leaving my entire counter a mess. Wish I had purchased something else

My comment is regarding the warming plate in your coffee makers. I have been a loyal customer of Cuisinart drip
Coffee makers for many years and I have been always satisfied with the quality and durability of your product. However, the last 2 coffee makers I have bought showed a rapid deterioration of the warming plate. They start rusting within a matter of months. This was despite our compulsive efforts to avoid spills and not leaving moisture on the plate. As the warming plate deteriorated so did the product's ability to keep the temperature in the carafe. I read multiple Google reviews where other customers had the same complaints. Your failure to respond to customer complaints led my family to buy another product which now sits on my kitchen counter. Congratulations to you for going above and beyond to lose customers.

Coffee maker heating element stopped working in LESS than a YEAR.
Called the Cuisinart number provided, ALL THEY DID WAS TRY TO SELL A MEDICAL DEVIVCE.

NOT the FIRST time this has happened with a Cuisinart coffee maker.
I will NEVER!!!~ purchase another Cuisinart branded product of ANY TYPE!

I purchased the Cuisinart Dcc-3200 coffee maker. Over all I like it, large capacity. My dislike it it's the noisiest brewing coffee maker I have ever had. It clugs, chugs, burps, spews and makes more noise then I have ever heard in a coffee maker. At 0300 in the morning it isnt pleasant to wake up to. Wish there was a fix for that.

I purchased a cuisinart percolator last October. Mid November the fake glass broke on the top. Since I did not have receipt to return, I emailed company. They did send a replacement, a month later. 3 months after that, the replacement falls apart. I will never by another Cuisinart product. Quality has gone downhill. Not worth it, ans to make matters worse, it was not a cheap product.

I purchased the Cuisinart TOA-60 Air Fryer, on February 9, 2019. This appliance only lasted 2 years, as of February 2022. I contacted customer service and they only offered me a 10% discount, only if I repurchased the same item. Because of the "poor length" of service on my current purchase-I am not interested in its repurchasing. Cuisinart, I am truly disappointed in both your appliance and response and no longer feel comfortable with future purchases from your company.

I ordered a replacement coffee machine about 5 weeks ago. Each week I called checking on status. Week 1&2 I was told that it was in process. Week 3 I was told I will be shipped out and I will receive it in a few days. Week 4 I was told it was just sent to UPS and that they would be contacting me with a tracking number. Week 5 ( this week), I was told that it was still in process. Weird because last week I was told that UPS had it and was getting delivered.. So i asked for a manager and the representative came back on the line and told me what the manager said. That it's been out of stock. Needless to say I am irate. I asked to speak to a manager myself and not get it 3 party. Manager came on after a 10 min hold and told me that it has been out of stock. I explained that if I were told that from the beginning 5 weeks ago I would of chosen another coffee machine. So manager said she was sorry that I was being lied to and that it was in process and that UPS will contact me. Same answer for 5 weeks. I will never deal with chia art again. Poor customer service and apparently they lie also..

I purchased the cuisinart sponge holder what a joke. It says strong suction cups. This is not true. What a price of junk.

Hello,
I have bought a food processor at John Lewis, used only two times, the little part of the lid is snapped as it was so bad quality.
i have placed an order for a spare part, a lid on 13/11/2021, i am told that my order has been despatched on 18/11/2021 and today after 3 weeks my order has been not delivered.

Worst service ever, I absolutely dont recommend any product of this brand.

I bought two microwaves Black Friday, November 29/2021 I called Cuisinart Canada to placed the orders. I was told I can place the order on line no problem. When I received the microwaves, it's the wrong products... I been calling Cuisinart for a week now to ask for return labels. Finally the representative called me back, she's arguing with me, because the order was placed on line. I asked her for a supervisor or manager she still arguing with me. I ask her name and she hung up the phone o me. Very disappointed with Cuisinart.

Received a Cuisinart coffee grinder model DCG 12BC through my employer's recognition program. It arrived with a cracked cap, so the program sent a replacement, leaving me with two units. The grinder is quiet, but can produce only a coarse grind with chunks of unground beans no matter how many times you pulse it. After the third use, the stainless steel bowl that is supposed to be removable for cleaning could no longer be removed. I switched to the other unit, and it failed in exactly the same way, again after the third use. If you try to clean the bowl without removing it, water gets into the motor and the item can no longer be used safely. I discarded both units and will be researching a replacement produced by some other company.

Last year I purchased a Cuisinart coffee grinder to replace (another brand) coffee grinder that gave out after twenty-plus years of service. I was disappointed to find that the Cuisinart was noisier than my previous model. It also does not grind the beans as satisfactorily. This morning, the on/off switch quit working. I'll be sending this piece of junk back to you in protest.
Thank you.

We got your old coffee maker for our wedding 14 years ago and it still works great, so we bought another newer version for our summer place. This one makes good coffee and keeps it warm, but the pot itself seems to have been designed but never tested to see how it pours. You have to turn the pot UPSIDE DOWN to get the last cup of coffee out. Please remind your designers FORM FOLLOWS FUNCTION. This is no improvement over your previous model, but rather a design fail which no end user will realize until they buy it and try to get that last cup out. A more awkward carafe I have never used. Let me know when you fire everyone involved in the decision to create this handsome looking disappointment!

I bought my wife a $429 32 bottle wine chiller for Christmas. It's 9 months later and the fans stopped working. Contacted cuisinart and was told that they won't do anything due to the product being discontinued. Called and emailed multiple times and they literally won't do a thing. It's not even a year old. They then proceed to tell me they will give me 20% any single item I desire. Are you kidding me. You offer a 3 year warrenty and don't even honor it. Stay away from this company if you can. They make nothing but garbage, disposable, crap!

I bought a microwave CWM-100 several years ago. It worked fine for about 5 yrs but then stopped heating food. I have called several repair shops in my area but was told they don't work on Cuisinart. Apparently they can't get parts. The microwave was over $400 and still looked like new so I wanted to just have it fixed. I knew the warranty was up so I contacted customer service. I was told I would need to send it to Arizona to see if it could be fixed. If it could be I would have to pay God only knows how much to have it fixed then pay to have it sent back to me. I have asked if I could purchase the part and have it fixed locally but told they couldn't!? Why not??? I am totally disgusted at this company. The customer service lady I spoke to just said she was sorry that she couldn't help me. So basically I am just suppose to throw it out and get a new one. What a waste! I will never buy this brand again. After reading all of these negative reviews I'm not even gonna bother going any further since this company seems to be a joke!

Bought Cuisinart knives and after couple uses coating peeling off knives. Bought Cuisinart toaster and toasts one side of bread light and other side burnt. Plus letters on toaster rubbing off. Will never buy Cuisinart again. It's all junk. Don't expect any warranty on any purchases from Cuisinart.

I purchased a SS15 CUIINART brewer 10 months ago. The 1st one leaked from water storage tank pod side. I notified company and a replacement u it was shipped. The second unit started malfunctioning with 2 weeks. When K cup is loaded and brew button pressed it shuts off. Press brew button again sometimes it works sometimes it shuts down. I emailed Cuisinart and received email stating I had reached customer service in Canada but they would forward to US. Never heard back. I tried calling but tired of waiting. Patience now gone and this $199.00 brewer is now on the way to the DUMP where it belongs. QUIT MAKING THESE UNITS IN CHINA. QUALITY CONTROL ONLY EXISTS WHEN SOMEONE FROM THE MAINLAND IS WATCHING. I know because I worked for company the manufactured products in China
