their washers suck. I have a front load washer and it required a new tub bearing after just 3 years. I fixed that and within 3 months the electronics started to flake out. Would not finish a cycle and then stopped responding to all commands. Door would not open so I had to take it apart to get the clothes out. I hate Electrolux products and I will never buy another one.

Purchased Frigidaire Gallery over the counter microwave end of Nov 2022 and installed end of Dec 31, 2022. From day 1 did not work as old one. First 3-4 days, it took about 1.5min to get to same temp as old one did in about 45sec. Then it stopped warning up completely after about 5 days. Called Frigidaire and took 45 min to answer; however the automated system sucks to say the least. Got a technician to come out in 1 week and experienced same - not heating anything. Parts were ordered and 1.5 weeks later technician came to install, still did not work. Called the main shop who told me to call Frigidaire and when I did, it was Kevin who picked up and it was the worst experience of my life. This person was very rude, did not acknowledge my feedback until 1 or 2 min later. Told him this was an out of box failure and requesting a replacement which he outright told me that is not possible. So had appointment with 2nd repair shop and same thing, they could not fix it and now completely lost power to MW. New door and several parts are being ordered and waiting for return trip. The main reason why I will never buy Frigidaire Gallery is due to customer service rudeness, attitude, and totally unprofessional behavior.

Electrolux wash machine purchased in 2020. Machine damaged itself after a broken support spring for the wash tub caused the internal unit to imbalance and break loose from the two front shock absorbers in the front of the washer. Damage to the shock absorbers/cracked supports, drive motor, door gaskets and sidewalls made the machine too expensive to repair. After a third party repair shop provided electrolux with the damage report, electrolux indicated that we would need to pay their repair personnel to inspect the damage and that we must not communicate with them during the visit. Electrolux will not accept the third party damage report and will not provide any further warranty service for this machine even though the machine still has a full warranty on any needed parts. We will not be purchasing electrolux appliances in the future. I do not recommend anyone purchase products from this manufacturer due to the lack of service and support.

A very expensive Electrolux stove is unrepairable and keeps breaking down. Service takes a long time. Keep asking to have the stove picked up and reimburse us.

I have tried several times to call you for a repair for my microwave convection unit. You had previously sent us somebody to repair my microwave, which was great except it's broken again and the repair man also broke a piece of the microwave fitting that's in front of the microwave door. I noticed that when I was looking at it to look for the reset switch Anyways, it's probably the worst microwave ever had and I would like it actually to be replaced or fixed I guess but my feeling is that it's just gonna keep breaking to tell me please get back to me to set up an appointment with the repair company as soon as possible.

We purchased a Electrolux washer and dryer 2 years ago from Spensers in Phoenix. They day they delivered them the washer did not work. Took them days to replace it.The dry after a month started making a noise like a jet engine. Over the next 2 years the warranty company kept sending repair man out and each time they would give us a stupid reason that it was unbalance . Nope still made the noise then they said we were not cleaning the lint right. Nope still making the noise. 5 trips later they want to totally rebuild the dryer. Said they ordered parts but have no idea when they will have them. During this time the washer would not drain. They came our 4 time for that. They told me only to use a teaspoon of laundry soap and after to leave the soap door and washer door open to dry. Still does drain on every load. A washer and dryer should last more than 2 years, Neither Electrolux or the warranty company wants to take any responsibility. The worst machines in my 64 years of doing laundry I have every had.

bought on line vaccume bags, when theys sent a conformation it was wrong bags, called 10 min after order call. they canceled it but i did not get the full amount , they held the shipping fee ( which was just a cancellation and not a return) this companu got so bad now they are a frigidare company now. really socks!

These people completely ripped us off! My wife called in about the outer glass for our electric range, which exploded unexpectedly! She was told that the cost for replacement glass was $127.00. She told the representative that that was fine. The rep suggested a repair technician which initially my wife declined. The rep told her that it requires a professional. The cost of this was $79.99! The repair tech shows up, takes a picture then gives a quote for $244! Mind you they don't have Ben have the glass on hand so technically we're out of 80 bucks for them coming out and taking a picture of the part number. Something that we had already done prior to calling to price the glass. I demand a refund!

After waiting three weeks for a clothes washer repair, my husband took off work for the service appointment today. They were a no show. No contact was attempted to tell us they were not coming. We called and were told the parts had not arrived. Well, the parts have been sitting on my table for days and I'm looking at them. We now have to wait another week for the next available repair date. With a busy family of four and trying to deal with company in this MONTH long process to change out a bad board and valve, I regret purchasing our Electrolux washer/dryer two years ago. I'm tired of paying for and spending so much time at the laundromat and wish we had stayed with Samsung, whonalways did repairs in under a week with clear communication. Electrolux needs improvement with this.

Bought an Electrolux/frigidaire refrigerator in june. The door was manufactured badly. Tech came out and said I need a new door, but to not use the unit until I get the door or the condenser will fail. It is now December and I still do not have the door electrolux ordeded months ago. Electrolux will not replace the refrigerator if it is repairable, and apparently is is repairable even if the part to fix it doesn't exist. I'm 6 months out, electrolux has my money and I have a hole in the cabinets where the refrigerator is supposed to go. After being batted around by the company, the repair company, and the parts company for months, small claims court is all I have left. Stay away from this brand, they'll steal your money and your time.

My brand new dryer makes a loud banging noise. It is 12 days old and I have only used it twice. I had an repair appointment yesterday and no one showed up. I had another appointment today and no one showed up. The repair service doesn't answer their phone. Electrolux repair service sucks!

Terrible customer service today. Tried calling and got the msg that they couldn't answer my call and to either try again later or try their website. After 1-1/2 hrs of calling different numbers to set up a warranty repair, and trying to set up an Electrolux account online (which never did work, even after clicking on the emailed account verification link - which, ironically, gave the error message to call their customer service phone number), I've simply given up. I was going to order an accessory on their site using my 25% off promo code when I initially tried to set up my account, and since I couldn't log in I tried to proceed as a guest. Guess what? Even that option required an email address to continue and I got an error msg telling me that email address was associated with an account (mine! - one that I tried verifying my account with!). Its all just not worth the time and effort.

Electrolux warranty is a fraud. I purchased a new Fridgedaire a/c 5 years ago
The A/C stopped working and when I filed a warranty claim they indicated they needed the original sales receipt. Who keeps receipts for 5 years? They denied coverage even though I purchased it new and have paid for addiotional coverage each year. They collected the premiums but denied coverage. I spent $450 in additional warranty premiums over the last 5 years. I could have put that money in a separate account and could have replaced the air conditioner with those funds. Now I am out of an air conditioner and an additional $450. Nice business model they are promoting.
Caveat Emptor Let the buyer beware these are ordinary thieves.

Ordered parts for my fridge, got sent 1 wrong part out of four. Ive had to make two seperate calls now to get the return label and a receipt for the new part. The customer service is pretty sub par and incredibly frustrating. The workers are not trained to know anything about the parts so they are more confused than I am. On top of that there is a huge language barrier and that makes it even harder. I hate their customer service, one of the worst ive ever dealt with.

I've been without working washing machine since middle of July.
Called Electrolux customer service. Schedule service call two weeks. Service person diagnosed problem of faulty part, order part and wait two weeks for service person to install. One hour after service person leaves machine stops operating (same original problem). Wait two weeks for service person to return. Meanwhile I have wet laundry locked inside washing machine. How long does this go on? I'm actively researching different brand replacement washer. BTY this machine 18 months old! Customer service big horrible joke!

First brand new dryer makes a scratching clunking sound even when nothing is in the dryer. Ordered a replacement through Costco, and the new dryer does the exact same thing. Not impressed

Do not purchase a warranty from Electrolux. Terrible service. Long wait for repairs. Poorly trained technicians. I had problems that went unsolved for three months before replacing. I had to live out of a cooler and had to buy ice every day. I lost a lot of food and I estimate it was over $300. You can't even get a corporate phone number. Overall a terrible service.

my washer broke on 6-2-2022 because the piece that is on the door from my machine that clicks into the the hole on the machine broke off. I had an extende3d warranty with Electrolux so I called them to send me a repair man. they sent me someone on 6-7-2022 that just took photos and told me that he will order the replacement part and come back but meanwhile he went back to the Electrolux and showed them the photos that he took and b4 dropping the case he asked Electrolux to pay him because he made the issue worse then it really was. then when I called Electrolux back again they told me that the first repair man dropped the case so they are sending me a different repair company but on 6-14-2022 that repair company called and cancelled for no reason at all the day b4 that were scheduled to come. so I called back Electrolux and told them to cancel my contract for my extended warranty that is anyway expiring in 2023. one is expiring 11-25-2023 and one is expiring 12-24-2023 but I cancelled both on 6-14-2022. when I cancelled I asked for a refund for my washer and dryer bur I only got refunded for my dryer. I was busy calling and being very long on hold and instead of being transferred I was knocked off and when I did speak to a lot of customer service and supervises they were rude, LIEYER, THEIVES , NOT KEEPING THERE PROMISES ON THERE CONTRACT, DISHONEST, UNFAIR... in the end I never got my refund for my washer. I had to in the end use my own repair man that that came to change the broken part that same day and since then it started working again. no one should buy anything from Electrolux company especially a warranty.

The whole company is terrible starting with customer service. Had 4 different service technician companies sent out by Electrolux and they did more damage to my refrigerator. Technician put feet in wrong way and now both of my units are bent. Emailed market manager and CEO without response. Submitted claim with BBB and attorney general. No customer service at all just destruction to refrigerator and personal property!

Total con job. Save your money and don't buy one of their products and whatever you do don't but the extended warranty. They refused to fix or replace my fridge that had required 5 visits by techs, flooded my hardwood floors, and kept having the same issue again and again. They refuse to answer the phone which is their way of not paying out anything or repairing anything. Save your money and don't give it to these criminals.

This is the most disgustuing company i have ever dealt with. I purchased a new refrigerator in Sept 2021 and have been trying to get it fixed since then. No one answers at the 800 number and when they do after an hour hold time, they gave me fake appointments.

I finally made a complaint to the BBB and then they replied to contact Renah repair in Monsey who refuses to come out or give me an appointment. They sau call in 4 weeks. I have been recordinhg all the conversations and these people at Electrolux and the repair company just could not care less. They are filth

Unbelievable. The Customer Service Reps just hang up when you ask them a question. I have been waiting three months to get an in-warranty Electrolux Dryer and they just dont care. You wait forever to get a rep getting past their terrible Aiwa IVR that never seems to understand the Postal Code. I would never advise anyone to buy Electrolux. They shipped me a part directly and it is the wrong part. I am completely frustrated.
