  • i bought their dehumidifier unit last year. used for about 2 months max plugged it in this may to dehumidify my basement and all the freon gas leaked out of the system. as of today still waiting to get it replaced. all i am getting is the run around and no service.whenever i do get my unit it will be of no use for me this year since the humidity is mostly in the spring and summer. worst customer service i have seen. never again will i buy a haier product.

  • After only 1/2 hour of use of this 5000btu piece of scrap, it iced up and sprayed water and ice all over my bedroom. I will only work for about 1/2 hour and then you have to shut it down to defrost. There is no place for the water to go other than being blown out of the top by the fan. Junk Junk Junk, sorry I wasted my money with Sears and this useless product.

    Email them - You'll never har back no matter how many times you submit.
    Customer Service at Haier is Non Existent.
    Do Not buy anything from Haier because once you do it's all yours.

  • I bought a dehumidier(HD 305) from home depot a year ago and the motor completely ceased. I called Haier and my unit was out of warranty so they were sending me an hour away to get the unit fixed. They do not fix applainaces through the manufacturer so the woman told me sorry there is nothing we can do. I offered to pay for shipping to them to get it fixed and she hung up on me. So much for customer service. I will never buy Haier again.

  • The Number is 1-877-337-3639 but don't bother, because they will never call you back anyways.

    They gave me the runaround when I talked to them and finally admitted that they had no technical support.

    Haier is a Rip Off company, they make products that will only last about 6 months.

    A lot like Magnovox, I'll never buy anything from Haier EVER again!

  • Haier support has to be the worst ever of any electronics company, it was a huge mistake of mine to buy Haier AC, it hasn't worked at all, after numerous complaint, now Haier support is not even attending my call, its been 30 days and half of the summer is gone!

    I hope the company dies in next 2-3 years as it is of no use anyway, I am doing to consumer court to get my money + compensation for Haier AC which didn't worked

  • I am completely disgusted with Haier. I gave up on phone numbers and went to their customer service webpage and sent them an email message on their request form. I have yet to hear back.

  • If you were to call the parts hotline they will redirect you to the appropriate customer service department. They were friendly and answered the phone quickly.

    I, however, don't speak very highly of their air conditioners.

  • I needed a replacement cord for my air conditioner because y dog destroyed it. I managed to find the number for Haier parts and services, and it is as follows: (800)313-8495. I ordered the new part within a matter of minutes.
